Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，包括伺服电动机、固定连杆、推杆、支架、闸板、胶板、限位装置、限位轴承、刮渣板。伺服电动机输出端与固定连杆一端固定连接，所述固定连杆另一端与推杆一端铰接，推杆另一端与限位装置螺栓铰接，闸板通过限位装置固定在支架上，所述闸板下端固定胶板，限位装置上焊接刮渣板。通过伺服电动机带动固定连杆从而推动推杆，使闸板沿着支架作垂直运输带运行方向运动，从而达到调节，分流蔗渣目的。本发明具有结构简单、效果好、运行快捷稳定的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种甘蔗制糖工业设备领域，特别是一种电动蔗渣闸板控制装置。
背景技术
从糖厂压榨出来的蔗渣经蔗渣带输送到锅炉燃烧或储存，需要分流，目前的设备需要人员手动操作并引起粉尘污染，不能自动分流控制蔗渣，又或者是分流口固定，不能控制蔗渣入炉燃烧量和发挥锅炉的燃烧效能，影响节能降耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，包括伺服电动机、固定连杆、推杆、支架、闸板、胶板、限位装置、限位轴承、刮渣板，采用伺服电动机作为动力部件，可实现根据锅炉蔗渣燃烧量的多少进行灵活快速、稳定地控制蔗渣入料的目的，具有结构简单、效果好、运行快捷稳定的特点，可自动控制分流蔗渣进入锅炉及储存的作用，减少操作人员和粉尘污染，安全可靠环保，并充分发挥锅炉的燃烧性能，达到节能降耗的目的。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，包括伺服电动机、固定连杆、推杆、支架、闸板、胶板、限位装置、限位轴承、刮渣板，伺服电动机输出端与固定连杆一端固定连接，所述固定连杆另一端与推杆一端铰接，所述推杆另一端与限位装置螺栓铰接，所述闸板焊接在限位装置下端，所述胶板固定在闸板下端，所述刮渣板焊接在限位装置上端。
所述限位装置分为前限位装置、后限位装置，限位装置下端与闸板焊接固定，起限位、运行、固定闸板的作用；
所述限位轴承焊接在限位装置上下两端，数量为8个，使限位装置沿支架滑动；
所述刮渣板焊接在限位装置上端，由4块铁板组成，起到清除支架上的蔗渣。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-2和实施例对本发明进行说明。
电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，包括伺服电动机(1)、固定连杆(2)、推杆(3)、支架(4)、闸板(5)、胶板(6)、限位装置(7)、限位轴承(8)、刮渣板(9)，伺服电动机(1)的输出端与固定连杆(2)一端固定连接，固定连杆(2)另一端与推杆(3)一端铰接，推杆(3)另一端与前限位装置(72)铰接，闸板(5)通过前限位装置(71)、后限位装置(72)固定在支架上，限位装置(7)上下两端焊接限位轴承(8)，限位装置(7)上端焊接刮渣板(9)，胶板(6)固定在闸板(5)下端。通过伺服电动机(1)带动固定连杆(2)从而推动推杆(3)，使闸板(5)沿着支架(4)作垂直运输带运行方向运动，从而达到调节，分流蔗渣目的。

1.一种电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，其特征在于：包括伺服电动机、固定连杆、推杆、支架、闸板、胶板、限位装置、限位轴承、刮渣板，所述伺服电动机输出端与固定连杆一端固定连接，固定连杆另一端与推杆一端铰接，推杆另一端与限位装置螺栓铰接，闸板焊接在限位装置下端，胶板固定在闸板下端，刮渣板焊接在限位装置上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，其特征在于：所述限位装置分为前限位装置、后限位装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，其特征在于：所述限位轴承焊接在限位装置上下两端，数量为8个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动蔗渣闸板控制装置，其特征在于：所述刮渣板焊接在限位装置上端，由4块铁板组成。
