本发明公开了环保杀菌型香皂产品。本发明的环保杀菌型香皂产品配方包括环保杀菌剂0.01%~3%,表面活性剂70%~90%,助洗剂10%~30%,皮肤保护剂:1%~10%,去污增效剂0.1%~5%,气味调节剂0.1%~0.3%。本发明的环保杀菌型香皂产品具有杀菌快速、无污染,对皮肤无伤害、温和、刺激性小、去油污力强、生物降解性好、环保等优点。

技术领域
本发明的环保杀菌型香皂,属于日用化学品技术领域。
背景技术
香皂是皮肤、毛发洗涤护理用品之一,是一种日用化学消费品。香皂是以脂肪酸钠和其他表面活性剂为主要原料,添加品质改良剂和外观改良剂,经过加工成型后制成的产品。香皂的功能是清洁洗涤,用在皮肤上面当然是清除泥土污垢、皮肤分泌物、排泄物、化学物质或细菌等等,在讲求美容效果的今日,清除皮肤表面之化妆品、保养品或药物也是其主要的用途之一。
随着社会的发展,生活水平的改善,健康意识的增强,对香皂而言,人们已经不再仅仅只是追求洗涤去污效果好这一特性,具有杀菌效果的香皂则更受大众青睐,而现有的香皂普遍存在杀菌能力不强的缺点,目前市场上具有一定杀菌效果的香皂一般会对皮肤产生较大刺激,且异味较大。
现有技术中,香皂比较多见地是脂肪酸钠盐为皂基的块状皂,虽然具有较好的清洗力、起泡性及易冲洗性,但是不耐硬水,洗涤时会产生水垢,形成钙镁皂,脱脂力强,人体长期使用偏碱性的皂会令皮肤感到干涩,有刺激感。
目前,市场上非常需要一种去污能力强,杀菌力快速、安全环保的香皂。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:产品配方包括环保杀菌剂0.01~3%,表面活性剂70%~90%,助洗剂10%~30%,皮肤保护剂:1~10%,去污增效剂0.1~5%,气味调节剂0.1~0.3%。
本发明的目的是环保杀菌型香皂产品,环保杀菌剂采用大蒜精油的主要成分二烯丙基单硫醚、二烯丙基二硫醚、二烯丙基三硫醚和二烯丙基四硫醚等化合物为杀菌活性物。
环保杀菌剂是二烯丙基二硫醚,或是二烯丙基三硫醚,或是二烯丙基四硫醚,或是二烯丙基单硫醚,或是上述二种或多种二烯丙基硫醚的混合物。
二烯丙基单硫醚、二烯丙基二硫醚、二烯丙基三硫醚和二烯丙基四硫醚是大蒜精油的主要成分,是天然存在的杀菌剂,使用安全,对环境不造成污染,是绿色环保的杀菌剂。
1844年德国化学家TheodorWertheim用水蒸气蒸馏法蒸馏大蒜得到有刺激性气味大蒜精油,称为大蒜油。大蒜油是一类与水不相溶,具有挥发性液态有机硫化物,呈淡黄色至棕红色,有浓烈大蒜气味,密度为1.050~1.095,折光率为1.550~1.580,无旋光性。经测定,天然大蒜油中约有16种含硫化合物,其中主要成分为二烯丙基单硫醚、二烯丙基二硫醚、二烯丙基三硫醚和二烯丙基四硫醚等4种化合物,这4种化合物在大蒜精油总相对含量中占73.74%。另外还含有甲基烯丙基单硫醚、甲基烯丙基二硫醚、二甲基三硫醚和甲基烯丙基三硫醚等化合物,这些成分占总相对含量20%以上。正由于大蒜精油中含有这些硫醚化合物,因此具有极强杀菌力。
研究表明大蒜精油即使稀释10万倍,仍能在瞬间杀死伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、流感病毒等。据报道,1毫克大蒜素抗菌效能等于15国际单位青霉素效能,也就是说,大蒜精油杀菌力是青霉素一百倍,伤寒沙门氏菌、痢疾杆菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌遇到浓度为八万分之一大蒜精油就会被杀死,因此,大蒜精油被誉为“天然广谱植物抗菌素”。
由于大蒜精油具有杀菌力强、抗菌谱广、生物学性能良好和刺激性小、无毒副作用、挥发性大等特性,同时又来源于纯天然绿色植物,是一种天然安全防腐剂、杀菌剂。
环保杀菌剂为二烯丙基二硫醚,或是二烯丙基三硫醚,或是二烯丙基四硫醚,或是二烯丙基单硫醚,或是上述二种或多种二烯丙基硫醚的混合物,含量为0.01%~3%。
表面活性剂为硬脂酸钠,含量为70%~90%。
助洗剂为五水偏硅酸钠,含量为10%~30%。
皮肤保护剂为聚天门冬氨酸(40%),含量为1%~10%。
去污增效剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX~10)和二乙二醇丁醚,含量为0.1%~5%。
气味调节剂为甲基香兰素,或乙基香兰素,含量为0.1%~0.3%。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的环保杀菌型香皂产品,采用大蒜精油的主要成分二烯丙基单硫醚、二烯丙基二硫醚、二烯丙基三硫醚和二烯丙基四硫醚,是绿色环保的杀菌剂,杀菌快速、使用安全,对环境不造成污染,无毒、易于生物降解,对人体和环境更安全。
2、聚天门冬氨酸为皮肤保护剂,可以保护皮肤。
3、去污增效剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX~10),可以去除顽渍。

环保杀菌剂(二烯丙基二硫醚、二烯丙基三硫醚含量80%):0.5%
硬脂酸钠:75%
五水偏硅酸钠:18%
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX~10):1%
聚天门冬氨酸(40%):5%
甲基香兰素:0.1%

1.环保杀菌型香皂,其特征在于:产品配方包括环保杀菌剂0.01%~3%,表面活性剂70%~90%,助洗剂10%~30%,皮肤保护剂:1%~10%,去污增效剂0.1%~5%,气味调节剂0.1%~0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保杀菌型香皂,其特征在于:所述的环保杀菌剂是二烯丙基二硫醚,或是二烯丙基三硫醚,或是二烯丙基四硫醚,或是二烯丙基单硫醚,或是上述二种或多种二烯丙基硫醚的混合物。
