Abstract
本发明公开了一种小儿科护理弹性围脖,所述的围脖为方形,包括消毒层、滤纸层、弹性层、柔性层;所述的消毒层通过双面压敏胶带粘结滤纸层,滤纸层通过双面压敏胶带粘结弹性层,弹性层固定连接柔性层;消毒层本体内包含多孔载体和抗菌组合物,弹性材料包括形状记忆弹性体,本发明具有良好的杀菌性能,清洗、拆卸方便,不变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及小儿科护理用具,特别涉及到一种小儿科护理用的围脖。
背景技术
在成长过程中,小儿或儿童生病是难以避免的事情,现在由于生活品质的提高,对孩子的护理越发精细化,家长对孩子的爱护程度也远超以往,小儿生病进医院,临床护理上经常需要给患儿喂食、喂水、喂药,由于儿童天性活泼、或者由于恐惧,经常会造成药品,食物、水呛洒在衣服上,为清洗和护理带来不便,而目前的小儿护理用围脖存在清洗困难,杀菌性能不够,存在感染风险,易变形等问题,因此,有待于改进。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种小儿科护理用围脖,具有良好的杀菌性能,清洗、拆卸方便,不变形。
本发明完整的技术方案为:
一种小儿科护理弹性围脖,所述的围脖为方形,其特征在于,包括消毒层、滤纸层、弹性层、柔性层;所述的消毒层通过双面压敏胶带粘结滤纸层,滤纸层通过双面压敏胶带粘结弹性层,弹性层固定连接柔性层;
所述的消毒层包括消毒层本体,所述的消毒层本体内设有载体,所述的载体内吸附有光催化抗菌组合物;
所述的消毒层本体为纱布或棉布,所述的载体为多孔材料层,所述的光催化抗菌组合物按重量份含有:粒径为100-150nm的纳米二氧化钛6-7.5份,粒径为100-160nm纳米氧化锌2-3份,粒径为100-110nm的纳米银8.5-10份,粒径为120-140nm的纳米铜1-3份,粒径为120-200nm的纳米氧化铝15-18份,
所述的滤纸层厚度为1-2mm;
所述的弹性层包括弹性层本体,弹性层本体内嵌有形状记忆材料制成的薄片,所述的薄片厚度为0.5-1mm,宽度为2-5mm,长度为6-10cm。
所述的柔性层为棉布。
所述消毒层的制备包括如下步骤:
(1)将多孔材料与去离子水按质量比1:(8-10)的比例混合,在50-60℃下超声波搅拌10-15min,
(2)随后将消毒层本体浸渍在内,继续超声波搅拌2-5min,烘干,压实,
(3)重复步骤(2)3-5次;
(4)准备光催化抗菌组合物的胶体溶液,将消毒层本体浸渍在内,超声波搅拌5-10min,静置10min,随后干燥,压实;
(5)重复步骤(4)2-3次;得到所述的消毒层。
本发明相对现有技术的优点为:采用可拆卸更换的多层结构,其中的光催化抗菌组合物通过合适的配比组成,在可见光催化下对多种微生物细菌均有良好的抑菌、抗菌效果,避免了治疗过程中的交叉感染,并且所述的多孔载体使得抗菌组合物吸附良好,不易失效,抗菌时间长,其中的滤纸层使得落到消毒层上的液体能被迅速吸收,利于保护小儿皮肤,弹性层内嵌有形状记忆材料制成的薄片,清洗后,在室温下会自动回复为原来的形状,无需熨烫,使得围脖自动贴合小儿身体形状,提高了护理效果,柔性层位于弹性层下面,保护儿童皮肤。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种小儿科护理弹性围脖,所述的围脖为方形,包括消毒层、滤纸层、弹性层、柔性层;所述的消毒层通过双面压敏胶带粘结滤纸层,滤纸层通过双面压敏胶带粘结弹性层,弹性层固定连接柔性层;
所述的消毒层包括消毒层本体,所述的消毒层本体内设有载体,所述的载体内吸附有光催化抗菌组合物;
所述的消毒层本体为纱布或棉布,所述的载体为多孔材料层,所述的多孔材料层厚度为1-2.5mm,所述的多孔材料粒子直径为0.1mm,孔径为30微米,所述的光催化抗菌组合物按重量份含有:粒径为110nm的纳米二氧化钛6份,粒径为100nm纳米氧化锌2份,粒径为80nm的纳米银8.5份,粒径为100nm的纳米铜1份,粒径为100的纳米氧化铝15份,
所述的滤纸层厚度为1mm;
所述的弹性层包括弹性层本体,弹性层本体内嵌有形状记忆材料制成的薄片,所述的薄片厚度为0.5mm,宽度为2mm,长度为6cm。
所述的多孔材料为活性炭。
所述的柔性层为棉布。
实施例2:
一种小儿科护理弹性围脖,所述的围脖为方形,包括消毒层、滤纸层、弹性层、柔性层;所述的消毒层通过双面压敏胶带粘结滤纸层,滤纸层通过双面压敏胶带粘结弹性层,弹性层固定连接柔性层;
所述的消毒层包括消毒层本体,所述的消毒层本体内设有载体,所述的载体内吸附有光催化抗菌组合物;
所述的消毒层本体为纱布或棉布,所述的载体为多孔材料层,所述的多孔材料层厚度为2.5mm,所述的多孔材料粒子直径为0.25mm,孔径为50微米,所述的光催化抗菌组合物按重量份含有:粒径为150nm的纳米二氧化钛7.5份,粒径为1150nm纳米氧化锌3份,粒径为120nm的纳米银10份,粒径为150nm的纳米铜3份,粒径为200nm的纳米氧化铝18份,
所述的滤纸层厚度为2mm;
所述的弹性层包括弹性层本体,弹性层本体内嵌有形状记忆材料制成的薄片,所述的薄片厚度为1mm,宽度为5mm,长度为10cm。
所述的多孔材料为活性炭。
所述的柔性层为棉布。
所述消毒层的制备包括如下步骤:

1.一种小儿科护理弹性围脖,所述的围脖为方形,其特征在于,包括消毒层、滤纸层、弹性层、柔性层;所述的消毒层通过双面压敏胶带粘结滤纸层,滤纸层通过双面压敏胶带粘结弹性层,弹性层固定连接柔性层;
所述的消毒层包括消毒层本体,所述的消毒层本体内设有载体,所述的载体内吸附有光催化抗菌组合物;
所述的消毒层本体为纱布或棉布,所述的载体为多孔材料层,所述的光催化抗菌组合物按重量份含有:粒径为100-150nm的纳米二氧化钛6-7.5份,粒径为100-160nm纳米氧化锌2-3份,粒径为100-110nm的纳米银8.5-10份,粒径为120-140nm的纳米铜1-3份,粒径为120-200nm的纳米氧化铝15-18份,

2.如权利要求1所述的小儿科护理弹性围脖,其特征在于,所述的柔性层为棉布。
3.权利要求1-3任一项所述小儿科护理弹性围脖的制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒层的制备包括如下步骤:
(1)将多孔材料与去离子水按质量比1:(8-10)的比例混合,在50-60℃下超声波搅拌10-15min,
(2)随后将消毒层本体浸渍在内,继续超声波搅拌2-5min,烘干,压实,
(3)重复步骤(2)3-5次;
(4)准备光催化抗菌组合物的胶体溶液,将消毒层本体浸渍在内,超声波搅拌5-10min,静置10min,随后干燥,压实;
(5)重复步骤(4)2-3次;得到所述的消毒层。
