本发明公开了一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,包括灯体、固定在灯体一端的灯头和盖合在灯体另一端的端盖,灯头包括灯头本体和设置在灯头本体外侧的极性连接件,灯头本体与灯体固定连接,极性连接件与灯头本体固定连接,灯体包括散热器、纵向固定在散热器上侧的灯板、均匀排列在灯板上的数排LED光源、LED驱动电源和嵌装在散热器上侧的灯罩,散热器为空腹结构,LED驱动电源设置在散热器空腔内,LED驱动电源输入端通过电源线与极性连接件上的极性针脚连接,LED驱动电源输出端通过电源线与灯板连接。本发明结构简单,外形美观,安全可靠,光效高,使用寿命长,具有自镇流功能,可直接与市电连接,而无需外围电源供电。

技术领域
本发明涉及属于半导体照明技术领域,尤其是一种安全环保高效的自镇流LED插拔灯管。
背景技术
传统的荧光灯插拔灯管光效低,寿命短,且其灯体为玻仿制品,易碎,灯体内含重金属汞,废弃后容易对环境造成污染,而现有替代型的LED插拔灯管虽然克服了上述缺陷,但其驱动电源一般为外置驱动电源,驱动电源设置在灯体外部,不仅结构复杂,而且影响美观,如果将其改造为内置驱动电源,改造工作量大,改造过程中容易损坏灯管,灯管维修较繁琐,部分LED插拔灯管的驱动电源虽然是内置驱动电源,但由于其内腔空间有限,内置驱动电源电路结构过于简单,一般为阻容降压式电路,而不是恒流电路,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、外形美观、安全环保高效的自镇流LED插拔灯管。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,包括灯体、固定在灯体一端的灯头和盖合在灯体另一端的端盖,所述灯头包括灯头本体和设置在灯头本体外侧的极性连接件,灯头本体通过紧固件与灯体固定连接,极性连接件与灯头本体固定连接,极性连接件上设有多个极性针脚,所述灯体包括散热器、纵向固定在散热器上侧的灯板、均匀排列在灯板上的数排LED光源、LED驱动电源和嵌装在散热器上侧的灯罩,其特征在于:所述散热器为空腹结构,LED驱动电源设置在散热器空腔内,LED驱动电源输入端通过电源线与极性连接件上的极性针脚连接,LED驱动电源输出端通过电源线与灯板连接。
所述的一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,其特征在于:所述散热器空腔内设有绝缘保护套,LED驱动电源设置在绝缘保护套内。
所述的一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,其特征在于:所述的LED驱动电源为恒流驱动电源。
所述的一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,其特征在于:所述的LED驱动电源为恒流驱动电源。
所述的自镇流LED插拔灯管,其特征在于:所述的散热器下表面设有连续的纵向散热筋。
本发明的优点在于:该设计结构简单,外形美观,安全可靠,光效高,使用寿命长,对环境无污染,工程改造方便,改造后,本发明具有自镇流功能,可直接与市电连接,而无需外围电源供电。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括灯体1、固定在灯体1一端的灯头2和通过螺钉6固定盖合在灯体1另一端的端盖3,灯体1包括散热器11、纵向固定在散热器11上侧的灯板12、纵向均匀焊接排列在灯板12上的2排LED光源13、LED驱动电源14和嵌装在散热器11上侧的灯罩15,散热器11为铝型材空腹结构,其下表面设有连续的纵向散热筋17,便于散发灯体1产生的热量,散热器11空腔内设有绝缘保护套16,LED驱动电源14设置在绝缘保护套16内,LED驱动电源14输入端通过电源线与极性针脚23连接,其输出端通过电源线与灯板12连接,LED驱动电源14为恒流驱动电源,灯板12为铝基印刷电路板,灯罩15为PC透光灯罩,灯罩15下端两侧设有开口向外的卡扣151,散热器11上端两侧设有开口向里的凹槽111,卡扣151卡接在凹槽111中。灯头2规格为2G11,包括灯头本体21和设置在灯头本体21外侧的极性连接件22,灯头本体21为塑胶件,灯头本体21通过2个螺钉4与散热器11固定连接,极性连接件22通过2个螺钉5与灯头本体21固定连接,极性连接件22上设有4个铜质极性针脚23,端盖3为塑胶件。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,包括灯体、固定在灯体一端的灯头和盖合在灯体另一端的端盖,所述灯头包括灯头本体和设置在灯头本体外侧的极性连接件,灯头本体通过紧固件与灯体固定连接,极性连接件与灯头本体固定连接,极性连接件上设有多个极性针脚,所述灯体包括散热器、纵向固定在散热器上侧的灯板、均匀排列在灯板上的数排LED光源、LED驱动电源和嵌装在散热器上侧的灯罩,其特征在于:所述散热器为空腹结构,LED驱动电源设置在散热器空腔内,LED驱动电源输入端通过电源线与极性连接件上的极性针脚连接,LED驱动电源输出端通过电源线与灯板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,其特征在于:所述散热器空腔内设有绝缘保护套,LED驱动电源设置在绝缘保护套内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,其特征在于:所述LED驱动电源为恒流驱动电源。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自镇流LED插拔灯管,其特征在于:所述散热器下表面设有纵向散热筋。
