本发明创造提供一种多功能高粘结力封口胶,其包含下述配方组分:丙烯酸乳液,环氧树脂,酚醛树脂,增粘树脂,微晶蜡,抗氧化剂,阻燃剂,表面活性剂,乳化剂,负离子矿粉,乙醇,滑石粉,水玻璃,去离子水。本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明的多功能高粘结力封口胶通过添加增粘树脂和微晶蜡,增加了封口胶的持粘性,保证封口胶对墙体与门窗均有较高的粘接强度,同时加入抗氧化剂保证了封口后的长期日晒不会发生爆口、崩开;同时,通过加入滑石粉改善干燥性能和封口胶形态,加入负离子矿粉更有益健康,具有高初粘力、干燥速度快、抗氧化性能优异、气味小、使用成本低的特点。

背景技术
在家装过程中,窗口或门与墙面的接触处均需要对窗边或门边进行封口,无论与内墙还是外墙的接触处都需要固定密封,这都需要用到一种封口胶或封边胶,它的作用就是封口或定型作用。这种粘接是发生在刚性材料与墙体或者玻璃与墙体之间的相互作用,需要很大的强度才可以保持家装过程中良好的密封效果。且目前的封口胶功能单一,无法满足人们的需求。

本发明创造要解决的问题是提供一种多功能高粘结力封口胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造采用的技术方案是:一种多功能高粘结力封口胶,其包含下述配方组分:丙烯酸乳液,环氧树脂,酚醛树脂,增粘树脂,微晶蜡,抗氧化剂,阻燃剂,表面活性剂,乳化剂,负离子矿粉,乙醇,滑石粉,水玻璃,去离子水。
优选的,其各配方组分的重量份是:丙烯酸乳液5-10份,环氧树脂10-15份,酚醛树脂5-10份,增粘树脂1-5份,微晶蜡1-3份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份,阻燃剂0.3-0.8份,表面活性剂0.1-0.5份,乳化剂0.2-0.8份,负离子矿粉0.1-0.5份,乙醇5-15份,滑石粉3-8份、水玻璃5-10份,去离子水5-10份。

多功能高粘结力封口胶,其包含下述重量份的配方组分:丙烯酸乳液5份,环氧树脂10份,酚醛树脂5份,增粘树脂1份,微晶蜡1份,抗氧化剂0.1份,阻燃剂0.3份,表面活性剂0.1份,乳化剂0.2份,负离子矿粉0.1份,乙醇5份,滑石粉8份、水玻璃5份,去离子水5份。
实施例2
多功能高粘结力封口胶,其包含下述重量份的配方组分:丙烯酸乳液8份,环氧树脂13份,酚醛树脂9份,增粘树脂4份,微晶蜡2份,抗氧化剂0.3份,阻燃剂0.5份,表面活性剂0.3份,乳化剂0.6份,负离子矿粉0.4份,乙醇12份,滑石粉6份、水玻璃8份,去离子水7份。
