本发明涉及一种白内障截囊器。包括注射筒,活塞杆,活塞杆处于注射筒内作活动配合,其中注射筒前部设有突延颈管段与带刀槽的定位圈配合,注射筒体内设有一中心带圆孔的阻挡板,尾部设有一中心为四方孔的固定盖帽;活塞杆后段为带塞托的四方柱体,其穿过注射筒尾部的固定盖帽,活塞杆中段为细圆柱体,其穿过注射筒中的中心带圆孔的阻挡板,其中处于阻挡板与四方柱体前端之间的中段套有弹簧,活塞杆前段为一端带微型刀片的钢丝,其穿过注射筒前部突延颈管段,微型刀片与定位圈卡槽配合。本发明具有性能安全,操作便捷,耗时短,撕囊技术要求较低等特点。

一种白内障截囊器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种白内障截囊器,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
白内障手术是挽救视力的手术,简单的说:方法是由角膜缘作切口,进入眼房,将晶状体前囊膜撕开一袋口,清除混浊的晶状体核及皮质,然后将透明的人工晶体安置于后囊袋内。
晶状体由晶状体囊膜和晶状体纤维组成,借晶状体悬韧带附着于睫状突,晶状体纤维随年龄增大渐进性老化,变混浊形成白内障。撕囊是整个白内障手术过程中非常重要的一个环节,技术要求高,手法力度难掌握,特别对于年轻医师来说,更是难以掌握撕囊技巧。所以设计出一种性能安全,操作便捷,手法技巧易掌握的白内障撕囊医疗器械迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中囊膜易被撕碎,前囊袋口撕不规则,操作耗时长,年轻医师手法难以掌控等缺陷,提供一种性能安全,操作便捷,耗时短,对年轻医师撕囊技术要求较低的一种白内障截囊器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来解决:包括注射筒,活塞杆,活塞杆处于注射筒内作活动配合,其中注射筒前部设有突延颈管段与带刀槽的定位圈配合,注射筒体内设有一中心带圆孔的阻挡板,尾部设有一中心为四方孔的的固定盖帽;活塞杆后段为带塞托的四方柱体,其穿过注射筒尾部的固定盖帽,活塞杆中段为细圆柱体,其穿过注射筒中的中心带圆孔的阻挡板,其中处于阻挡板与四方柱体前端之间的中段套有弹簧,活塞杆前段为一端带微型刀片的钢丝,其穿过注射筒前部突延颈管段,微型刀片与定位圈卡槽配合。
进一步地,上述定位圈头部设有内螺纹硬管,与注射筒前部突延颈管段设有的外螺纹相配合衔接。
本发明通过注射筒前部的定位圈进入眼房内,将定位圈置于晶状体前囊膜表面并调整好方位,然后前推活塞杆,使钢丝前端微型刀片进入定位圈卡槽内,通过微型刀片沿卡槽圆形轨迹,将晶状体前囊膜划出一圆形袋口;整个操作过程快捷,袋口平整规则,操作技术易于掌握。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示,包括注射筒1,由前段11、中段8和后段7构成活塞杆,活塞杆处于注射筒1内作活动配合,其中注射筒1前部设有突延颈管段3与带刀槽的定位圈4配合,注射筒1体内设有一中心带圆孔的阻挡板5,尾部设有一中心为四方孔的的固定盖帽6;活塞杆后段为带塞托2的四方柱体7,其穿过注射筒1尾部的固定盖帽6,活塞杆中段为细圆柱体8,其穿过注射筒1中的中心带圆孔的阻挡板5,其中处于阻挡板5与四方柱体7前端之间的中段套有弹簧9,活塞杆前段为一端带微型双刃刀片10的钢丝11,其穿过注射筒1前部突延颈管段3,微型双刃刀片10与定位圈4卡槽配合。
进一步地,上述定位圈4头部设有内螺纹硬管12,与颈管段3设有的外螺纹相配合衔接。
操作过程中,通过注射筒1前部的定位圈4进入眼房内,将定位圈4置于晶状体前囊膜表面并调整好方位,然后用手前推活塞杆,使钢丝11前端微型双刃刀片10进入定位圈4卡槽内,通过微型双刃刀片10沿卡槽圆形轨迹,将晶状体前囊膜划出一圆形袋口;整个操作过程快捷,袋口平整规则,操作技术易于掌握。
在使用过程中,根据患者情况,定位圈4可配有大小不同型号。

1.一种白内障截囊器,包括注射筒,活塞杆,活塞杆处于注射筒内作活动配合,其特征在于:注射筒前部设有突延颈管段与带刀槽的定位圈配合,注射筒体内设有一中心带圆孔的阻挡板,尾部设有一中心为四方孔的的固定盖帽;活塞杆后段为带塞托的四方柱体,其穿过注射筒尾部的固定盖帽,活塞杆中段为细圆柱体,其穿过注射筒中的中心带圆孔的阻挡板,其中处于阻挡板与四方柱体前端之间的中段套有弹簧,活塞杆前段为一端带微型双刃刀片的钢丝,其穿过注射筒前部突延颈管段,微型刀片与定位圈卡槽配合。
2.按权利要求1所述的白内障截囊器,其特征在于:上述定位圈头部为设有内螺纹硬管,与注射筒前部突延颈管段设有的外螺纹相配合衔接。
