本发明涉及制冷技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效环保载冷剂。
背景技术
在制冷技术中,载冷剂是在间接冷却方法中进行制冷所用的低温中间介质,可将被冷却物体的热量传给正在蒸发的制冷剂.又称冷媒。采用间接方法制冷是一种节能环保的方式,而直接制冷中用到的大量制冷剂(如R717、R22)则对环境的友好程度低,存在诸多安全隐患与不便,常对金属设备存在一定的腐蚀性;同时冰点较高(一般为-40℃左右),不能满足更低冰点的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种冰点低、粘度小、安全环保的载冷剂,操作简便易行,成本低廉,便于推广应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种高效环保载冷剂,由甲酸钾、四硼酸钠和水组成,所述载冷剂中各组分的质量百分比如下:
甲酸钾35~53%;
四硼酸钠0.1~1%;
水46~64.9%。
优选的,所述载冷剂中各组分的质量百分比为,甲酸钾53%、四硼酸钠1%、水46%。
上述高效环保载冷剂在化工生产工艺降温方面的应用。
上述高效环保载冷剂在食品冷冻保鲜方面的应用。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:将甲酸钾、四硼酸钠和水按照一定配比制备的载冷剂,操作方便、制备简单,其冰点可达-65℃,运动粘度低,具有安全环保、高效的特点,对环境没有任何危害性,可应用在化工生产工艺降温方面及食品冷冻保鲜方面,成本低廉,便于推广应用。

一种高效环保载冷剂,由甲酸钾、四硼酸钠和水组成,所述载冷剂中各组分的质量百分比如下:
甲酸钾35~53%;
四硼酸钠0.1~1%;
水46~64.9%。
其中,所述载冷剂中各组分的优选质量百分比为:甲酸钾53%、四硼酸钠1%、水46%。该配比的载冷剂的冰点最低可达-65℃,

该高效环保载冷剂可应用在化工生产工艺降温方面,可对冷库进行降温,满足了低温制冷的需求;该高效环保载冷剂也可应用在食品冷冻保鲜方面,对食品没有任何危害性,保证了食品安全,为公民身体健康提供保障。
将甲酸钾、四硼酸钠和水按照上述配比进行充分搅拌,制备得到的载冷剂,其冰点可达-65℃,运动粘度低,成本低廉,具有安全环保、高效的特点,对环境没有任何危害性,可应用在化工生产工艺降温方面及食品冷冻保鲜方面,便于推广应用。

甲酸钾35~53%;
四硼酸钠0.1~1%;
水46~64.9%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效环保载冷剂,其特征在于:所述载冷剂中各组分的质量百分比为,甲酸钾53%、四硼酸钠1%、水46%。
