本发明公开了一种低透湿度轻质保温材料,包括:聚乙烯泡沫塑料、和热压合在所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料上下表面的铝箔,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料包括的成分及各成分的质量配比为:聚乙烯树脂90%-95%、交联剂1%-2%、发泡剂1%-6%、稳定剂1%-3%,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的内部结构呈微孔蜂窝状,其蜂窝孔的孔径为0.01-0.05μm,并且所述蜂窝孔内填充有空气。通过上述方式,本发明具有极好的不透水性和隔水蒸气性能,并且质量轻、耐久性好、保温时间长。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料领域,尤其涉及一种低透湿度轻质保温材料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和餐饮行业的飞跃发展,外卖作为餐饮行业一个新的利润增长点,在家中和家人共同享受各类美味也成为一种健康、自然的生活方式,一些注重品牌形象的餐饮企业,为了解决运输路途中餐饮品保温问题而使用保温箱等送餐工具,确保餐品、饮品到客人手中时维持原味,保温箱的保温效果主要取决于其使用的保温材料的性能,但是现有的保温材料保温时间较短、透湿度大,且牢固性差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种低透湿度轻质保温材料,能够解决现有保温箱用保温材料存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种低透湿度轻质保温材料,包括:聚乙烯泡沫塑料、和热压合在所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料上下表面的铝箔,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料包括的成分及各成分的质量配比为:聚乙烯树脂90%-95%、交联剂1%-2%、发泡剂1%-6%、稳定剂1%-3%,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的内部结构呈微孔蜂窝状,其蜂窝孔的孔径为0.01-0.05μm,并且所述蜂窝孔内填充有空气。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚乙烯树脂采用低密度聚乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的厚度为5-10mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述铝箔的厚度为3-5μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明保温材料由聚乙烯泡沫塑料和铝箔复合而成的,具有极好的不透水性和隔水蒸气性能,并且质量轻、耐久性好、保温时间长。

其中,所述聚乙烯树脂采用低密度聚乙烯。
所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的厚度为5mm。
所述铝箔的厚度为3μm。
实施例二:
一种低透湿度轻质保温材料,包括:聚乙烯泡沫塑料、和热压合在所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料上下表面的铝箔,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料包括的成分及各成分的质量配比为:聚乙烯树脂92%、交联剂1%、发泡剂6%、稳定剂1%,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的内部结构呈微孔蜂窝状,其蜂窝孔的孔径为0.04μm,并且所述蜂窝孔内填充有空气。
其中,所述聚乙烯树脂采用低密度聚乙烯。
所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的厚度为8mm。
所述铝箔的厚度为4μm。
实施例三:
一种低透湿度轻质保温材料,包括:聚乙烯泡沫塑料、和热压合在所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料上下表面的铝箔,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料包括的成分及各成分的质量配比为:聚乙烯树脂95%、交联剂2%、发泡剂1%、稳定剂3%,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的内部结构呈微孔蜂窝状,其蜂窝孔的孔径为0.05μm,并且所述蜂窝孔内填充有空气。
其中,所述聚乙烯树脂采用低密度聚乙烯。
所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的厚度为10mm。
所述铝箔的厚度为5μm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的低透湿度轻质保温材料,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯树脂采用低密度聚乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低透湿度轻质保温材料,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯泡沫塑料的厚度为5-10mm。
