技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿色环保的弹性地板。
背景技术
弹性地板是指地板在外力作用下发生变形，当外力解除后，能完全恢复到变形前形状的地板。这种地板称为弹性地板。该地板使用寿命长达30年－50年，具有卓越的耐磨性、耐污性和防滑性，富有弹性的足感令行走十分舒适。弹性地板因其优越的特性而倍受用户青睐，它们被广泛应用于医院、学校、写字楼、商场、交通、工业、家居、体育馆等场所。技术性能要求：（1）耐磨性：由于检测方法的不同，欧标和国标对不用材料耐磨性能的界定比较复杂，对于使用来说，只需要根据具体材料达到的EN685级别或国标级别进行选择即可。EN685耐磨性能的排序为：21-22-23-31-32-41-33-42-34-43。国标为：通用-耐用（由低到高排序）。（2）色牢度：色牢度数值的测定是参照ISO105-B02，一般为6度和7度，数值高代表色牢度更好，不容易变色。（3）防滑：欧洲标准BGR181规定了弹性材料的防滑等级应在R9～R11之间，等级越高，防滑性能越好。（4）残留凹陷度：代表地板在受压变形后回复能力的强弱，欧标EN433和国标都有对该项参数的界定，但由于检测仪器的差别，对最终数值的界定也不同。数值越小，材料受压后最终产生的凹痕越小。通常同质透心结构产品优于叠压结构的产品，而叠压结构硬质背层的产品残留凹陷度数值优于发泡背层的产品。（5）尺寸稳定性：EN434、GB/T4085-2005和GB/T11982.1-2005对材料加热长度变化率（亚麻除外）要求是卷材£0.40%，片材£0.25%。亚麻要根据空气湿度而定（参照EN669）。（6）表面处理：可分为通体聚氨酯（PUR）处理、表面PUR处理和无PUR处理三种，聚氨酯的作用是封闭材料表面分子之间的孔隙，提高抗污性能。（7)防火：根据德国DIN4102、美标ASTM648和国标GB8624-1997之规定，铺地材料均应达到B1级。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色环保的弹性地板，具有绿色环保、高弹性和超强抗冲击等特点。
本发明的技术方案是：一种绿色环保的弹性地板，所述绿色环保的弹性地板包括最上层的耐磨层，中间层的稳定层，最下层的基层，所述耐磨层的厚度为1-4mm，所述耐磨层是由乙烯基树脂和聚氯乙烯混合而成，所述稳定层是由丁苯橡胶、高苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶混合而成，所述基层为玉檀木、杉木或黄花梨木。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述耐磨层的厚度为2.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述乙烯基树脂和聚氯乙烯的比例为2:1。
本发明的一种绿色环保的弹性地板，具有绿色环保、高弹性和超强抗冲击等特点。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1，图1是本发明一种绿色环保的弹性地板，所述绿色环保的弹性地板包括最上层1的耐磨层，中间层2的稳定层，最下层3的基层，所述耐磨层的厚度为1-4mm，所述耐磨层是由乙烯基树脂和聚氯乙烯混合而成，所述稳定层是由丁苯橡胶、高苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶混合而成，所述基层为玉檀木、杉木或黄花梨木，所述耐磨层的厚度为2.5mm，所述乙烯基树脂和聚氯乙烯的比例为2:1。弹性地板的优点：1、绿色环保：生产弹性地板的主要原料是聚氯乙烯，聚氯乙烯是环保无毒的可再生资源，它早已大量的使用在人们的日常生活中，比如餐具、医用的输液管袋等，其环保性是无需担忧的。2、超轻超薄：弹性地板只有2－3mm厚度，每平米重量仅2－3KG，不足普通地面材料的10%。在高层建筑中对于楼体承重和空间节约，有着无可比拟的优势。同时在旧楼改造中有着特殊的优势。3、超强耐磨：弹性地板表面有一层特殊的经高科技加工的透明耐磨层，其耐磨转数可达300000转。所以在人流量较大的医院、学校、办公楼、商场、超市、交通工具等场所，弹性地板越来越受到欢迎。4、高弹性和超强抗冲击：弹性地板质地较软所以弹性很好，在重物的冲击下有着良好的弹性恢复，卷材地板质地柔软弹性更佳，其脚感舒适被称之为“地材软黄金”，同时弹性地板具有很强的抗冲击性，对于重物冲击破坏有很强的弹性恢复，不会造成损坏。优异的弹性地板能最大限度的降低地面对人体的伤害，并可以分散对足部的冲击。5、超强防滑：弹性地板表层的耐磨层有特殊的防滑性，而且与普通的地面材料相比，弹性地板在粘水的情况下脚感更涩，更不容易滑到。也因此，所以在公共安全要求较高的公共场所如机场、医院、幼儿园、学校等是首选的地面装饰材料。6、防火阻燃：质量合格的弹性地板防火指标可达B1级，B1级也就是说防火性能非常出色，仅次于石材。弹性地板本身不会燃烧并且能阻止燃烧；高品质的弹性地板在被动点燃时所产生的烟雾也绝对不会对人体产生伤害，不会产生致息性的有毒有害气体（据安全部门提供的数字：在火灾中95%受到伤害的人是由于燃烧时产生的有毒害的烟雾及气体所至）。7、抗菌、防水、防潮、耐酸碱腐蚀：弹性地板由于主要成分是乙烯基树脂，和水无亲和力，所以其自然不怕水，只要不是长期的被浸泡就不会受损；并且不会因为湿度大而发生霉变。8、吸音防噪：弹性地板有普通地面材料无法相比吸音效果，其吸音可达20分贝，所以在需要安静的环境如医院病房、学校图书馆、报告厅、影剧院等选弹性地板。9、接缝小及无缝焊接：弹性卷材地板用无缝焊接技术可以达到完全无缝，这是普通地板无法做到的，也因此可以将地面的整体效果及视觉效果得到最大限度的优化；在对地面整体效果要求较高的环境如办公室，以及对杀菌消毒要求高的环境如医院手术室等弹性地板是最理想的选择。10、安装施工快捷：弹性地板的安装施工非常快捷，不用水泥砂浆，地面条件好的用专用环保地板胶粘合，24小时后就可以使用。11、花色品种繁多：弹性地板的花色品种繁多，如地毯纹、石纹、木地板纹等，甚至可以实现个性化订制。纹路逼真美观，配以丰富多彩的附料和装饰条，能组合出绝美的装饰效果。12、导热保暖：弹性地板的导热性能良好，散热均匀，且热膨胀系数小，比较稳定。在欧美以及日韩等国家和地区，弹性地板是地暖导热地板的首选产品，非常适合家庭铺装，尤其是我国北方寒冷地区。13、保养方便：弹性地板的保养非常方便，地面脏了用拖布擦拭即可。如果想保持地板持久光亮的效果，只需定期打蜡维护即可，其维护次数远远低于其他地板。本发明提供一种绿色环保的弹性地板，具有绿色环保、高弹性和超强抗冲击等特点。
本发明的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内，可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种绿色环保的弹性地板，其特征在于：所述绿色环保的弹性地板包括最上层的耐磨层，中间层的稳定层，最下层的基层，所述耐磨层的厚度为1-4mm，所述耐磨层是由乙烯基树脂和聚氯乙烯混合而成，所述稳定层是由丁苯橡胶、高苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶混合而成，所述基层为玉檀木、杉木或黄花梨木。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保的弹性地板，其特征在于：所述耐磨层的厚度为2.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保的弹性地板，其特征在于：所述乙烯基树脂和聚氯乙烯的比例为2:1。
