干燥中空玻璃隔条
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干燥中空玻璃隔条。
背景技术
中空玻璃到目前已有100多年的历史,大部分采用铝合金边条单道密封和双道密封涂胶方式,传统的铝条、分子筛、单组分热熔胶粘结、聚硫胶等技术,存在防水与保温效果差的问题。
针对上述问题,公开号为CN204113034U的专利文件公开了一种中空玻璃,其技术方案为:所述一种中空玻璃由U型条、反应型丁基密封粘结胶、吸水防潮胶、玻璃A、玻璃B组成,U型条的外侧表面涂有反应型丁基密封粘结胶,U型条的内侧中间涂有吸水防潮胶,玻璃A、玻璃B分别位于反应型丁基密封粘结胶的左右两侧;U型条、反应型丁基密封粘结胶和吸水防潮胶沿着玻璃的四周边缘布置,玻璃A、玻璃B和反应型丁基密封粘结胶围合的中空部分密闭,中空部分填充惰性气体。
但是,在上述专利文件的技术方案中,仅在U形条内侧中间涂有吸水防潮胶。由于吸水防潮胶与中空玻璃内腔的接触面积小,使得吸水防潮胶的干燥效果有限。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种干燥中空玻璃隔条,以提高隔条内的干燥剂对中空玻璃内腔的干燥效果。
本方案中的干燥中空玻璃隔条,基础方案为:包括U形隔条,所述U形隔条的底面上沿U形隔条长度方向设有干燥层,所述干燥层在U形隔条的底面上均匀设置,所述干燥层壁面上设有通孔,所述干燥层内填充有干燥剂,所述干燥层外表面上涂有吸水防潮胶。
工作原理及有益效果:当中空玻璃的内腔含有水汽时,首先,由于U形隔条与中空玻璃的内腔接触面大,便于水汽进入U形隔条内。其次,由于设置了干燥层,且干燥层的表面上涂有吸水防潮胶,增大了吸水防潮胶的表面积,增强对水汽的吸收。另外,由于干燥层壁面上设有通孔,且干燥层内填充有干燥剂,能进一步提高对中空玻璃内腔中水汽的吸收效果。
方案2,作为对基础方案的改进,所述U形隔条开口端向内倾斜形成倒角。优点是,便于在中空玻璃的两片玻璃中安放。
方案3,作为对基础方案的改进,所述干燥层至少为两层。优点是,进一步增大吸水防潮胶的表面积,提高对水汽的吸收效果。
方案4,作为对基础方案的改进,所述通孔在干燥层的侧壁面上均匀设置。优点是,使干燥层内的干燥剂都内与水汽接触,充分发挥干燥剂的功效。
方案5,作为对方案4的改进,所述干燥层的侧壁面上设有凹槽,所述凹槽位于通孔之间。优点是,进一步增大干燥层的外表面积,从而增大吸水防潮胶与水汽的接触面。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:

实施例
如图1所示,干燥中空玻璃隔条,方案为:包括U形隔条10,U形隔条10的底面上沿U形隔条10长度方向设有干燥层20。干燥层20在U形隔条10的底面上均匀设置,干燥层20壁面上设有通孔21,干燥层20内填充有干燥剂,干燥层20外表面上涂有吸水防潮胶。
另外,在本实施例中,U形隔条10开口端向内倾斜形成倒角。优点是,便于在中空玻璃的两片玻璃中安放。干燥层20至少为两层。优点是,进一步增大吸水防潮胶的表面积,提高对水汽的吸收效果。通孔21在干燥层20的侧壁面上均匀设置。优点是,使干燥层20内的干燥剂都内与水汽接触,充分发挥干燥剂的功效。干燥层20的侧壁面上设有凹槽22,凹槽22位于通孔21之间。优点是,进一步增大干燥层20的外表面积,从而增大吸水防潮胶与水汽的接触面。
当中空玻璃的内腔含有水汽时,首先,由于U形隔条10与中空玻璃的内腔接触面大,便于水汽进入U形隔条10内。其次,由于设置了干燥层20,且干燥层20的表面上涂有吸水防潮胶,增大了吸水防潮胶的表面积,增强对水汽的吸收。另外,由于干燥层20壁面上设有通孔21,且干燥层20内填充有干燥剂,能进一步提高对中空玻璃内腔中水汽的吸收效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的干燥中空玻璃隔条,其特征在于:所述U形隔条开口端向内倾斜形成倒角。
