The upper ends and the lower ends of the vent holes are connected with a natural gas channel in the heat exchanger. The liquid passing concave openings are connected with a liquid outlet of the gas-liquid separator. A gas outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with a gas inlet of the natural gas channel of the heat exchanger. According to the gas-liquid uniform-distribution heat exchange device for natural gas, natural gas is divided into a gas phase and a liquid phase by the gas-liquid separator, the gas phase enters the heat exchanger for even heat exchange, and then the gas phase and the liquid phase are converged at the gas-liquid uniform-distribution seal strip and discharged out of the heat exchanger together after being evenly mixed.
