本发明涉及一种闭门器,尤其涉及一种闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂。
背景技术
电动闭门器,又叫自动闭门释放器、电动释放器等,是一种通过电控方式实现门扇自动关闭的机构。
目前,市面上常见的电动闭门器在结构上通常包括电控部分、转臂组件,安装时将电控部分安装在门上,将转臂组件安装在门与门框之间,并且只能按照水平安装方式进行安装,这种常见的电动闭门器安装要求高,需要安装在特定的门上,或者需要安装在特制的门框上,对于普通的门来说就无法正常安装使用了,安装方式单一,应用范围狭窄,对工人来说安装要求高,安装效率差,并且这种常见的电动闭门器零件数量多,占用空间大,实际应用效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种闭门器电磁释放摇臂,解决目前电动闭门器存在的安装方式单一、应用范围狭窄、占用空间大、安装效率差的问题,满足闭门器的安装需求。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,包括滑轨主体,滑轨主体的上表面开有滑槽,滑槽内设有滑块,滑块上连接有摇臂,摇臂位于滑轨主体的上方,滑轨主体的左端安装有端盖一,滑轨主体的右端安装有端盖二,端盖一与滑块之间设有线路板一、线路板二,线路板一、线路板二安装在滑轨主体上,端盖一上设有安装螺钉一,端盖二上设有安装螺钉二,滑轨主体的下表面依次设置有安装螺钉三、安装螺钉四、安装螺钉五,摇臂的一端连接滑块,摇臂的另一端安装有连接螺丝。
安装螺钉三、安装螺钉四之间的间距与安装螺钉四、安装螺钉五之间的间距相同。
滑轨主体内安装有固定座,线路板一、线路板二均安装在固定座上,线路板一位于线路板二的上方,线路板一上安装有接线柱。

连接螺丝上连接有六角方榫和沉头垫片,六角方榫和沉头垫片均安装在摇臂上。

三、工人安装时仅需通过安装螺钉一9、安装螺钉二10将滑轨主体1水平侧面安装在门上,或者通过安装螺钉三11、安装螺钉四12、安装螺钉五13将滑轨主体1垂直安装到门框上部,安装极为方便,能够提高工人的安装效率,使用效果好;
四、摇臂与滑块之间连接稳定,能够对摇臂轴进行上下限位,防止摇臂脱开,通过带柱螺丝一、带柱螺丝二嵌入沟槽的方式对摇臂轴进行上下限位,能够减少摇臂轴在工作过程中的损耗,减少摇臂轴的损坏,从而增加摇臂的使用寿命,使用效果好。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

Claims (9)

1.一种闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:包括滑轨主体(1),所述滑轨主体(1)的上表面开有滑槽(2),所述滑槽(2)内设有滑块(3),所述滑块(3)上连接有摇臂(4),所述摇臂(4)位于滑轨主体(1)的上方,所述滑轨主体(1)的左端安装有端盖一(5),所述滑轨主体(1)的右端安装有端盖二(6),所述端盖一(5)与滑块(3)之间设有线路板一(7)、线路板二(8),所述线路板一(7)、线路板二(8)安装在滑轨主体(1)上,所述端盖一(5)上设有安装螺钉一(9),所述端盖二(6)上设有安装螺钉二(10),所述滑轨主体(1)的下表面依次设置有安装螺钉三(11)、安装螺钉四(12)、安装螺钉五(13),所述摇臂(4)的一端连接滑块(3),所述摇臂(4)的另一端安装有连接螺丝(14),所述摇臂(4)通过摇臂轴(25)连接滑块(3),所述摇臂轴(25)上开有环绕在摇臂轴(25)表面上的沟槽(26),所述摇臂(4)连接滑块(3)的该端设置有带柱螺丝一(27)、带柱螺丝二(28),所述带柱螺丝一(27)、带柱螺丝二(28)均穿过摇臂(4)该端嵌入摇臂轴(25)的沟槽(26)内,所述带柱螺丝一(27)、带柱螺丝二(28)呈对称状态设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述安装螺钉三(11)、安装螺钉四(12)之间的间距与安装螺钉四(12)、安装螺钉五(13)之间的间距相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述滑轨主体(1)内安装有固定座(15),所述线路板一(7)、线路板二(8)均安装在固定座(15)上,所述线路板一(7)位于线路板二(8)的上方,所述线路板一(7)上安装有接线柱(16)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述线路板一(7)的上方设有装饰板(17),所述装饰板(17)通过螺丝一(18)和螺丝二(19)固定在滑轨主体(1)上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述固定座(15)上设有螺丝三(20)和螺丝四(21),所述线路板二(8)通过螺丝三(20)和螺丝四(21)安装在固定座(15)上。
6.根据权利要求3所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述固定座(15)上安装有按断开关(22),所述按断开关(22)通过螺帽(23)紧固在固定座(15)上。
7.根据权利要求4所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述装饰板(17)的下方设有装饰盖(24),所述装饰盖(24)位于线路板一(7)的侧面并安装在滑轨主体(1)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述摇臂轴(25)与滑块(3)之间连接有固定板(29),所述摇臂轴(25)铆接在固定板(29)上,所述固定板(29)通过一组紧固螺栓(30)安装在滑块(3)上,所述滑块(3)内安装有一组铜螺母(31),所述紧固螺栓(30)的数量与铜螺母(31)的数量相同,每个紧固螺栓(30)与位置相应的铜螺母(31)匹配连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器电磁释放滑轨摇臂,其特征在于:所述连接螺丝(14)上连接有六角方榫(32)和沉头垫片(33),所述六角方榫(32)和沉头垫片(33)均安装在摇臂(4)上。
