The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 3, which illustrate an LED lamp electrical connection device 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the LED lamp electrical connection device 100 includes a lamp cap 20, a circuit board 30, a lamp tube 40 and a conductive terminal 10, wherein the conductive terminal 10 is fixed in the lamp cap 20. The lamp cap 20 is a shell structure with an opening on one side, and the lamp cap 20 is disposed at one end of the lamp tube 40 and closes one end of the lamp tube 40. One end of the circuit board 30 is provided with an electrode and extends into the lamp cap 20. The conductive terminal 10 includes two contact pins 11 and an insulating member 12. The contact pins 11 are made of an electrically conductive material, such as metal. The insulator 12 is fixed within the base 20. The middle part of the contact pin 11 passes through the insulating member 12 and is fixed on the insulating member 12, one end of the contact pin 11 is electrically connected to the circuit board 30, and the other end of the contact pin 11 protrudes out of the base 20 and is electrically connected to an external power source.

By clamping the circuit board 30 in the slot 123, the circuit board 30 can be firmly connected to the insulating member 12, and the stable connection between the contact pins 11 and the circuit board 30 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the circuit board 30 has two electrodes corresponding to the contact pins 11, and the contact pins 11 are fixed on the insulating member 12 at intervals. Each of the contact pins 11 is integrally made of a metal material, and the protruding section 111 of each of the contact pins 11 is curled to form a cylindrical shape. The middle of the insulating member 12 is provided with a projection 124 projecting toward the circuit board 30, and the projection 124 spaces the two contact pins 11 apart.
The two contact pins 11 are electrically connected to two poles of an external power source, and are electrically connected to two electrodes on the circuit board 30. The two contact pins 11 are fixed on the insulating part 12 at intervals, and the middle part of the insulating part 12 is provided with a boss 124, the boss 124 separates the two contact pins 11, thereby avoiding the problems of short circuit and the like caused by the connection of the two contact pins 11. The contact pin 11 is integrally made of a metal material of a conductive material, so that the entire structure of the contact pin 11 is greatly simplified. Therefore, the contact pin 11 can be formed by cutting a metal sheet, bending and curling the metal sheet, for example, the protruding section 111 is curled into a cylinder shape. The insulation member 12 is provided with a through hole 121 corresponding to the limiting section 112, the limiting section 112 is accommodated in the through hole 121, the outer wall of the extending section 111 is provided with an anti-falling barb 115 protruding outwards, and the anti-falling barb 115 is provided corresponding to the outer side wall of the insulation member 12. Wherein, the extending section 111 of the contact pin 11 is used for extending out of the insulating member 12 and the lamp cap 20 to be electrically connected with an external power supply. The limiting section 112 is a limiting structure which forms a necking towards the abutting section 113, and the limiting section 112 is correspondingly arranged in a limiting groove 122 on the insulating part 12. After assembly, the anti-falling barb 115 can be fastened to the outer side wall of the insulator 12, or the anti-falling barb 115 can be fastened to the outer side wall of the lamp cap 20, so that the protruding section 111 is restricted outside the through hole 121. The anti-falling barb 115 can further ensure the length of the extending section 111 extending out of the lamp cap 20; the abutting section 113 is used for abutting against the circuit board 30 to form an electrical connection, and replaces a power line in the traditional structure, so that the structure of the conductive terminal 10 is greatly simplified.
The middle portion of the abutting section 113 is provided with a fixing portion 1131, one end of the fixing portion 1131 is connected to the limiting section 112, the other end of the fixing portion 1131 is connected to the elastic piece 1132, and the fixing portion 1131 is bent relative to the limiting section 112. The insulating member 12 is provided with a limiting groove 122 corresponding to the fixing portion 1131, and the fixing portion 1131 is received in the limiting groove 122. The limiting groove 122 is disposed on the inner sidewall of the insulating member 12. The fixing part 1131 in the abutting section 113 is arranged in the limiting groove 122, so that the position of the fixing part 1131 is fixed, and circuit control errors and the like caused by deformation of the fixing part 1131 with a long and thin structure or mistaken connection with other parts are avoided; the position of the spring 1132 of the fixing portion 1131 is also fixed, so that the stable electrical connection relationship between the spring 1132 and the circuit board 30 is ensured. Furthermore, the fixing portion 1131 abuts against the inner side surface of the insulating member 12, and the anti-slip barb 115 is provided on the outer side wall of the insulating member, so that the contact pin 11 can be fixed in a snap-fit manner to the through hole 121 of the insulating member 12.
In summary, through the conductive terminal 10 adopting the contact pin 11 structure, one end of the contact pin 11 is elastically abutted to the circuit board 30 to form an electrical connection, and the other end of the contact pin 11 extends out of the lamp cap 20 to be electrically connected with an external power supply, so that the external power supply can be electrically connected with the circuit board 30 by adopting one component of the contact pin 11, tedious processes and structures such as riveting a power line, cutting the power line and the like are omitted, and the structure of the conductive terminal 10 is greatly simplified. And the stability of the electric connection with the circuit board 30 is good through the elastic butt, thereby avoiding the electric connection instability caused by the leakage welding, falling off and the like of the power line. Meanwhile, the contact pins 11 are disposed through the insulating member 12, and the insulating member 12 is fixed in the cap 20, so that the entire structure of the conductive terminal 10 can be stably fixed in the cap 20, and the stability of electrical connection is further ensured.

The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that: the insulator 12a is a block structure, a hook 125a is disposed on the insulator 12a, a fastening block (not shown) is disposed on the inner sidewall of the lamp cap 20, and the hook 125a of the insulator 12a is fastened to a fastening block (not shown) on the inner sidewall of the lamp cap 20, so as to fix the insulator 12a on the inner sidewall of the lamp cap 20. Meanwhile, a fixing member 123a is further provided at the bottom of the insulating member 12a, and the fixing member 123a is used for fixing to a circuit board (not shown). This allows the upper portion of the insulator 12a to be secured within the base 20 and the lower portion to be secured to the circuit board. The insulating member 12a is provided with a buckle 125a to be assembled with the buckle block of the lamp cap 20, and the buckle 125a can fix the insulating member 12a in the lamp cap 20, so that the circuit board and the insulating member 12a can be conveniently fixed during assembly.
The difference is also that: the contact pin 11a may be electrically connected to the circuit board by providing a contact 1132a at the end of the abutting section 113a without providing a bent elastic piece. Meanwhile, the fixing portion 1131a may be bent to different degrees according to specific requirements, or may have a slender structure without bending.

The contact pin 11 is electrically connected with the circuit board 30 through elastic abutting, so that the electric connection instability caused by power line missing welding, falling off and the like is avoided. Meanwhile, the contact pins 11 are disposed through the insulating member 12, and the insulating member 12 is fixed in the cap 20, so that the entire structure of the conductive terminal 10 can be stably fixed in the cap 20, and the stability of electrical connection is further ensured.
Of course, the LED lamp electric connecting device can be used in a bulb lamp and a spot lamp besides a fluorescent lamp tube.
