本发明公开了一种高耐磨性的陶瓷刀具,由以下组份的材料制成:二氧化硅13-15份,碳酸钡6-8份,二硼化钛3-5份,氮化铝12-14份,氮化硼7-12份,石英1-3份,长石粉1-3份,氧化锆15-23份,氮化硅12-17份,乙酸乙酯3-5份,水性树脂聚丙烯酰胺1-2份,聚乙二醇2-4份,滑石粉4-6份。本发明耐磨性高,抗高温能力强,导热性良好,使用寿命长,切削质量好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及切削加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种高耐磨性的陶瓷刀具。
背景技术
刀具材料是决定刀具切削性能的根本因素,对于加工效率、加工质量、加工成本以及刀具耐用度影响很大。刀具材料越硬,其耐磨性越好,硬度越高,冲击韧性越低,材料越脆。硬质合金刀具对其中不少新材料的加工难以胜任。另一方面,现在国际上硬质合金产量己达20000-25000t,每年消耗大量的金属,如W、Co、Ta和Nb等。这些金属的矿产资源正日益减少,价格上涨,按日前消耗速度,用不了几十年有些资源将耗尽。而陶瓷刀具在此背景下发展起来,现有的陶瓷刀具相对于硬质合金耐磨性有了提高,但在加工高精度复杂件时其耐磨性还有待提高,因此急需一种高耐磨性的陶瓷刀具是当前所要解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐磨性高,抗高温能力强,导热性良好,使用寿命长,切削质量好的高耐磨性的陶瓷刀具。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种高耐磨性的陶瓷刀具,由以下组份的材料制成:
二氧化硅13-15份,碳酸钡6-8份,二硼化钛3-5份,氮化铝12-14份,氮化硼7-12份,石英1-3份,长石粉1-3份,氧化锆15-23份,氮化硅12-17份,乙酸乙酯3-5份,水性树脂聚丙烯酰胺1-2份,聚乙二醇2-4份,滑石粉4-6份。
优选的,上述高耐磨性的陶瓷刀具,由以下组份的材料制成:
二氧化硅14份,碳酸钡7份,二硼化钛4份,氮化铝13份,氮化硼9份,石英2份,长石粉2份,氧化锆19份,氮化硅15份,乙酸乙酯4份,水性树脂聚丙烯酰胺1.6份,聚乙二醇3份,滑石粉5份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明耐磨性高,抗高温能力强,导热性良好,使用寿命长,切削质量好。

二氧化硅13份,碳酸钡6份,二硼化钛3份,氮化铝12份,氮化硼7份,石英1份,长石粉1份,氧化锆15份,氮化硅12份,乙酸乙酯3份,水性树脂聚丙烯酰胺1份,聚乙二醇2份,滑石粉4份。

二氧化硅15份,碳酸钡8份,二硼化钛5份,氮化铝14份,氮化硼12份,石英3份,长石粉3份,氧化锆23份,氮化硅17份,乙酸乙酯5份,水性树脂聚丙烯酰胺2份,聚乙二醇4份,滑石粉6份。
