一种提高暗黑鳃金龟性诱剂引诱效果的方法,其特征在于将性诱剂与食诱剂、光诱剂和形诱剂相结合,协同来引诱暗黑鳃金龟雄虫,避免了单一诱剂的缺陷,大大提高了引诱效果,对花生田暗黑鳃金龟的防治起到重要作用。

技术领域
一种提高暗黑鳃金龟性诱剂引诱效果的方法,属于花生害虫暗黑鳃金龟生物防治方法技术领域。
背景技术
蛴螬是危害花生最厉害的地下害虫,因其在地下危害,对药剂施药方法、持效期、农药残留等均有很高要求,因此蛴螬防治是国内外公认的难题,目前生产上已有化学药剂很难同时满足上述要求。蛴螬成虫金龟子傍晚出土取食,本着“地下害虫地上防治”的原则,可利用此时机对成虫进行防治,在高效环保前提下达到消灭金龟子而使幼虫蛴螬灭绝的目的。在多种金龟子中,就危害程度和发生量来说,暗黑鳃金龟是花生田中金龟子中的最大的优势种,因此研究和探索高效、无毒、无污染防治暗黑鳃金龟的新方法、新技术具有重要意义。
暗黑鳃金龟成虫晚上活动,趋光性强,飞翔速度快,先集中在灌木上交配,20:00-22:00为交配高峰,22:00以后群集于高大乔木上彻夜取食。黎明前入土潜伏,具隔日出土习性。
成虫体长17-22mm,体宽9-11.5mm,黑色或黑褐色,无光泽。每年1代,绝大部分以幼虫越冬,但也有以成虫越冬的,其比例各地不同。在6月上中旬初见,第一高峰在6月下旬至7月上旬,第二高峰在8月中旬、第一高峰持续时间长,虫量大,是形成田间幼虫的主要来源,第二高峰的虫量较小。成虫出土的基本规律是一天多一天少。选择无风、温暖的傍晚出土,天明前入土。利用成虫活动时间进行防治时有效防治方法。
近几年昆虫性信息素的使用为害虫防治提供了一条新的途径。采用昆虫性信息素进行害虫监测和无公害防治具有活性高、特异性强、无毒、无污染、不杀伤天敌、使用简便、成本低廉等优点。但是性诱剂防治也存在着诱捕半径低、诱捕时间过于集中等弱点。
发明内容
在为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种提高暗黑鳃金龟性诱剂引诱效果的方法,将性诱剂与食诱剂、光诱剂和形诱剂相结合,协同来引诱暗黑鳃金龟雄虫。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
1、将性诱剂与食诱剂、光诱剂和形诱剂相结合,协同来引诱暗黑鳃金龟雄虫,来解决单一性诱剂诱捕暗黑鳃金龟的缺陷。
2、性诱剂是由暗黑鳃金龟性信息素L-异亮氨酸甲酯、(R)-(-)-芳樟醇、1-氨基环己烷甲酸和(9Z,12Z,15Z)-十八碳三烯醛,其质量比为4:2:1:3,性诱剂溶解到乙酸乙酯中。蓖麻叶、榆树叶和山楂树叶的质量比为1:1:1。
3、食诱剂是将蓖麻叶、榆树叶和山楂树叶粉碎后在乙酸乙酯溶液中40-50度浸泡3-4小时。
4、光诱剂是指在诱捕器上喷洒荧光粉,利用暗黑鳃金龟强烈的趋光性诱捕。
5、形诱剂是指在诱捕器上固定未交配的雌性成虫暗黑鳃金龟25-30头,利用视觉效应或虫体本身挥发物提高引诱效果。
本发明的有益效果为:将性诱剂与食诱剂、光诱剂和形诱剂相结合,协同来引诱暗黑鳃金龟雄虫,避免了单一诱剂的缺陷,大大提高了引诱效果,对花生田暗黑鳃金龟的防治起到重要作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但是这些实例并不限制本发明的范围。此外相关领域的普通技术人员对本发明做的任何改动,只要不脱离本发明的实质,都将等价落在本发明权利要求书所限定的范围内。
实施例1
准确称取暗黑鳃金龟性信息素L-异亮氨酸甲酯0.4克、(R)-(-)-芳樟醇0.2克、1-氨基环己烷甲酸0.1克和(9Z,12Z,15Z)-十八碳三烯醛0.3克,溶解到3克乙酸乙酯中。将蓖麻叶5克、榆树叶5克和山楂树叶5克粉碎后在12克乙酸乙酯溶液中40度浸泡3小时。将性诱剂和食诱剂混合放入诱捕器中。在诱捕器上喷洒荧光粉,同时在诱捕器上固定未交配的雌性成虫暗黑鳃金龟25头。
实施例2
准确称取暗黑鳃金龟性信息素L-异亮氨酸甲酯0.4克、(R)-(-)-芳樟醇0.2克、1-氨基环己烷甲酸0.1克和(9Z,12Z,15Z)-十八碳三烯醛0.3克,溶解到3克乙酸乙酯中,混合均匀后放入诱捕器中,诱捕器不做额外处理。
实施例3
将蓖麻叶5克、榆树叶5克和山楂树叶5克粉碎后在12克乙酸乙酯溶液中40度浸泡3小时。混合均匀后放入诱捕器中,诱捕器不做额外处理。
实施例4
只在诱捕器上喷洒荧光粉,不添加性诱剂、食诱剂和形诱剂。
实施例5
只在诱捕器上固定未交配的雌性暗黑鳃金龟成虫25头,不添加性诱剂和食诱剂,不涂膜荧光粉。
实施例6
实施例1、2、3、4和5引诱效果比较,6月25号晚上6:00同时悬挂诱捕器,26号早上6:00收集诱捕器,进行暗黑鳃金龟技术,实施例1诱捕器诱捕到3865头,实施例2诱捕器诱捕到1236头,实施例3诱捕器诱捕到818头,实施例4诱捕器诱捕到672头,实施例5诱捕器诱捕到499头。说明本发明诱捕到的暗黑鳃金龟比各个单一诱捕器诱捕到的总数还多。本发明诱捕效果显著。

Claims (5)

1.一种提高暗黑鳃金龟性诱剂引诱效果的方法将性诱剂与食诱剂、光诱剂和形诱剂相结合,协同来引诱暗黑鳃金龟雄虫。
2.如权利要求1所述,性诱剂是由暗黑鳃金龟性信息素L-异亮氨酸甲酯、(R)-(-)-芳樟醇、1-氨基环己烷甲酸和(9Z,12Z,15Z)-十八碳三烯醛,其质量比为4:2:1:3,性诱剂溶解到乙酸乙酯中。
3.如权利要求1所述,食诱剂是指将蓖麻叶、榆树叶和山楂树叶粉碎后在乙酸乙酯溶液中40-50度浸泡3-4小时;蓖麻叶、榆树叶和山楂树叶的质量比为1:1:1。
4.如权利要求1所述,光诱剂是指在诱捕器上喷洒荧光粉。
5.如权利要求1所述,形诱剂是指在诱捕器上固定未交配的雌性成虫暗黑鳃金龟25-30头,利用视觉效应或虫体本身挥发物提高引诱效果。
