本发明消毒润肤洗手液,由以下重量份数的组分制成:月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠60~80份、癸基葡萄糖苷50~60份、蛭石粉8~10份、花梨木精油13~15份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠80~100份、枇杷叶提取物6~8份、吴茱萸提取物8~10份、葡萄糖酸锌1~1.5份、肉桂酸钾0.4~0.6份、乳酸链球菌素0.5~0.7份、柠檬酸0.8~1份、去离子水900~1100份。本发明消毒润肤洗手液,采用多种柔和的去污成分和多种抗菌杀菌成分复配而成,尤其含有多种植物精华成分;其各个组分之间产生“协同效应”,具有突出的消毒杀菌效果,同时对肌肤无刺激性,长期使用具有滋润皮肤的功效可以使使皮肤更为光滑。

一种消毒润肤洗手液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于洗手液技术领域,具体涉及一种消毒润肤洗手液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗手液是一种很常见的日用品,其作用就跟它的名字一样:用来洗手。当然,肥皂(包括俗称的香皂)也可以用来洗手。实际上,洗手液的功能与肥皂类似,通过以机械摩擦和表面活性剂的作用,配合水流来清除手上的污垢和附着的细菌。洗手液主要的功能是起到清洁护肤的作用,有些特定的成分可以起到消毒、杀菌的作用,比如大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌属等。洗手液一般无磷、铝、碱、烷基苯磺酸钠等成分,采用温和去污的原理,容易被皮肤接受。
随着洗手液生产技术的成熟和市场的普及,具有各种特殊功效的专用洗手液也不断问世了。如重垢型洗手液、除油漆洗手液、无水洗手液、消毒杀菌洗手液等等。其中,消毒杀菌洗手液是市场专用洗手液中占有量最大的一类。据了解,现在市场上普遍使用的消毒杀菌洗手液,在消毒杀菌方面的效果比较理想。但在对手部皮肤的护理方面考虑欠佳,消毒杀菌的组分对皮肤的刺激性较大,长期使用容易造成手部皮肤干燥、粗糙、皲裂和脱皮。为此,我们有必要研究护肤型消毒杀菌洗手液,以弥补该类产品的此种不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种消毒润肤洗手液及其制备方法。
本发明消毒润肤洗手液,由以下重量份数的组分制成:月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠60~80份、癸基葡萄糖苷50~60份、蛭石粉8~10份、花梨木精油13~15份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠80~100份、枇杷叶提取物6~8份、吴茱萸提取物8~10份、葡萄糖酸锌1~1.5份、肉桂酸钾0.4~0.6份、乳酸链球菌素0.5~0.7份、柠檬酸0.8~1份、去离子水900~1100份。
作为优化,该消毒润肤洗手液,由以下重量份数的组分制成:月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠70份、癸基葡萄糖苷55份、粒径800目的蛭石粉9份、花梨木精油14份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠90份、枇杷叶提取物7份、吴茱萸提取物9份、葡萄糖酸锌1.2份、肉桂酸钾0.5份、乳酸链球菌素0.6份、柠檬酸0.9份、去离子水1000份。
制备本发明消毒润肤洗手液的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、取所述重量份数的月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、癸基葡萄糖苷、蛭石粉、花梨木精油,加入到所述重量份数一半的去离子水中,在65~70℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
B、取所述重量份数的椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、枇杷叶提取物、吴茱萸提取物、葡萄糖酸锌依次加入到所述重量份数另一半的去离子水中,在55~60℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
C、将步骤B中的混合物缓慢加入到步骤A中的混合物中,在45~50℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;然后依次加入取所述重量份数的肉桂酸钾、乳酸链球菌素、柠檬酸,搅拌均匀,即成。
本发明组方中,作为优化选择南通辰润化工有限公司月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠(MES—403)、广州启嘉化工有限公司MCT-30椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、济宁百川化工有限公司APG10癸基葡萄糖苷、陕西森弗天然制品有限公司产枇杷叶提取物(熊果酸)、西安瑞林生物科技有限公司吴茱萸提取物(吴茱萸碱)、上海易蒙斯化工科技有限公司食品级葡萄糖酸锌、广东辰源精细化工有限公司肉桂酸钾、石家庄辰兴实业有限公司粒径800目蛭石粉、河南安锐生物科技有限公司乳酸链球菌素、济南泉润玫瑰制品有限公司食品级无水柠檬酸、法国罗伯特香精香料公司花梨木精油。
本发明消毒润肤洗手液,采用多种柔和的去污成分和多种抗菌杀菌成分复配而成,尤其含有多种植物精华成分;其各个组分之间产生“协同效应”,具有突出的消毒杀菌效果,同时对肌肤无刺激性,长期使用具有滋润皮肤的功效可以使使皮肤更为光滑。
相关实验:杀菌效果实验,取金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)、大肠杆菌(8099)、铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC15442)和白色念珠菌(ATCC10231)的24h新鲜培养物,分别用TSB营养肉汤稀释至所需浓度,制成各菌菌悬液。取菌悬液染于脱脂白平纹布片(1.0cm×1.0cm)上,干燥后,即制成试验菌片。按一片菌片5.0ml的用量,将该消毒润肤洗手液实施例1原液(阳性对照为PBS)加入无菌平皿中,置19~21℃水浴中恒温5min。加入菌片,作用一定时问,采用过滤冲洗法进行去除残留消毒剂处理,并取最终样液1.0ml接种于平皿内,做活菌培养计数。实验重复三次,取平均值结果见表1。通过表1可见,本发明消毒润肤洗手液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌具有突出的灭杀作用。
现场皮肤消毒试验,选择30名成人志愿者,依据《消毒技术规范》2002版,消毒产品检验技术规范2.1.2.6与2.1.2.8项,观察该洗手消毒液原液作用1min对手、皮肤上自然菌杀灭效果。试验结果表明,用该洗手消毒液原液对30名志
愿者手及前臂皮肤擦拭消毒作用1min,对自然菌降低对数值达2.6以上。
润肤效果测试,皮肤皱纹测试:选取30名试用者,分为3组,分别采用蓝月亮芦荟抑菌洗手液、本发明实施例1消毒润肤洗手液和空白组。每日6次,洗手时间30s;一个月进行测试。由技术人员使用MicroSkinII多功能皮肤镜图像分析系统测定。皮肤平均粗糙度结果见表2。通过表2可见本发明消毒润肤洗手液,对于滋润手部皮肤,降低手部皮肤粗糙度具有明显的效果。
具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:A、取月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠70千克、癸基葡萄糖苷55千克、粒径800目的蛭石粉9千克、花梨木精油14千克,加入到500千克的去离子水中,在65~70℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
B、取椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠90千克、枇杷叶提取物7千克、吴茱萸提取物9千克、葡萄糖酸锌1.2千克依次加入另500千克的去离子水中,在55~60℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
C、将步骤B中的混合物缓慢加入到步骤A中的混合物中,在45~50℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;然后依次加入肉桂酸钾0.5千克、乳酸链球菌素0.6千克、柠檬酸0.9千克,搅拌均匀,即成。
实施例2:A、取月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠60千克、癸基葡萄糖苷50千克、粒径800目的蛭石粉8千克、花梨木精油13千克,加入到450千克的去离子水中,在65~70℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
B、取椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠80千克、枇杷叶提取物6千克、吴茱萸提取物8千克、葡萄糖酸锌1千克依次加入到另450千克的去离子水中,在55~60℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
C、将步骤B中的混合物缓慢加入到步骤A中的混合物中,在45~50℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;然后依次加入肉桂酸钾0.4千克、乳酸链球菌素0.5千克、柠檬酸0.8千克,搅拌均匀,即成。
实施例3:A、取月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠80千克、癸基葡萄糖苷60千克、粒径800目的蛭石粉10千克、花梨木精油15千克,加入到550千克的去离子水中,在65~70℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
B、取椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠100千克、枇杷叶提取物8千克、吴茱萸提取物10千克、葡萄糖酸锌1.5千克依次加入到另550千克的去离子水中,在55~60℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
C、将步骤B中的混合物缓慢加入到步骤A中的混合物中,在45~50℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;然后依次加入肉桂酸钾0.6千克、乳酸链球菌素0.7千克、柠檬酸1千克,搅拌均匀,即成。

Claims (3)

1.一种消毒润肤洗手液,其特征在于是由以下重量份数的组分制成:月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠60~80份、癸基葡萄糖苷50~60份、蛭石粉8~10份、花梨木精油13~15份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠80~100份、枇杷叶提取物6~8份、吴茱萸提取物8~10份、葡萄糖酸锌1~1.5份、肉桂酸钾0.4~0.6份、乳酸链球菌素0.5~0.7份、柠檬酸0.8~1份、去离子水900~1100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消毒润肤洗手液;其特征在于由以下重量分数的组分制成:月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠70份、癸基葡萄糖苷55份、粒径800目的蛭石粉9份、花梨木精油14份、椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠90份、枇杷叶提取物7份、吴茱萸提取物9份、葡萄糖酸锌1.2份、肉桂酸钾0.5份、乳酸链球菌素0.6份、柠檬酸0.9份、去离子水1000份。
3.一种制备权利要求1~3任一项所述消毒润肤洗手液的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、取所述重量份数的月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、癸基葡萄糖苷、蛭石粉、花梨木精油,加入到所述重量份数一半的去离子水中,在65~70℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
B、取所述重量份数的椰油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、枇杷叶提取物、吴茱萸提取物、葡萄糖酸锌依次加入到所述重量份数另一半的去离子水中,在55~60℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;
C、将步骤B中的混合物缓慢加入到步骤A中的混合物中,在45~50℃条件下,用搅拌机搅拌均匀;然后依次加入取所述重量份数的肉桂酸钾、乳酸链球菌素、柠檬酸,搅拌均匀,即成。
