本发明公开一种LED轨道灯，包括灯罩、驱动器和安装座，所述灯罩两侧设置有固定块，所述固定块上设置有调节螺钉，所述驱动器上设置有加强筋，所述灯罩通过加强筋与驱动器焊接，所述加强筋设有三根，所述安装座下方设置有支架和电源线，所述支架与安装座转动连接，所述安装座通过电源线与驱动器电性连接，所述支架通过调节螺钉与固定块铰接，所述灯罩内设置有LED灯珠，所述LED灯珠外侧设置有散热壳，该LED轨道灯安装方便，能够快速调节光照角度，散热效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED轨道灯。
背景技术
轨道灯就是安装在一个类似轨道上面的灯，可以任意调节照射角度，一般作为射灯使用在需要重点照明的地方，轨道灯都要安装在相匹配的轨道上面，轨道的内部含有电压输入（国内是220V交流电输入，也可定制成低压输入），在轨道内部的两侧含有导电金属条（优质的由铜制成，劣质的由铁制成），而轨道灯的接头处有可旋转的导电铜片，在安装时，轨道灯上面的导电铜片接触到轨道内部的导电金属条，就可实现轨道灯通电，即可点亮轨道灯，轨道灯一般作为一种特定射灯而使用，一般商用居多，如商场（服装店、家具店等品牌专卖店）、汽车展示、珠宝首饰、星级酒店、品牌服装、高档会所、博文物展馆、连锁商场、品牌营业厅、专业橱窗、柜台等重点照明场所。
在使用led轨道灯灯饰时尽量不要频繁地开关，因为灯具在频繁启动的瞬间，通过灯丝的电流都大于正常工作时的电流，使得灯丝温度急剧升高加速升华，从而会大大减少其使用寿命，因此要尽量减少led轨道灯灯具的开关，在清洁维护时应注意不要改变灯具的结构，也不要随便更换led轨道灯灯具里面的一些部件，在清洁维护结束后，应按原样将灯具装好，不要漏装、错装灯具零部件；按标志提供的光源参数及时更换老化的灯管，发现灯管两端发红、灯管发黑或有黑影、灯管跳不亮时，应及时更换led轨道灯的灯管。
目前现有的轨道灯结构复杂，不方便调节光照角度，散热性能一般。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安装方便，能够快速调节光照角度，散热效果好的LED轨道灯。
为解决上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种LED轨道灯，包括灯罩、驱动器和安装座，所述灯罩两侧设置有固定块，所述固定块上设置有调节螺钉，所述驱动器上设置有加强筋，所述灯罩通过加强筋与驱动器焊接，所述加强筋设有三根，所述安装座下方设置有支架和电源线，所述支架与安装座转动连接，所述安装座通过电源线与驱动器电性连接，所述支架通过调节螺钉与固定块铰接，所述灯罩内设置有LED灯珠，所述LED灯珠外侧设置有散热壳。
作为优选，所述安装座上设置有卡槽，保持安装方便可靠。
作为优选，所述固定块设有两块，保持结构稳定性好。
作为优选，所述散热壳上设置有通孔，提升散热效率。
作为优选，所述通孔呈环形等距分布，保持散热均匀。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的驱动器能够保持LED灯珠快速的启动进行照明，支架通过调节螺钉与固定块铰接方便调节照射角度，加强筋能够保持结构紧凑，稳定性高，散热壳能够保持散热效果好，安装座方便进行安装。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种LED轨道灯，包括灯罩1、驱动器2和安装座3，所述灯罩1两侧设置有固定块4，所述固定块4上设置有调节螺钉5，所述驱动器2上设置有加强筋6，所述灯罩1通过加强筋6与驱动器2焊接，所述加强筋6设有三根，所述安装座3下方设置有支架7和电源线8，所述支架7与安装座3转动连接，所述安装座3通过电源线8与驱动器2电性连接，所述支架7通过调节螺钉5与固定块4铰接，所述灯罩1内设置有LED灯珠9，所述LED灯珠9外侧设置有散热壳10。
所述安装座3上设置有卡槽11，在使用时，保持安装方便可靠。
所述固定块4设有两块，在使用时，保持结构稳定性好。
所述散热壳10上设置有通孔12，在使用时，提升散热效率。
所述通孔12呈环形等距分布，在使用时，保持散热均匀。
本发明的有益效果为：设置的驱动器能够保持LED灯珠快速的启动进行照明，支架通过调节螺钉与固定块铰接方便调节照射角度，加强筋能够保持结构紧凑，稳定性高，散热壳能够保持散热效果好，安装座方便进行安装。

1.一种LED轨道灯，其特征在于：包括灯罩、驱动器和安装座，所述灯罩两侧设置有固定块，所述固定块上设置有调节螺钉，所述驱动器上设置有加强筋，所述灯罩通过加强筋与驱动器焊接，所述加强筋设有三根，所述安装座下方设置有支架和电源线，所述支架与安装座转动连接，所述安装座通过电源线与驱动器电性连接，所述支架通过调节螺钉与固定块铰接，所述灯罩内设置有LED灯珠，所述LED灯珠外侧设置有散热壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED轨道灯，其特征在于：所述安装座上设置有卡槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED轨道灯，其特征在于：所述固定块设有两块。
