本发明涉及一种新型过滤机。
【背景技术】
过滤机广泛应用于化工、石油、制药、轻工、食品、选矿、煤炭和水处理等部门。现在过滤机内部一般使用过滤板，每过一定时间就必须得拆开过滤机逐层清理，不然就会引起堵塞，阻碍过滤正常进行，但是这样打开过滤机逐层清理比较麻烦，费时耗力，影响企业生产。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单，方便使用，能够快速清理的过滤机。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种新型过滤机，包括壳体、支座支撑；过滤机壳体顶部设有进料口，底部设有出料口。在过滤机壳体内中间设有一层工业过滤网，底部设有过滤板，在出料口上方还设有最后屏障的微孔过滤膜。工业过滤网﹑过滤板和微孔过滤膜的精度是逐渐增加的。
本发明采用了工业过滤网可以直接过滤，工艺简单，透气性好，精度均匀稳定，安装拆卸方便、效率高；还在出口前设有微孔过滤膜进行终端过滤，精度高，分离效率高。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图，对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明。
一种新型过滤机，包括壳体1，用支座7支撑。过滤机壳体1顶部设有进料口2，底部设有出料口3。在过滤机壳体内中间设有一层工业过滤网4，底部设有过滤板5，在出料口上方还设有最后屏障的微孔过滤膜6。工业过滤网4﹑过滤板5和微孔过滤膜6的精度是逐渐增加的。
使用时，原料液通过进料口进入过滤机壳体内中间的工业过滤网，经过工业过滤网的第一道过滤后，进入底部过滤板进行第二道过滤，当过滤后的料液通过出料口排出时还要通过微孔过滤膜进行第三道过滤。经过一段时间使用要进行清理滤渣冲洗时，打开上盖，工业过滤网安装拆卸相当方便。

3.一种新型过滤机，其特征是工业过滤网﹑过滤板和微孔过滤膜的精度是逐渐增加的。
