技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能平开型遮阳一体窗。
背景技术
在建筑工程中,门窗是建筑物不可缺少的部分,另一方随着人民生活水平的提高,遮阳窗的应用逐步普及,市场现有门窗产品是独立的,如门窗与遮阳是各自独立的,遮阳窗设置在主窗的外侧(即室外)或上下重叠。对于这种现有技术,存在以下几个方面的弊端:1、平开窗与遮阳窗是独立的,结构松散,影响美观;2、这种结构给平开窗、遮阳窗的安装带来不便;3、遮阳窗使用效果差,采用粗放的人工手动控制方法,给消费者的使用带来不变;4、由于平开窗与窗帘卷取系统是由两部分组合而成,中间必有接缝,而接缝处容易造成雨水渗漏,影响平开遮阳一体窗的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种节能平开遮阳一体窗,它不但可以根本上解决了雨水渗透的问题;而且降低了成本。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种节能平开型遮阳一体窗,它包括平开窗体,在平开窗体的顶部设有遮阳窗,在遮阳窗设有的窗框顶部设有遮阳整体上横,遮阳窗的窗框左侧设有的左边框与平开窗体左侧的左边框连接组合后形成整体结构的左遮阳整体边框,遮阳窗的窗框右侧设有的右边框与平开窗体右侧的右边框连接组合后形成整体结构的右遮阳整体边框,所述的遮阳窗包括遮阳卷帘卷曲装置和卷帘,所述的遮阳卷帘卷曲装置包括卷帘盒,在卷帘盒与平开窗体之间设有遮阳整体中横,卷帘盒安装在遮阳整体中横上,在卷帘盒内设有卷轴,在卷轴上连接有驱动装置,驱动装置与卷轴为传动连接,在卷轴上绕有卷帘,在左遮阳整体边框与右遮阳整体边框的分别设有左卷帘导槽和右卷帘导槽,卷帘的两侧分别位于左卷帘导槽内和右卷帘导槽内,驱动装置通过卷轴带动卷帘在左卷帘导槽内和右卷帘导槽内上下移动。
所述的遮阳整体上横上连接有框插角。所述的卷帘盒的外部由上至下依次设有卷帘盒上内罩、卷帘盒中内罩和卷帘盒下内罩。所述的驱动装置设置为传动电机,传动电机与卷轴为传动连接。所述的传动电机的控制开关设置为遥控器、手动控制开关或者电动控制开关。所述的卷帘盒的侧面设有外挡板。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明平开窗与遮阳窗设计为一整体,这样二者之间不存在连接的接缝,从根本上解决了雨水渗透的问题,防止雨水渗透;遮阳窗的遮阳卷帘卷曲装置可以单独安装、拆卸,而且可以降低成本,该专利产品由于采用整体结构,结构简单减少了铝型材的使用量;另一方面,该专利新产品制作简单,加工方便,大大提高了加工效率,从这两个方面来说,大大降低了生产成本;本发明充分考虑到,窗帘卷取部分的制作、安装与拆卸,可将卷取系统整体拆卸,也可单个拆卸,如卷轴及卷取电机等,因此,给消费者的正常使用及维修带来极大的方便;由于本发明采用整体结构,因此,该产品结构紧凑、外观美观、大方气魄;灵活的卷取控制方式,隐蔽性好,可供消费者任意选择。本发明传动电机的控制开关设置为遥控器、手动控制开关或者电动控制开关,适用范围广。

在图1、图2、图3和图4中,本发明提供了一种节能平开型遮阳一体窗,它包括平开窗体1,在平开窗体1的顶部设有遮阳窗2,在遮阳窗2设有的窗框顶部设有遮阳整体上横3,所述的遮阳整体上横3上连接有框插角12,遮阳窗2的窗框左侧设有的左边框与平开窗体左侧的左边框连接组合后形成整体结构的左遮阳整体边框4,遮阳窗2的窗框右侧设有的右边框与平开窗体右侧的右边框连接组合后形成整体结构的右遮阳整体边框5,所述的遮阳窗包括遮阳卷帘卷曲装置和卷帘6,所述的遮阳卷帘卷曲装置包括卷帘盒7,在卷帘盒7与平开窗体之间设有遮阳整体中横8,卷帘盒7安装在遮阳整体中横8上,在卷帘盒7内设有卷轴9,在卷轴9上连接有驱动装置,驱动装置与卷轴9为传动连接,在卷轴9上绕有卷帘6,在左遮阳整体边框4与右遮阳整体边框5的分别设有左卷帘导槽10和右卷帘导槽11,卷帘6的两侧分别位于左卷帘导槽10内和右卷帘导槽11内,驱动装置通过卷轴9带动卷帘6在左卷帘导槽10内和右卷帘导槽11内上下移动,所述的卷帘盒7的外部由上至下依次设有卷帘盒上内罩13、卷帘盒中内罩14和卷帘盒下内罩15,所述的驱动装置设置为传动电机16,传动电机16与卷轴9为传动连接,所述的传动电机16的控制开关设置为遥控器、手动控制开关或者电动控制开关。所述的卷帘盒的侧面设有外挡板17。

1.一种节能平开型遮阳一体窗,其特征是它包括平开窗体(1),在平开窗体(1)的顶部设有遮阳窗(2),在遮阳窗(2)设有的窗框顶部设有遮阳整体上横(3),遮阳窗(2)的窗框左侧设有的左边框与平开窗体左侧的左边框连接组合后形成整体结构的左遮阳整体边框(4),遮阳窗(2)的窗框右侧设有的右边框与平开窗体右侧的右边框连接组合后形成整体结构的右遮阳整体边框(5),所述的遮阳窗包括遮阳卷帘卷曲装置和卷帘(6),所述的遮阳卷帘卷曲装置包括卷帘盒(7),在卷帘盒(7)与平开窗体之间设有遮阳整体中横(8),卷帘盒(7)安装在遮阳整体中横(8)上,在卷帘盒(7)内设有卷轴(9),在卷轴(9)上连接有驱动装置,驱动装置与卷轴(9)为传动连接,在卷轴(9)上绕有卷帘(6),在左遮阳整体边框(4)与右遮阳整体边框(5)的分别设有左卷帘导槽(10)和右卷帘导槽(11),卷帘(6)的两侧分别位于左卷帘导槽(10)内和右卷帘导槽(11)内,驱动装置通过卷轴(9)带动卷帘(6)在左卷帘导槽(10)内和右卷帘导槽(11)内上下移动。

3.根据权利要求1所述的节能平开型遮阳一体窗,其特征是所述的卷帘盒(7)的外部由上至下依次设有卷帘盒上内罩(13)、卷帘盒中内罩(14)和卷帘盒下内罩(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能平开型遮阳一体窗,其特征是所述的驱动装置设置为传动电机(16),传动电机(16)与卷轴(9)为传动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的节能平开型遮阳一体窗,其特征是所述的传动电机(16)的控制开关设置为遥控器、手动控制开关或者电动控制开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的节能平开型遮阳一体窗,其特征是所述的卷帘盒的侧面设有外挡板(17)。
