本发明涉及一种建筑用搅拌叶，包括呈圆柱状的搅拌轴，搅拌轴的外圆柱面上设置有第一横向搅拌叶片、第二横向搅拌叶片、第三横向搅拌叶片和第四横向搅拌叶片，在第一横向搅拌叶片、第二横向搅拌叶片、第三横向搅拌叶片和第四横向搅拌叶片上设置有多个竖向搅拌叶片，在第一横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第一山字型叶片，第二横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第二山字型叶片，第三横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第三山字型叶片，第四横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第四山字型叶片；搅拌轴的上端连接有轴套，并在轴套上开设有用于安装的定位孔。本发明能够提高搅拌的均匀度；通过设置有轴套，并在轴套上开设有定位孔，能够提高搅拌轴的安装稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑用具技术领域，尤其涉及一种建筑用搅拌叶。
背景技术
搅拌机，是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转，将多种原料进行搅拌混合，使之成为一种混合物或适宜稠度的机器。搅拌机分为好多种，有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机等等。注意事项：搅拌机及自动供料机，必须把里面清洗干净，尤其是冬天，这样能延长寿命。搅拌机即是混合机，因为混合机的通常作用就是混合搅拌各类干粉砂浆，故俗称搅拌机。混凝土搅拌机应用于工业生产中常用的设备，它主要起到对制备混凝土的搅拌或拌合作用，混凝土搅拌机主要由搅拌轴和搅拌叶片组成，对于混凝土搅拌机的效率及搅拌效果很大程度上取决于搅拌叶片的设计，搅拌叶片设计合理不仅可以提高混凝土的搅拌的均匀度，同时也减少了搅拌的时间，间接的减少了搅拌成本，同时搅拌机仅仅靠搅拌有时达不到混凝土的均匀度要求。同时现有的混凝土搅拌机的搅拌叶片在搅拌时，混凝土搅拌不均匀。同时现有大的搅拌轴不便于安装。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种建筑用搅拌叶。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现：
一种建筑用搅拌叶，包括呈圆柱状的搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴的外圆柱面上设置有第一横向搅拌叶片、第二横向搅拌叶片、第三横向搅拌叶片和第四横向搅拌叶片，在所述第一横向搅拌叶片、第二横向搅拌叶片、第三横向搅拌叶片和第四横向搅拌叶片上设置有多个竖向搅拌叶片，在所述第一横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第一山字型叶片，所述第二横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第二山字型叶片，所述第三横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第三山字型叶片，所述第四横向搅拌叶片的末端设置有第四山字型叶片；所述搅拌轴的上端连接有轴套，并在所述轴套上开设有用于安装的定位孔。
进一步地，竖向搅拌叶片上开设有搅拌孔，所述搅拌孔为圆孔。
进一步地，所述第一横向搅拌叶片、第二横向搅拌叶片、第三横向搅拌叶片以及第四横向搅拌叶片大小相同。
进一步地，所述第一山字型叶片、第二山字型叶片、第三山字型叶片以及第四山字型叶片大小相同。
与现有的技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单、设计合理，通过设置有第一横向搅拌叶片、第二横向搅拌叶片、第三横向搅拌叶片、第四横向搅拌叶片、竖向搅拌叶片、第一山字型叶片、第二山字型叶片、第三山字型叶片以及第四山字型叶片，能够提高搅拌的均匀度；通过设置有轴套，并在轴套上开设有定位孔，能够提高搅拌轴的安装稳定性。

通过设置有第一横向搅拌叶片、第二横向搅拌叶片、第三横向搅拌叶片、第四横向搅拌叶片、竖向搅拌叶片、第一山字型叶片、第二山字型叶片、第三山字型叶片以及第四山字型叶片，能够提高搅拌的均匀度；通过设置有轴套，并在轴套上开设有定位孔，能够提高搅拌轴的安装稳定性。

1.一种建筑用搅拌叶，包括呈圆柱状的搅拌轴（1），所述搅拌轴（1）的外圆柱面上设置有第一横向搅拌叶片（2）、第二横向搅拌叶片（3）、第三横向搅拌叶片（4）和第四横向搅拌叶片（5），在所述第一横向搅拌叶片（2）、第二横向搅拌叶片（3）、第三横向搅拌叶片（4）和第四横向搅拌叶片（5）上设置有多个竖向搅拌叶片（6），其特征在于：在所述第一横向搅拌叶片（2）的末端设置有第一山字型叶片（7），所述第二横向搅拌叶片（3）的末端设置有第二山字型叶片（8），所述第三横向搅拌叶片（4）的末端设置有第三山字型叶片（9），所述第四横向搅拌叶片（5）的末端设置有第四山字型叶片（10）；所述搅拌轴（1）的上端连接有轴套（11），并在所述轴套（11）上开设有用于安装的定位孔（12）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用搅拌叶，其特征在于：竖向搅拌叶片（6）上开设有搅拌孔（13），所述搅拌孔（13）为圆孔。
