一种带有间断叶片的钢管保护帽,用于石油钢管端部的保护。包括一圆筒形帽体,帽体由帽体上段和帽体下段冲压而成,帽体下段的直径小于帽体上段的直径,所述的帽体上段顶部边缘向帽体外延伸,形成直径大于帽体上段的帽顶,在所述的帽体上段和帽体下段外壁各设有两道环形叶片,所述的叶片上设有使叶片间断成若干小段的隔断口,所述的隔断口在叶片上呈不规则分布。其有益效果是,采用本技术方案后,保护帽套接在钢管端头内部不但结合紧密,而且拆装容易,在装卸运输过程中不会脱落,安全可靠,效果理想。

本发明用于石油钢管端部的保护。
背景技术
钢管在运输过程中,极易对管端头造成损害,为了对管头进行保护,一般在管端头套装保护帽,现有的保护帽套接在管端头后容易松动脱落,保护效果不好。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种带有间断叶片的钢管保护帽,与钢管管端结合紧固,并且拆装容易,避免了保护帽在使用过程出现的脱落现象。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种带有间断叶片的钢管保护帽,其特征是:包括一圆筒形帽体,帽体由帽体上段和帽体下段冲压而成,帽体下段的直径小于帽体上段的直径,所述的帽体上段顶部边缘向帽体外延伸,形成直径大于帽体上段的帽顶,在所述的帽体上段和帽体下段外壁各设有两道环形叶片,所述的叶片上设有使叶片间断成若干小段的隔断口,所述的隔断口在叶片上呈不规则分布。
本发明的有益效果是,采用本发明技术方案后,保护帽套接在钢管端头内部不但结合紧密,而且拆装容易,在装卸运输过程中不会脱落,安全可靠,效果理想。

具体实施方式
由附图1可知,本发明包括一圆筒形帽体1,帽体1由帽体上段3和帽体下段4冲压而成,帽体下段4的直径小于帽体上段3的直径,所述的帽体上段3顶部边缘向帽体1外延伸,形成直径大于帽体上段3的帽顶2,在所述的帽体上段3和帽体下段4外壁各设有两道环形叶片5,所述的叶片5上设有使叶片5间断成若干小段的隔断口6,所述的隔断口6在叶片5上呈不规则分布。这一结构使叶片5根据受力点的不同,而产生不同的变化,减少了整体叶片5受力时的阻力,使保护帽拆装容易。

1.一种带有间断叶片的钢管保护帽,其特征是:包括一圆筒形帽体,帽体由帽体上段和帽体下段冲压而成,帽体下段的直径小于帽体上段的直径,所述的帽体上段顶部边缘向帽体外延伸,形成直径大于帽体上段的帽顶,在所述的帽体上段和帽体下段外壁各设有两道环形叶片,所述的叶片上设有使叶片间断成若干小段的隔断口,所述的隔断口在叶片上呈不规则分布。
