本发明涉及一种兽药,具体为一种蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物。本发明为了解决蜜蜂大肠杆菌疾病的问题,提供了一种治疗蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物。由下列重量比例药物组成:木蝴蝶40-60份、玉珊瑚根15-20份、夏志草20-30份、白术8-12份、桉树叶35-45份、苍耳子25-35份、蚕蛹4-6份、洪莲15-17份、绿兰花22-28份、棉花壳7-13份、椿叶8-10份、酸枣木17-23份。<b>本药物</b><b>治疗蜜蜂的大肠杆菌疾病取得了良好效果,其效果甚至优于抗生素治疗组。而且安全无毒,得到的蜂蜜,检测不含有抗生素残留。符合安全食品的标准。</b>

Description

蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物
本发明涉及一种兽药,具体为一种蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物。
背景技术
蜂蜜是享誉世界的一种健康食品,优质的蜂蜜内含有容易被人体吸收的果糖、葡萄糖,微生物,天然香精,优质蛋白和人体所必须的微量元素。获得优质蜂蜜的前提是养育优质健康的蜂群。蜜蜂很容易患一种蜜蜂大肠杆菌病。患病后的蜂群死亡率极高,而且这种疾病传染速度快,控制不及时,会给蜂农带来极大损失。
目前这种疾病的防治措施:⑴喂给蜂群无污染的水。⑵饲喂庆大霉素糖浆和0.1%电解多维饮水。⑶为防止蜜蜂误采被污染的水源,对污染严重的臭水塘进行污染物清除,同时对水塘周围和水面用1%的威力碘进行喷洒消毒。
其中起主要作用的药物还是抗生素类药物,抗生素容易造成残留,使蜂蜜中检测出来。
年欧盟以氯霉素含量超标为由,终止从中国进口蜂蜜。虽然2005年初恢复了中国对欧盟国家的出口,但欧盟成员国对中国蜂蜜存在排斥心理,在欧洲,受氯霉素事件影响,中国蜂蜜成为“禁用抗生素”代名词,德国超市订单中很多大型超市明确表示,不允许中国蜂蜜或含有中国蜂蜜的混合蜂蜜上架。
因此,加强对蜜蜂病害的研究,控制对药物的使用对蜂产品的质量安全具有重要的意义。我们急需研制一种无污染,无残留的先进药物。
发明内容
本发明为了解决蜜蜂大肠杆菌疾病的问题,提供了一种治疗蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物。
本发明的技术方案,一种治疗蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物,由下列重量比例药物组成:木蝴蝶40-60份、玉珊瑚根15-20份、夏志草20-30份、白术8-12份、桉树叶35-45份、苍耳子25-35份、蚕蛹4-6份、洪莲15-17份、绿兰花22-28份、棉花壳7-13份、椿叶8-10份、酸枣木17-23份。
制备方法,水蒸汽蒸馏法,清水混合,通过蒸馏得到油水混合物,加入4-6倍质量的水,蒸馏法得到油水混合物,在油水混合物中加入质量比为1%的乳化硅油、1.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、1.8%的三乙醇胺,2.5%的司盘80,混合后得到乳液制成喷雾剂。
治疗情况:
2014年,我农业合作社某养殖户中出现大量蜜蜂死亡现象。农户立即汇报,经过检查,发现养殖户的五箱蜜蜂中,出现如下症状,
蜂群出现衰弱,蜜蜂行动萎靡不振,翅膀发抖,失去工作能力。病蜂离群,四处爬行,腹部膨胀、腹部末端呈现暗黑色,粪便稀薄呈黄色而带有臭味。在箱底巢前有很多痢斑,病蜂群势迅速削弱,部分病蜂急剧死亡。单个蜂体观察,捉取病蜂切去头部,然后用指甲夹住腹部末端,和螯针一起拉出膨大的直肠,接着拉出丝状的小肠,最后拉出中肠,病蜂的中肠环纹明显,内容物呈黑灰色,可以确诊为蜜蜂大肠杆菌病。
经过观察统计:蜂箱内平均蜜蜂个体患病率40-50%、死亡率20-25%。
治疗方法
制备治疗蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物,木蝴蝶50g、玉珊瑚根18g、夏志草24g、白术10g、桉树叶40g、苍耳子30g、蚕蛹5g、洪莲16g、绿兰花25g、棉花壳10g、椿叶8g、酸枣木20g。
加入5倍质量的水,蒸馏法得到油水混合物,在油水混合物中加入质量比为1%的乳化硅油、1.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、1.8%的三乙醇胺,2.5%的司盘80,混合后得到乳液。
预防组:每个健康的蜂箱通过喷雾装置,喷入5g雾化的乳液,每隔两天喷一次,连续喷五次。
治疗组:每个患病的蜂箱通过喷雾装置,喷入10g雾化的乳液,每隔两天喷一次,连续喷五次。
对照组,患病蜂箱使用浓度为3%的庆大霉素糖浆对蜜蜂饲喂。周期为10天。
经过一个治疗周期,健康蜂箱内的蜂没有出现异常情况。治疗组:患病蜂箱内,蜜蜂个体患病率降低到4%,死亡率降低到0.1%。
对照组,患病蜂比例降低到5%,死亡率降低到1%。
本药物治疗蜜蜂的大肠杆菌疾病取得了良好效果,期效果甚至优于抗生素治疗组。而且安全无毒,得到的蜂蜜,检测不含有抗生素残留。符合安全食品的标准。
具体实施方式
实施例1、
制备治疗蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物,木蝴蝶40g、玉珊瑚根20g、夏志草20g、白术12g、桉树叶35g、苍耳子35g、蚕蛹4g、洪莲17g、绿兰花22g、棉花壳13g、椿叶6g、酸枣木23g。
加入4倍质量的水,蒸馏法得到油水混合物,在油水混合物中加入质量比为1%的乳化硅油、1.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、1.8%的三乙醇胺,2.5%的司盘80。混合后得到乳液。
实施例2、
制备治疗蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物,木蝴蝶60g、玉珊瑚根15g、夏志草30g、白术8g、桉树叶45g、苍耳子25g、蚕蛹6g、洪莲15g、绿兰花28g、棉花壳7g、椿叶10g、酸枣木17g。
加入5倍质量的水,蒸馏法得到油水混合物,在油水混合物中加入质量比为1%的乳化硅油、1.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、1.8%的三乙醇胺,2.5%的司盘80。混合后得到乳液。

2.治疗蜜蜂大肠杆菌病的药物,其特征是制备方法,水蒸汽蒸馏法,清水混合,通过蒸馏得到油水混合物,加入4-6倍质量的水,蒸馏法得到油水混合物,在油水混合物中加入质量比为1%的乳化硅油、1.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、1.8%的三乙醇胺,2.5%的司盘80,混合后得到乳液制成喷雾剂。
