一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯,包括灯具壳体,所述灯具壳体的两端分别设有前罩与后罩,所述灯具壳体的上部为上盖,下部为底部壳体;所述灯具壳体内设有散热器组件、导轨;所述前罩和后罩的内侧分别固定设有月牙形立柱;所述导轨架设于所述月牙形立柱的凹形槽中,并通过一箍紧装置将所述导轨锁紧于所述月牙形立柱的凹形槽中;所述散热器组件上固定设有LED灯珠,所述散热器组件的底部套设于所述导轨上,并沿所述导轨滑动。本发明安装便捷,结构结实稳定,不易产生破损、变形等隐患,便于后期清洁或维修的维护工作、便于生产。

Description

一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯
【技术领域】
本发明属于照明技术领域,具体涉及一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯。
【背景技术】
照相、摄像或专业照明用的聚光灯,从聚焦调整方式上可分为调整光源聚焦的聚光灯和调整透镜聚焦的聚光灯两类。其中调整光源聚焦的聚光灯大多依靠导轨辅助。
中国发明专利申请201510451052.5公开了一种LED聚光灯,是调整光源聚焦的聚光灯,其中LED灯珠固定设置于散热器组件上,散热器组件套设于导轨(该专利申请文件中,导轨被称之为“滑杆”)上,通过驱动散热器组件在导轨上移动,实现LED灯珠与(固定设置于前盖端的)透镜之间的距离的调节,从而实现调整光源聚焦。其中,导轨的两端插在前后盖上固定,这样的固定方式不可拆卸,不仅增加了生产难度,还增加了维修拆卸的难度;这样的安装方式导致所有部件需要先安装在前盖或者后盖上,最后用前盖或者后盖对上所有的部件截面,再用紧固件锁紧;安装困难,极容易造成配合不良的问题,导致产品结构松散,易破损、变形等隐患。
另外,现有技术中的透镜均固定安装于前盖内侧,当需要更换透镜时,需将整个LED聚光灯的外壳进行拆卸,需要专业维修人员参与,无疑增加了维修成本,并且降低了工作效率。
LED聚光灯在影视拍摄中经常用到,时常遇到恶劣的拍摄环境,由于聚光灯需要借助散热风机进行主动式散热,灯具极容易堆积灰尘,缩短聚光灯的使用寿命。现有技术的LED聚光灯由于结构的缺陷导致清洁维护比较困难。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不仅便于后期清洁或维修的维护工作、而且便于生产的LED聚光灯。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯,包括灯具壳体,所述灯具壳体的两端分别设有前罩与后罩,所述灯具壳体的上部为上盖,下部为底部壳体;其特征在于:所述灯具壳体内设有散热器组件、导轨;所述前罩和后罩的内侧分别固定设有月牙形立柱;所述导轨架设于所述月牙形立柱的凹形槽中,并通过一箍紧装置将所述导轨锁紧于所述月牙形立柱的凹形槽中;所述散热器组件上固定设有LED灯珠,所述散热器组件的底部套设于所述导轨上,并沿所述导轨滑动。
所述前罩的外侧通过一卡扣结构固定透镜。
所述灯具壳体的上盖为两块相同形状的弧形翻盖拼接而成。
所述灯具壳体的后罩下方的底部壳体上设有可更换的联机控制模块。
所述灯具壳体侧边底部壳体上设有一可拆卸的侧板,所述侧板为:控制电路板被安装在一面板上,形成的一套控制面板;所述控制面板上设有用于操控灯具的亮度、色温的按键或旋钮。
本发明的优点在于:安装便捷,结构结实稳定,不易产生破损、变形等隐患,便于后期清洁或维修的维护工作、便于生产。

【具体实施方式】
请同时参阅图1、图2所示,一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯,包括灯具壳体1,所述灯具壳体1的两端分别设有前罩2与后罩3,所述灯具壳体1内设有散热器组件4、导轨5;所述前罩2和后罩3的内侧分别固定设有月牙形立柱6;所述导轨5架设于所述月牙形立柱6的凹形槽61中,并通过一箍紧装置7将所述导轨5锁紧于所述月牙形立柱6的凹形槽61中;所述散热器组件4上固定设有LED灯珠(图未示),所述散热器组件4的底部套设于所述导轨5上,并沿所述导轨5滑动。所述灯具壳体1的上盖为两块相同形状的弧形翻盖11拼接而成。此种结构的LED聚光灯,当需要拆卸时,只需将两个弧形翻盖11打开,松开箍紧装置7,将导轨5从月牙形立柱6的凹形槽61中取出,即可将带有LED灯珠的散热器组件4和导轨5从灯具壳体内取出,方便清洁或维修。两块相同形状的弧形翻盖11方便生产制造,并且易拆卸。
前罩2的外侧通过一卡扣结构8固定透镜9。只需松开卡扣结构8,即可将透镜9取出,而无须打开灯具壳体1,方便拆卸清洁或更换。本实施例中的卡扣结构8是螺钉,实践中可以采用各种能将透镜9固定到前罩2外侧的卡扣结构。
如图3所示,灯具壳体1的后罩3下方的底部壳体上设有可更换的联机控制模块12。其连接方式是联机控制模块12的下边插入后罩3上预设的卡槽,联机控制模块12的上端有紧固件固定。此结构可快速更换改聚光灯的联机方式,如:DMX512连接转换为WIFI 2.4G连接只需更换联机模块即可。所述联机控制模块12用于连接多台灯具实现统一控制。现有聚光灯无此模块划分,仅有集成在壳体上的联机控制插座,联机控制方式单一,维护时需要拆解整灯。
灯具壳体1侧边底部壳体上设有一可拆卸的侧板13,该侧板13为:控制电路板被安装在一面板上,形成的一套控制面板;控制面板上设有用于操控灯具的亮度、色温的按键或旋钮。该控制面板为可独立拆卸的模块。现有聚光灯将控制电路板集成在不可独立拆卸的壳体上,生产、维护时需要拆解整机,效率极低。
本发明安装便捷,结构结实稳定,不易产生破损、变形等隐患,便于后期清洁或维修的维护工作、便于生产。

1.一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯,包括灯具壳体,所述灯具壳体的两端分别设有前罩与后罩,所述灯具壳体的上部为上盖,下部为底部壳体;其特征在于:所述灯具壳体内设有散热器组件、导轨;所述前罩和后罩的内侧分别固定设有月牙形立柱;所述导轨架设于所述月牙形立柱的凹形槽中,并通过一箍紧装置将所述导轨锁紧于所述月牙形立柱的凹形槽中;所述散热器组件上固定设有LED灯珠,所述散热器组件的底部套设于所述导轨上,并沿所述导轨滑动;所述灯具壳体的后罩下方的底部壳体上设有可更换的联机控制模块;所述灯具壳体侧边底部壳体上设有一可拆卸的侧板,所述侧板为:控制电路板被安装在一面板上,形成的一套控制面板;所述控制面板上设有用于操控灯具的亮度、色温的按键或旋钮。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述前罩的外侧通过一卡扣结构固定透镜。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种便于生产和维护的LED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述灯具壳体的上盖为两块相同形状的弧形翻盖拼接而成。
