The invention provides an air outlet device and an air conditioner with the same, wherein the air outlet device comprises: an air outlet part with an air outlet; the air outlet grille is arranged at the air outlet; the air outlet grille check-in part is arranged on the air outlet grille and is provided with an air outlet hole. The invention effectively solves the problem of potential safety hazard of the air conditioner cabinet machine electric appliance in the prior art. The air outlet grille check-in part is provided with the air outlet hole by arranging the air outlet grille check-in part on the air outlet grille. Set up like this and to guarantee that the air-out device is under the condition of normal air-out, inside the effectual entering air-out device that prevents animals such as worm, mouse to the security of effectual increase air-out device and the intensity of air-out grid.

Further, the air outlet grille check-in portion 30 and the air outlet grille 20 are integrally injection-molded. The air outlet grille stopping portion 30 is cut and punched, the shape of the air outlet grille stopping portion 30 is matched with that of the air outlet grille 20, and when the air outlet grille 20 is molded in an injection mode, the air outlet grille stopping portion 30 is placed into the air outlet grille stopping portion, and the air outlet grille stopping portion and the air outlet grille are integrally molded in an injection mode. The air outlet grille 20 and the air outlet grille stopping part 30 are integrally formed by injection molding, so that the strength is not reduced or the air outlet grille does not fall off due to the lapse of time.
Preferably, the length of the air outlet 31 is L1, the width is L2, wherein L1 is not more than 2mm and not more than 5mm, and L2 is not less than 2mm and not more than 5 mm. The width of the air outlet 31 is L2, wherein L2 is more than or equal to 2mm and less than or equal to 5 mm. Preferably, the size of the air outlet 31, i.e. the grid, is 3X3 mm.
The size of the air outlet hole 31 is set in such a way, so that the air outlet device has good air outlet performance and can effectively prevent insects, mice or other animals from entering the air outlet device. The service life of air-out device has effectually been improved.
Further, the outlet grille 20 has a plurality of outlet grille strips 21, and the outlet grille insertion portion 30 is disposed between the plurality of outlet grille strips 21. When the outlet grille 20 is composed of a plurality of outlet grille strips 21, the outlet grille stopping part 30 may be provided only in the gap between the outlet grille strips. Therefore, the device also effectively prevents insects, mice and other animals from entering the air outlet device.

The air outlet grille 20 is provided with a metal net which effectively prevents insects and mice from entering the lower air outlet. And the air outlet grille 20 can not cause wrinkling and deformation of the air outlet grille 20 at the position due to the fact that a large amount of hot air is blown out from the air outlet 11 when the lower air outlet is in the heating mode when the air conditioner is started. The air outlet grille 20 is effectively prevented from being bitten by insects and mice. That is, the air outlet grille 20 thus arranged has good strength.
