本发明属于农药技术领域,公开了一种复配除草剂,其特征在于含有乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮两种活性成分,该复配制剂用于防治小麦田常见杂草,增效作用明显、除草谱广,持效期长,对小麦安全无药害。

一种复配除草剂
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体的说涉及一种用于防除小麦田杂草的复配除草剂。
背景技术
小麦为禾本科植物,是世上分布最广粮食作物,播种面积为粮食作物之冠。我国小麦种植历史悠久,分布地域覆盖河南、山东、江苏、河北、湖北、安徽等省。杂草是危害小麦生长的主要危害之一,为了使小麦高产,必须对小麦田杂草进行防治。近年来,合理选用小麦田除草剂已近成为确保小麦安全生产的重要技术环节,但由于选用药不当或使用技术不到位,防治效果不理想或造成药害等现象屡屡发生。因此迫切需要一种对环境和作物安全、对杂草防治效果又好的除草剂,这样既节省了人力物力,也对环境安全及人类健康安全带来了保障。
乙羧氟草醚(fluoroglycofen-ethyl)化学名称:0-[5-(2-氯-a,a,a-三氟-对-甲苯氧基)-2-硝基苯甲酰基]羟基乙酸乙酯,乙羧氟草醚为新型高效二苯醚类豆田、水稻苗后除草剂。它被植物吸后,使原卟啉氧化酶受抑制,生成对植物细胞具有毒性的四吡咯,积聚而发生作用。它具有作用速度快、活性高、不影响下茬作物等特点。可有效防除小麦、大麦、花生、大豆和稻田中的藜科、蓼科、苋菜、苍耳、龙葵、马齿苋、鸭跖草、大蓟等多种阔叶杂草。
唑草酮(carfentrazone-ethyl)化学名称:乙基-2-氯-3-{2-氯-5-[4-(二氟甲基)-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基]-4-氟苯基}丙酸乙酯,属三唑啉酮类选择性触杀型苗后除草剂,在有光的条件下,在叶绿素生物合成过程中,通过抑制原卟啉原氧化酶导致有毒中间物的积累,从而破坏杂草的细胞膜,使叶片迅速干枯、死亡。唑酮草酯在喷药后15分钟内即被植物叶片吸收,其不受雨淋影响,3—4小时后杂草就出现中毒症状,2—4天死亡。主要用于防除阔叶杂草和莎草如猪殃殃、野芝麻、婆婆纳、苘麻、扁蓄、藜、红心藜、空管牵牛、鼬瓣花、酸模叶蓼、柳叶刺蓼、卷茎蓼、反枝苋、铁苋菜、宝盖菜、苣荬菜、野芝麻、小果亚麻、地肤、龙葵、白芥等杂草。对猪殃殃、苘麻、红心藜等杂草具有优异的防效,对磺酰脲类除草剂产生抗性的杂草等具有很好的活性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺点,提供一种除草效果好、杀草谱广、安全性能高、增产作用显著、施药方便、毒性低的复配除草剂。
上述复配除草剂中,乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮的重量比为1:30~30:1。
利用上述复配除草剂,配以本领域内技术人员公知的助剂,以本领域内技术人员公知的方法可以制成本发明的剂型。其可以加工的剂型为可分散油悬浮剂。
本发明具有的优点:一、将两种除草剂进行复配,不仅除草效果好,对小麦安全,增益作用强,且杀草谱增加。二、两种成分同时针对阔叶杂草、一种触杀、一种内吸,两种有效成分复配在一起除草效果更快更好。三、两成分之间无交互抗性。
具体实施方式
申请人首先对乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮两种有效成分在室温盆栽条件下进行除草试验,以评价两种成分复配的除草效果。婆婆纳、播娘蒿、猪殃殃均为小麦田常见杂草,较为难防。根据两种有效成分的除草谱,我们将生测对象定为婆婆纳、播娘蒿、猪殃殃,具体实施情况如下:
试验药剂溶液:准确称取一定重量95%的乙羧氟草醚原药和90%唑草酮原药,用适量甲醇溶解,加入含有0.1%吐温80乳化剂的清水中,搅拌至均匀,即成含有一定有效成分的溶液。
空白对照溶液:用等量的甲醇加等量0.1%的吐温80乳化剂的水。
试验方法如下:采用gowing法检验混用后药剂对婆婆纳、播娘蒿、猪殃殃的活性,在高7cm、直径10cm的塑料钵装定量的土,将供试杂草的种子20粒均匀播种在塑料钵内,盖0.5-1cm厚的细沙土,放在室温(20℃左右)日光培养,上述配好的原药溶液进行复配并稀释成一定浓度梯度的药液,待杂草生长到3-5叶期时进行茎叶喷雾处理,每钵喷药液1ml,每个处理4个重复,使用空白溶液作对照。处理后试验材料置于室温内培养,定期观察杂草的生长情况,21天后目测靶标杂草的受害症状以及生长抑制情况,称量株鲜重,计算鲜重抑制率(%)。
作用评价方法,根据gowing法评价除草剂联合作用方式,其公式如下:

式中E0为两种有效成分混配后对杂草抑制的理论防效,E为两种有效成分混配后对杂草抑制的实测防效,X为乙羧氟草醚在该剂量下对目标杂草的防效,Y为唑草酮在该剂量下对目标杂草的防效,C为混配制剂的联合作用系数,用以评价两种有效成分的协同作用,当C大于10%时为增效作用,小于10%时为拮抗作用,介于±10%时为加和作用。

从上述生测结果可以看出,乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮复配后,联合作用系数(C)均大于12,对婆婆纳的防效很好,两种成分复配后,有显著的增效作用。

从上述生测结果可以看出,乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮复配后,联合作用系数(C)均大于12,对播娘蒿的防效很好,两种有效成分复配后的增效作用显著。

从上述生测结果可以看出,乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮复配后,联合作用系数(C)均大于13,对猪殃殃的防效很好,两种有效成分复配后的增效作用显著。
上述3个生测实验表明,与单一药剂的作用相比,将乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮复配后,对婆婆纳、播娘蒿和猪殃殃的防效有很好的增效作用,两种药剂复配后,解决了单一药剂对某一类杂草的防效不好的问题,对小麦田常见种类的杂草均有较好的防治效果。
以下通过具体实例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。配方中百分比均为重量百分比。配方实例如下:
实施例一:31%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例二:22%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例三:12%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例四:8%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例五:20%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例六:20%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例七:6%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例八:11%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
实施例九:15.5%乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂
选择以上实施例,进行防治小麦田杂草的田间药效实验,用于验证实施例防治小麦杂草的效果,同时与乙羧氟草醚单剂和唑草酮单剂进行对比,确定各个实施例的防治效果。具体实施如下:
实验一:乙羧氟草醚·唑草酮可分散油悬浮剂(英文剂型名称:OD)及不同药剂防治小麦田除草剂实验。实验地点为河南省淮滨县,时间为2014年11月12日,小麦为3-5叶期,杂草2-4叶期,试验药剂均按照上述实例配制并使用10%乙羧氟草醚乳油(英文剂型名称:EC)和10%唑草酮水分散粒剂(英文剂型名称:WDG)进行对比,试验共十二个处理(带空白及单剂对照),每个处理三个重复,小区随机排列,小区面积25m2。进行一次茎叶喷雾,药后15天和30天分别观察各药剂的株防效。记录施药一周的天气资料,具体如下:

调查对象为田间的婆婆纳、播娘蒿和猪殃殃3种杂草,目测试验药剂对小麦无药害发生。防效按照下述公式计算:

从上述数据可以明显看出,乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮两种高效除草成分复配的九个实施例,对婆婆纳、播娘蒿和猪殃殃3种小麦田常见的杂草15天、30天的防效均超过87%,这些复配的实施例相对于乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮两种单剂,有十分显著的增效作用。同时,两种成分复配后,复配制剂对于阔叶杂草均有很好的防效,相对于单剂来说,扩大了除草谱。根据目测,在本实验所使用的剂量范围内,对小麦安全。
从试验数据可以看出,乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮两种成分复配后,对田间杂草的除草效果远高于两种单剂的除草效果,复配后增效作用显著、扩大除草谱、减少农民的施药次数,从而降低农民的劳动量,提高经济效益。

1.一种复配除草剂,其特征在于:活性成分由乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮组成,所述乙羧氟草醚和唑草酮的重量比为1:30~30:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配除草剂,其特征在于:由活性成分和辅料制成可分散油悬浮剂。
