背景技术
现有技术的陶瓷板种类繁多,尤其在发泡陶瓷板的制作领域中,发泡陶瓷本身具有良好的保温和质量轻的特性,市场前景较大,但普通结构的陶瓷板在进行水泥堆砌时,由于两侧面为水平面,水泥或混凝土的抗渗性能较差,相邻陶瓷板接缝容易进水受潮影响其使用寿命,并且其表面较为粗糙,防水耐酸性能较差,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种有较强韧性,不易碎裂并且表面光滑,使用寿命长,有效抗渗耐酸的抗渗发泡陶瓷板。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案一种抗渗发泡陶瓷板,包括长方形基体,其特征在于所述基体侧面开设有间隔排布的条形凹槽,所述条形凹槽内填充有弹性树脂,所述基体上下表面均开设有一层深5~10mm的方形凹槽,所述方形凹槽内填覆有一层金属网,所述金属网厚度与凹槽深度相同或略厚,所述基体上表面复合有一层致密光滑的釉面层,将金属网压紧复合,所述基体下表面复合有一防滑层,所述防滑层厚度为10~20mm,防滑层下表面喷涂有防滑涂料,所述基体前后侧面两边设置有突出的向外延伸部,所述向外延伸部为锯齿状。
作为优选,相邻基体的向外延伸部上锯齿相互配接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在基体侧面增设条形凹槽并在凹槽内设置弹性体,并在上下表面加设金属网,大大提高了其韧性,提高了其结构强度,并表面设置釉面层,提高了其防水耐酸的性能,在基体前后侧面两边设置有突出的向外延伸部,通过相邻基体的延长部相互连接配合,构成灌浆槽,有效去除接缝,提高抗渗性,延长了使用寿命。

一种抗渗发泡陶瓷板,包括长方形基体001,所述基体001侧面开设有间隔排布的条形凹槽011,条形凹槽011设置为8个,所述条形凹槽011内填充有弹性树脂002,所述基体001上下表面均开设有一层深5~10mm的方形凹槽012,所述方形凹槽012内填覆有一层金属网003,所述金属网003厚度与凹槽012深度相同或略厚,所述基体001上表面复合有一层致密光滑的釉面层004,将金属网003压紧复合,所述基体001下表面复合有一防滑层005,所述防滑层005厚度为10~20mm,防滑层005下表面喷涂有防滑涂料006,所述基体001前后侧面两边设置有突出的向外延伸部007,所述向外延伸部007为锯齿状。相邻基体001的向外延伸部007上锯齿相互配接。
