Abstract

本发明涉及一种复合层板,具体涉及一种轻质抗钻抗锯纤维复合层板,所述复合层板包括上层合金层和下层合金层,在上层合金层与下层合金层之间设有一层以上的抗钻抗锯层;所述抗钻抗锯层之间,抗钻抗锯层与上层合金层,以及抗钻抗锯层与下层合金层之间分别设有预浸纤维层;所述抗钻抗锯层为经过剪切稠密化液体处理的织布纤维材料层;本发明可用于高档防护门、防护墙、防护隔板、保险箱等,采用非常新颖可实用的设计理念,最大限度地利用材料在不同载荷速度下的抵抗特性,以及纤维层板、铝合金与剪切稠密化液体处理后的织布纤维复合材料层的相互作用达到最佳的抗钻抗锯效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合层板,具体涉及一种轻质抗钻抗锯纤维复合层板。
背景技术
复合层板指的是由若干层不同性质的材料复合而成的复合体,其一般包括金属复合层板、木材复合层板,彩钢复合层板、岩棉复合层板等等。纤维—金属复合层板(至少由一种金属板和一种纤维增强复合材料板通过特殊的工艺制造方法复合而成),与单一的金属或单一的纤维材料相比,经过合理设计组合后的层状复合板结合了两种材料各自的优点,可以获得单一金属和单一纤维层所不具有的力学和结构性能。但现有的纤维复合层板,在有些性能上不能满足要求,抗冲击性虽然有一定提升,但是抗钻抗锯性能却很差,尤其在应用于安全防护门、墙体及隔板等领域,极易被钻锯损坏,因此急需一种新的复合层板的出现。
发明内容
为了提高板体抗钻抗锯性能,本发明提供了一种轻质抗钻抗锯纤维复合层板,其特征在于:所述复合层板包括上层合金层和下层合金层,在上层合金层与下层合金层之间设有一层以上的抗钻抗锯层;所述抗钻抗锯层之间,抗钻抗锯层与上层合金层,以及抗钻抗锯层与下层合金层之间分别设有预浸纤维层;所述抗钻抗锯层为经过剪切稠密化液体处理的织布纤维材料层。
进一步的,所述预浸纤维层为玻璃纤维层或者碳纤维层。
进一步的,所述剪切稠密化液体由质量百分数为20%的纳米硅粉和质量百分数为80%的聚乙烯乙二醇混合而成。
进一步的,所述纳米硅粉是由5%的20nm、5%的200nm和10%的300nm混合而成。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯乙二醇是由型号为200的20%、型号为300的30%和型号为600的30%混合而成。
进一步的,所述织布纤维材料层为Kevlar或者抗弹尼龙。
进一步的,所述织布纤维材料层内包括压缩木材层、碳纤维/PEEK预浸纤维层或者玻璃纤维/PEEK预浸纤维层。
进一步的,所述合金层为铝合金层。
进一步的,所述合金层厚度为1mm,所述预浸纤维层厚度为1.2mm。
进一步的,所述预浸纤维层和抗钻抗锯层之间设有防辐射层、隔音层或者高能量吸收层的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明可用于高档防护门、防护墙、防护隔板、保险箱等,采用非常新颖可实用的设计理念,最大限度地利用材料在不同载荷速度下的抵抗特性,以及纤维层板、铝合金与剪切稠密化液体处理后的织布纤维复合材料层的相互作用达到最佳的抗钻抗锯效果。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明:一种轻质抗钻抗锯纤维复合层板,其特征在于:所述复合层板包括上层合金层和下层合金层,在上层合金层与下层合金层之间设有一层以上的抗钻抗锯层;所述抗钻抗锯层之间,抗钻抗锯层与上层合金层,以及抗钻抗锯层与下层合金层之间分别设有预浸纤维层;所述抗钻抗锯层为经过剪切稠密化液体处理的织布纤维材料层;所述预浸纤维层为玻璃纤维层或者碳纤维层,所述剪切稠密化液体由质量百分数为20%的纳米硅粉和质量百分数为80%的聚乙烯乙二醇混合而成,其中纳米硅粉是由5%的20nm、5%的200nm和10%的300nm混合而成,聚乙烯乙二醇是由型号为200的20%、型号为300的30%和型号为600的30%混合而成,所述织布纤维材料层为Kevlar或者抗弹尼龙,为了提高抵抗性,织布纤维材料层内包括压缩木材层、碳纤维/PEEK预浸纤维层或者玻璃纤维/PEEK预浸纤维层,为了达到轻质的目的,合金层为铝合金层,铝合金层厚度为1mm,预浸纤维层厚度为1.2mm,优选的,在预浸纤维层和抗钻抗锯层之间还可以设有防辐射层、隔音层或者高能量吸收层的至少一种,来提高防辐射或者隔音效果,本发明中的凯夫拉,英文原名KEVLAR,也译作克维拉或凯芙拉。是美国杜邦(DuPont)公司研制的一种芳纶纤维材料产品的品牌名,材料原名叫“聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺”,化学式的重复单位为-[-CO-C6H4-CONH-C6H4-NH-]-接在苯环上的酰胺基团为对位结构(间位结构为另一项商标名为Nomex的产品,俗称防火纤维)。在制作本复合层板时,进行热压时,温度为300-350摄氏度,压力为1.5-2.5MPa,时间为2-3小时,其中升温和降温时间各为0.5小时。本发明性能取决于如何制作剪切稠密化液体以及如何将之应用在织布纤维材料层的种类及层数、层合结构的设计、使用的纳米硅粉和聚乙烯乙二醇、压制的温度和压力以及时间等。这种层合结构可用于高档防护门、防护墙、防护隔板、保险箱等,这种新型轻质层合结构采用非常新颖可实用的设计理念,最大限度地利用材料在不同载荷速度下的抵抗特性,以及玻璃纤维增强层板、铝合金与剪切稠密化液体处理后的织布纤维复合材料层的相互作用。同样的玻璃纤维增强层板或选用其它极轻的面板材料,通过计算机辅助工程,使这种新型轻质纤维复合层板结构达到最佳的抗钻抗锯效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种轻质抗钻抗锯纤维复合层板,其特征在于:所述复合层板包括上层合金层和下层合金层,在上层合金层与下层合金层之间设有一层以上的抗钻抗锯层;所述抗钻抗锯层之间,抗钻抗锯层与上层合金层,以及抗钻抗锯层与下层合金层之间分别设有预浸纤维层;所述抗钻抗锯层为经过剪切稠密化液体处理的织布纤维材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述预浸纤维层为玻璃纤维层或者碳纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述剪切稠密化液体由质量百分数为20%的纳米硅粉和质量百分数为80%的聚乙烯乙二醇混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述纳米硅粉是由5%的20nm、5%的200nm和10%的300nm混合而成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯乙二醇是由型号为200的20%、型号为300的30%和型号为600的30%混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述织布纤维材料层为Kevlar或者抗弹尼龙。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述织布纤维材料层内包括压缩木材层、碳纤维/PEEK预浸纤维层或者玻璃纤维/PEEK预浸纤维层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述合金层为铝合金层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的复合层板,其特征在于:所述合金层厚度为1mm,所述预浸纤维层厚度为1.2mm。
