Abstract

一种光模组,其包括一水平设置的基板、安装在基板上并相对设有前端面及后端面的透镜、与所述透镜后端面对接并固定有若干光纤的光套管及设置于光套管后方的固持体,所述光套管包括前表面及与所述前表面相对的后表面,所述固持体包括一基座,所述基座包括顶壁、与顶壁相对的底壁、连接顶壁与底壁的一对侧壁、与所述光套管接触的前壁及与前壁相对的后壁,所述基座上设有凸柱,所述凸柱向前延伸超出所述前壁,所述凸柱受力时可自前壁向固持体内弹性缩回,所述光套管的后表面向内凹陷设有收容所述凸柱的收容孔,所述凸柱自然状态下超出前壁的长度大于所述收容孔的深度,所述凸柱收容于收容孔后弹性向前抵靠所述光套管。

光模组
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种光模组,尤其涉及一种光模组中各元件之间的安装结构。
【背景技术】
2013年10月23日公开的公开号为CN103364891A的中国专利揭示了一种光电连接器组件,该光电连接器组件包括一光纤连接模块,光纤连接模块包括一基板、透镜、固定光纤的光套管及设有收容空间的固持体,固持体可自上而下地将透镜和光套管一并收容在收容空间中,收容空间具有呈刚性的周边以限制光套管相对透镜运动,然而,该固持体直接安装于光套管及透镜的外围,通过其内壁与光套管及透镜的相互作用而固定,其固定不牢靠,元件易松动脱落。
鉴于以上问题,有必要提供一种新的光模组以改善上述不足之处。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种光模组,该光模组能实现快速安装并安装可靠,各元件易拆解。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种光模组,其包括一水平设置的基板、安装在基板上并相对设有前端面及后端面的透镜、与所述透镜后端面对接并固定有若干光纤的光套管及设置于光套管后方的固持体,所述光套管包括前表面及与所述前表面相对的后表面,所述固持体包括一基座,所述基座包括顶壁、与顶壁相对的底壁、连接顶壁与底壁的一对侧壁、与所述光套管接触的前壁及与前壁相对的后壁,所述基座上设有凸柱,所述凸柱向前延伸超出所述前壁,所述凸柱受力时可自前壁向固持体内弹性缩回,所述光套管的后表面向内凹陷设有收容所述凸柱的收容孔,所述凸柱自然状态下超出前壁的长度大于所述收容孔的深度,所述凸柱收容于收容孔后弹性向前抵靠所述光套管。
具体实施结构如下:
所述凸柱为一对分别设置于所述基座的前壁的两侧,所述与凸柱配合的收容孔也为一对。
所述基座的顶壁向下凹陷形成收容空间,所述收容空间贯穿所述基座的前壁及后壁,所述固定于光套管内的光纤向后延伸经过所述收容空间。
所述固持体进一步包括包覆所述压板及部分基座的盖体,所述盖体包括平板部及自平板部两侧垂直于所述平板部向下延伸的一对侧部。
所述一对侧部上分别设有一开口,所述基座的侧壁上设有卡持于所述开口内的突块。
所述突块外侧呈一斜面以便盖体自上而下安装,所述盖体安装后所述开口卡持于所述斜面底端。
所述一对侧部分别向外水平延伸形成延伸部,所述延伸部与所述基板固定。
所述固持体进一步包括一设置于所述收容空间内的压板,所述压板设置于所述收容空间内的光纤上。
所述基座底壁向下凸起形成安装柱,所述基板上设有与所述安装柱配合以固定所述基座的安装孔。
所述透镜后端面设有向后凸起的定位柱,所述光套管的前表面设有与所述定位柱配合的定位孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的光模组中的光套管、基板与固持体之间无需使用胶水或锁扣连接,各元件可快速并且可靠地连接在一起,结构简单,各元件易于拆解替换。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2,符合本发明的光模组100包括一水平设置的基板1、安装在基板1上的透镜2、与所述透镜2后端面对接并固定有若干光纤3的光套管4及设置于光套管4后方的固持体5。
如图3所示,所述基板1前端设有若干导电片10,其后端贯穿所述基板1设有一对安装孔11。
如图4及图5所示,所述透镜2相对设有前端面21及后端面22,所述透镜2的后端面22设有向后凸起的定位柱23,所述定位柱23为一对分别设置于后端面22的两侧。
所述光套管4包括前表面41及与所述前表面41相对的后表面42,所述光套管4的前表面41设有与所述定位柱23配合的定位孔43,所述定位柱23与定位孔43配合将光套管4与透镜2连接在一起。所述光套管4的后表面42向内凹陷设有收容孔44。所述光套管4设有凹陷区45,所述凹陷区45贯穿所述光套管4的后表面42,所述光纤3收容于所述凹陷区45内并向后延伸超出所述凹陷区45。
所述固持体5包括一基座51及包覆部分基座51的盖体52,所述基座51包括顶壁511、与顶壁511相对的底壁512、连接顶壁511与底壁512的一对侧壁513、与所述光套管4接触的前壁514及与前壁514相对的后壁515,所述基座51上设有凸柱516,所述凸柱516向前延伸超出所述前壁514,所述凸柱516受力时可自固持体5的前壁514向固持体5内弹性缩回,所述凸柱516收容于所述光套管4的后表面42的收容孔44内固定,所述凸柱516为一对分别设置于所述基座51的前壁514的两侧,所述与凸柱516配合的收容孔44也为一对,所述凸柱516自然状态下超出前壁514的长度大于所述收容孔44的深度,所述凸柱516收容于收容孔44并缩回固持体5后弹性向前抵靠于所述光套管4,对所述光套管4产生一个向前的支持力,该支持力使得光套管4稳定固定于所述透镜2与所述固持体5之间,固定后所述固持体5的前壁514与所述光套管4的后表面42贴靠。所述基座51的顶壁511向下凹陷形成收容空间517,所述收容空间517贯穿所述基座51的前壁514及后壁515,所述固定于光套管4内的光纤3向后延伸经过所述收容空间517并向后延伸。所述收容空间517的底面与所述凹陷区45的底面齐平以便光纤3平置于所述收容空间517及凹陷区45内。所述固持体5进一步包括一设置于所述收容空间517内的压板53,所述压板53设置于所述收容空间517内的光纤3上以增加光纤3的拉拔力,当在使用光模组100时扯动到光纤3,不易影响到光纤3与光套管4的连接。所述基座51底壁512向下凸起形成安装柱518,所述基板1上的安装孔11与所述安装柱518配合以固定所述基座51。所述盖体52包覆所述压板53及部分基座51,所述盖体52包括平板部521、自平板部521两侧垂直于所述平板部521向下延伸的一对侧部522及自所述一对侧部522的底端分别向外水平延伸形成延伸部523,所述一对侧部522上分别设有一开口5221,所述基座51的侧壁513上设有卡持于所述开口5221内的突块5131。所述突块5131外侧呈一斜面以便盖体52自上而下安装,所述盖体52安装后所述开口5221卡持于斜面底端。所述延伸部523与所述基板1固定,其可通过胶水、焊接或其他方式固定。
组装所述光模组100时,首先将透镜2封装到基板1上,可使用胶将透镜2固定,然后将固定有光纤3的光套管4安装于透镜2的后方,将光套管4前表面41的定位孔43与透镜2后端面22上的定位柱23对准配合,所述光纤3与透镜2形成对接,将基座51延伸超出前壁514的凸柱516插入光套管4后表面42的收容孔44内,推动基座51使得凸柱516部分缩回前壁514内,将基座51底壁512的安装柱518插入基板1上的安装孔11内固定。将压板53设置于基板的收容空间内的光纤3上,再将盖体52自上而下安装到基座51上,盖体52两侧的开口5221与基座51侧壁513上的突块5131卡扣,且将其延伸部523与基板1用胶水或焊接固定。至此,整个光模组100便组装完成。

Claims (10)

1.一种光模组,其包括一水平设置的基板、安装在基板上并相对设有前端面及后端面的透镜、与所述透镜后端面对接并固定有若干光纤的光套管及设置于光套管后方的固持体,所述光套管包括前表面及与所述前表面相对的后表面,其特征在于:所述固持体包括一基座,所述基座包括顶壁、与顶壁相对的底壁、连接顶壁与底壁的一对侧壁、与所述光套管接触的前壁及与前壁相对的后壁,所述基座上设有凸柱,所述凸柱向前延伸超出所述前壁,所述凸柱受力时可自前壁向固持体内弹性缩回,所述光套管的后表面向内凹陷设有收容所述凸柱的收容孔,所述凸柱自然状态下超出前壁的长度大于所述收容孔的深度,所述凸柱收容于收容孔后弹性向前抵靠所述光套管。
2.如权利要求1所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述凸柱为一对分别设置于所述基座的前壁的两侧,所述与凸柱配合的收容孔也为一对。
3.如权利要求2所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述基座的顶壁向下凹陷形成收容空间,所述收容空间贯穿所述基座的前壁及后壁,所述固定于光套管内的光纤向后延伸经过所述收容空间。
4.如权利要求3所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述固持体进一步包括包覆所述压板及部分基座的盖体,所述盖体包括平板部及自平板部两侧垂直于所述平板部向下延伸的一对侧部。
5.如权利要求4所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述一对侧部上分别设有一开口,所述基座的侧壁上设有卡持于所述开口内的突块。
6.如权利要求5所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述突块外侧呈一斜面以便盖体自上而下安装,所述盖体安装后所述开口卡持于所述斜面底端。
7.如权利要求6所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述一对侧部分别向外水平延伸形成延伸部,所述延伸部与所述基板固定。
8.如权利要求7所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述固持体进一步包括一设置于所述收容空间内的压板,所述压板设置于所述收容空间内的光纤上。
9.如权利要求1所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述基座底壁向下凸起形成安装柱,所述基板上设有与所述安装柱配合以固定所述基座的安装孔。
10.如权利要求1所述的光模组,其特征在于:所述透镜后端面设有向后凸起的定位柱,所述光套管的前表面设有与所述定位柱配合的定位孔。
