本发明所述及一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,属于化工涂料技术领域。其主要组成部分:水、润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂、有机硅改性苯丙乳液、硅溶胶、成膜助剂、防腐剂以及增稠剂。本发明具有良好的耐候性、耐沾污性能,能够很好的保护内层饰面涂层的装饰效果,有效延长涂层使用寿命,客户反馈使用效果良好。

本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,属于化工涂料技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,弹性涂料、浮雕涂料以及天然采砂涂料等装饰立体感强的涂料产品越来越多的被应用于建筑外墙的装饰当中。建筑外墙涂料的涂层暴露在大气环境当中,经受着风吹、日晒、雨淋、沙尘、雾霾等自然环境的变化,并且伴随着日趋严重的环境污染,大气中的灰尘以及悬浮污染物质较多,会更容易使涂层发生粉化、变色、剥落、沾染污渍等,从而使涂层失去原有的装饰效果。对于立体装饰感较强的涂料来说,其涂层更容易沾染污渍。因此,研究一种具有高耐候、耐沾污性能的透明罩面漆是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,该透明罩面漆具有良好的耐候性、耐沾污性能,能够很好的保护内层饰面涂层的装饰效果,有效延长涂层使用寿命。
一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆的具体组分和重量比例是:去离子水:10%-15%;润湿剂:0.1%-0.2%;分散剂:0.1%-0.2%;消泡剂:0.1%-0.2%;有机硅改性苯丙乳液:55%-60%;硅溶胶:25%-30%;成膜助剂:1%-2%;防腐剂:0.1%-0.2%;增稠剂:0.3%-0.6%。
本发明中的有机硅改性苯丙乳液,是将三官能度的硅烷引入苯乙烯丙烯酸共聚物的主链或支链上,一方面键能较高的Si-O键(431KJ/mol)部分取代了键能较低的C-C键(345KJ/mol)和C-O键(351KJ/mol),另一方面提高了乳胶膜的交联度,从而使树脂的耐候性、耐水性和耐沾污性能有了很大的提高。硅溶胶粒径细微,比表面积大,具有良好的渗透性,与有机硅苯丙乳液复配,能够有效的提高涂层的渗透性和附着力,大大提高产品的耐候性、耐水性和耐沾污性能。
进一步地,所述的有机硅改性苯丙乳液为单体预乳化共聚生成的阴离子乳液。
进一步地,所述的润湿剂为改性聚硅氧烷。
进一步地,所述的分散剂为低分子量聚丙烯酸胺盐。
进一步地,所述的成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
进一步地,所述的消泡剂为非离子型矿物油。
进一步地,所述的硅溶胶为SiO2含量为30±1%的纳米级硅溶胶溶液。
进一步地,所述的防腐剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮。
进一步地,所述的增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素。
本发明的有益效果:大大提高了涂料产品耐候性、耐水性以及耐沾污性能,能够很好的保护内层饰面涂层的装饰效果,有效的延长涂层的使用寿命。

下面是本发明的具体实施例。
实施例Ⅰ
一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:去离子水10%,改性聚硅氧烷0.1%,低分子量聚丙烯胺盐0.1%,非离子型矿物油0.1%,有机硅改性苯丙乳液60%,硅溶胶25%,十二碳醇酯1%,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1%,羟乙基纤维素0.6%。
实施例Ⅱ
一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:去离子水12%,改性聚硅氧烷0.2%,低分子量聚丙烯胺盐0.1%,非离子型矿物油0.2%,有机硅改性苯丙乳液55%,硅溶胶30%,十二碳醇酯2%,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1%,羟乙基纤维素0.4%。
实施例Ⅲ
一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:去离子水15%,改性聚硅氧烷0.1%,低分子量聚丙烯胺盐0.2%,非离子型矿物油0.2%,有机硅改性苯丙乳液58%,硅溶胶25%,十二碳醇酯1%,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.2%,羟乙基纤维素0.3%。
依据本发明制作的有机硅改性透明罩面漆具有良好的耐候性、耐沾污性能,能够很好的保护内层饰面涂层的装饰效果,有效延长涂层使用寿命。该产品广泛的适用于建筑外墙涂料饰面,尤其适用于浮雕涂料、弹性涂料、天然采砂涂料等立体装饰感强的建筑外墙涂料。

1.一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,其特征在于,所述的有机硅改性透明罩面漆包含以下重量百分比的成分:

5.根据权利要求1所述一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,其特征在于,所述的成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种有机硅改性透明罩面漆,其特征在于,所述的润湿剂为改性聚硅氧烷。
