本发明涉及一种电话消音器,具体来说是一种通话语音辅助处理装置。
背景技术
会议室、医院等场所需要肃静,有电话不能接,又要及时沟通处理事务,颇为两难。在商业竞争对手面前通话,还可能一语泄天机。现在的手机拾音器是通过手机底部的一小孔,从开放式环境中接收声音信号。手机扬声器在安静的环境下,一米左右距离也声音清晰。手机隔音、扰音器的隔音材料能降低口腔声源传播噪音,隔音耳机屏蔽扬声器外传声音。扰音器释放适量的噪音,混淆扰乱原有口腔声音特征,以掩盖通话内容。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在有限的、不易消音的体积内,使用多种高密度的材料,接力隔断透射声能的传播;L型密封圈能大面积的与唇部深度吻合,弹性材料多道密封唇部,隔断空气流通;隔音室鱼篓式开口,限制口腔大开大合,内部膨大的腔体利于声波反射消耗。隔音室内多个锥形通风口分散声波反射,锥形凹凸增加了高密度材料的刚性程度;复合外壳体与内部隔音材料中间,由掺杂高密度粉料的半流质材料填充。隔音材料之间由硅胶或橡胶等弹性材料间隔,无硬连接,规避声桥现象;除颤块通气孔两端的直径由大到小,变径通气孔过滤多种波长的声音。扰音器位于外壳排风口处,通过发出无规律、不等频混音,达到掩盖原有通话信息的目的;隔音耳机扬声器的偏转阀,以偏转开口的大小调节耳机的音量。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明所述的手机隔音、扰音器包括复合外壳体、除颤块、抗性室、隔音室、耳机和扰音器。其特征在于:复合外壳体是塑料玻璃等材料的多层结构。复合外壳体与内部其他隔音材料中间,由掺杂铁粉的锂基润滑脂填充隔变径通气孔,变径通气孔两端的孔直径不同离。所述除颤块的裸露面上,约有占百分之五面积,均匀分布贯穿除颤块体的变径通气孔。所述抗性室所用铜、钢、铝等隔音材料的密度不同。所述氧化锆陶瓷隔音室小入口、大内腔,底部有多个锥形通风口。所述耳机扬声器的外壳有隔音罩,中间有调节阀,末端为桶状胶管。所述扰音器的扬声器及开关位置在外壳排风口的末端。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
如附图所示,手机按下接听键或滑屏通话,插入10连接线。11偏转阀调节至音量适中,12耳机靠紧外耳廓。13L型密封圈贴紧口腔,开始通话。14拾音器通过15隔音室接收口腔语音信息。16复合外壳体的内侧,由17填充料与其他隔音材料隔离。18胶垫在19活动封扣挤压下,密封复合外壳体上下盖缝隙。口腔发声产生的气流,从15隔音室,经隔音室底部20锥形通风口,进入21抗性室。气流再经22反射板上的多个开口进入23除颤块上方。15隔音室下部、21抗性室、23除颤块周围由24隔音包围板包围。22反射板之间,以及与15隔音室23除颤块的中间,均有25胶垫间隔。气流经过多层23除颤块上的26变径通气孔,裹带27扰音器发出的适量噪音,排出28排风口。29扰音器开关调节排风口噪音的大小。

  1. 手机隔音、扰音器包括有:复合外壳体、除颤块、抗性室、隔音室、隔音耳机和扰音器。其特征在于:
    1.隔音材料之间均由弹性材料间隔。
  2. 2.填充材料内掺杂有高密度颗粒。
  3. 3.复合外壳体的对接处有弹性垫圈,对接处有凹凸的扣接槽和扣接沿。
  4. 4.除颤块,其特征在于:横截面约有占百分之五面积的变径通气孔,变径通气孔两端的孔直径不同。
  5. 5.抗性室,其特征在于每一层隔音材料的密度不同。
  6. 6.隔音室,其特征在于:大内腔、收紧式小开口,底部有多个锥形通风口。
  7. 7.隔音耳机,其特征在于耳机背面有半圆或桶状的隔音材料,中间有调节阀,末端为胶管。
  8. 8.扰音器,其特征在于:扬声器在外壳排风口处,开关位置裸露在外壳。
