本发明公开了一种腕关节植体,包括:腕关节上端,所述腕关节上端包括臼头、定位板和定位钉;腕关节下端,所述腕关节下端包括衬头和固定座,所述衬头与所述固定座固定连接,且所述衬头活动设置在所述臼头腔内;缓冲耐磨层,所述缓冲耐磨层位于所述臼头与所述衬头之间,所述缓冲耐磨层包括缓冲层和润滑耐磨层,所述缓冲层与所述润滑耐磨层卡合连接在一起;调节垫;髓针端,所述髓针端穿过所述调节垫与所述腕关节下端连接在一起;和若干个固定钉,所述固定钉穿过所述定位板的通孔与骨头连接。本发明结构简单,结构稳定,灵活性好,抗脱位性强。

一种腕关节植体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人工关节植体,具体涉及一种腕关节植体。
背景技术
当今,许多疾病或创伤都可以引起腕关节的慢性疼痛和功能丧失,如类风湿性关节炎,创伤性关节炎,骨关节炎,化脓性关节炎肿瘤腕关节等。目前的治疗方法主要采用腕关节融合术,但还没有用来代替关节活动的人工腕关节植体,因此急需一种结构简单,安装简便,稳定好,抗脱位性强,灵活转动的腕关节植体。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种结构简单,结构稳定,灵活性好,抗脱位性强的腕关节植体。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种腕关节植体,其中,包括:腕关节上端,所述腕关节上端包括臼头、定位板和定位钉,所述臼头与所述定位板的一个端面固定连接,所述定位钉固定设置在所述定位板的另一个端面;腕关节下端,所述腕关节下端包括衬头和固定座,所述衬头与所述固定座固定连接,且所述衬头活动设置在所述臼头腔内;缓冲耐磨层,所述缓冲耐磨层位于所述臼头与所述衬头之间,所述缓冲耐磨层包括缓冲层和润滑耐磨层,所述缓冲层包括若干个填充腔、若干个小连接钉和若干个大连接钉,所述填充腔轴向均匀的分布在所述缓冲层的壁内,用于填充缓冲物,所述小连接钉位于所述缓冲层的内表面上,所述大连接钉位于所述缓冲层的下缘内侧;所述润滑耐磨层包括若干个小栓和若干个大栓,所述小栓位于所述润滑耐磨层的外表面上,所述大栓位于所述润滑耐磨层的下缘外侧,且所述小栓与对应的小连接钉卡合连接,所述大栓与对应的大连接钉卡合连接;调节垫;髓针端,所述髓针端穿过所述调节垫与所述腕关节下端连接在一起;和若干个固定钉,所述固定钉穿过所述定位板的通孔与骨头连接。
进一步地,所述缓冲层还包括大弧面和若干个小弧面,所述缓冲层的内表面上由若干个小弧面组成,且所述小连接钉固定设置在相邻两个小弧面的连接部,所述大弧面与所述臼头的内表面相贴合。
更进一步地,所述小连接钉包括钉体、钉头和若干个环形凸棱,所述钉体的一端与所述缓冲层固定连接在一起,所述钉体的另一端与所述钉头的大端面连接在一起,且所述钉头的大端面的直径大于所述钉体的直径,所述环形凸棱位于所述钉体的外圆柱面上,且沿所述钉体的轴向均匀分布。
更进一步地,所述小连接钉还包括开口、环槽和若干个通气孔,所述开口周向均匀的分布在所述钉体和钉头的过渡圆环上,所述环槽轴向设置在所述钉头内,所述通气孔轴向贯穿所述小连接钉,且所述开口通过所述环槽与所述通气孔相通。
进一步地,所述润滑耐磨层还包括滑动面和若干个限位面,所述滑动面与所述衬头的外表面相贴合,所述润滑耐磨层的外表面由若干个限位面组成,且所述小栓固定设置在相邻两个限位面的连接部。
更进一步地,所述缓冲层与所述润滑耐磨层通过所述小栓与所述小连接钉的卡合以及所述大栓与所述大连接钉的卡合相连接在一起。
进一步地,所述髓针端包括针体、针头和连接螺纹,所述针头位于所述针体的一端,所述连接螺纹位于所述针体的另一端,且穿过所述调节垫与所述腕关节下端连接在一起。
进一步地,所述臼头的内表面、所述衬头的外表面、所述大弧面和所述滑动面均为抛光圆弧面。
更进一步地,所述钉头呈锥形。
更进一步地,所述钉头的大端面直径与所述钉头的小端面直径之比为3.12:1。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
参考图1至图9,如图1所示的一种腕关节植体,其中,包括腕关节上端1,腕关节下端2,缓冲耐磨层3,调节垫4,髓针端5和若干个固定钉6,该腕关节植体结构简单,安装简便,结构稳定,灵活性好,抗脱位性强。
如图1和图2所示,所述腕关节上端1包括臼头11、定位板12和定位钉13,所述臼头11与所述定位板12的一个端面固定连接,所述定位钉13固定设置在所述定位板12的另一个端面,此结构简单,安装方便。
如图1和图3所示,所述腕关节下端2包括衬头21和固定座22,所述衬头21与所述固定座22固定连接,且所述衬头21活动设置在所述臼头11腔内,结构简单,灵活性好。
如图1、图2、图3、图5、图6和图7所示,所述缓冲耐磨层3位于所述臼头11与所述衬头21之间,所述缓冲耐磨层3包括缓冲层31和润滑耐磨层32,所述缓冲层31包括若干个填充腔311、若干个小连接钉312和若干个大连接钉313,所述填充腔311轴向均匀的分布在所述缓冲层31的壁内,用于填充缓冲物,所述小连接钉312位于所述缓冲层31的内表面上,所述大连接钉313位于所述缓冲层31的下缘内侧;所述润滑耐磨层32包括若干个小栓321和若干个大栓322,所述小栓321位于所述润滑耐磨层32的外表面上,所述大栓322位于所述润滑耐磨层32的下缘外侧,且所述小栓321与对应的小连接钉312卡合连接,所述大栓322与对应的大连接钉313卡合连接,此缓冲耐磨层3结构简单紧凑,能减少关节运动时的摩擦,稳定性好,可使腕关节运动灵活自如;所述髓针端5穿过所述调节垫4与所述腕关节下端2连接在一起,结构简单,安全灵活;所述固定钉6穿过所述定位板12的通孔121与骨头连接,结构简单,安装方便。
如图2、图5和图6所示,所述缓冲层31还包括大弧面314和若干个小弧面315,所述缓冲层31的内表面上由若干个小弧面315组成,且所述小连接钉312固定设置在相邻两个小弧面315的连接部,所述大弧面314与所述臼头11的内表面相贴合,稳定性好,灵活性好。
如图5、图6、图8和图9所示,所述小连接钉312包括钉体3121、钉头3122和若干个环形凸棱3123,所述钉体3121的一端与所述缓冲层31固定连接在一起,所述钉体3121的另一端与所述钉头3122的大端面连接在一起,且所述钉头3122的大端面的直径大于所述钉体3121的直径,所述环形凸棱3123位于所述钉体3121的外圆柱面上,且沿所述钉体3121的轴向均匀分布,所述小连接钉312还包括开口3124、环槽3125和若干个通气孔3126,所述开口3124周向均匀的分布在所述钉体3121和钉头3122的过渡圆环上,所述环槽3125轴向设置在所述钉头3122内,所述通气孔3126轴向贯穿所述小连接钉312,且所述开口3124通过所述环槽3125与所述通气孔3126相通,结构简单,抗脱位性强。
如图3、图5和图7所示,所述润滑耐磨层32还包括滑动面323和若干个限位面324,所述滑动面323与所述衬头21的外表面相贴合,所述润滑耐磨层32的外表面由若干个限位面324组成,且所述小栓321固定设置在相邻两个限位面324的连接部,能减少运动摩擦,稳定性好,使腕关节的可作屈、伸、展、收及环转运动,灵活性好。
如图5、图6和图7所示,所述缓冲层31与所述润滑耐磨层32通过所述小栓321与所述小连接钉312的卡合以及所述大栓322与所述大连接钉313的卡合相连接在一起,结构简单,安装方便。
如图1和图4所示,所述髓针端5包括针体51、针头52和连接螺纹53,所述针头52位于所述针体51的一端,所述连接螺纹53位于所述针体51的另一端,且穿过所述调节垫4与所述腕关节下端2连接在一起,针头52插入待植入部位,以固定腕关节植体。
如图2、图3、图6和图7所示,所述臼头11的内表面、所述衬头21的外表面、所述大弧面314和所述滑动面323均为抛光圆弧面,降低了表面粗糙度,可获得光亮、平滑的表面,以使腕关节衬头21在腕关节臼头11的凹槽内转动更加灵活。
如图8所示,所述钉头3122呈锥形,所述钉头3122的大端面直径与所述钉头3122的小端面直径之比为3.12:1,因而稳定性好,抗脱位性强。
综上所述,该腕关节植体具有结构简单,安装简便,稳定性好,灵活性好,安全可靠,抗脱位性强的优点,能够保肢,恢复了腕关节的可作屈、伸、展、收及环转运动,符合腕关节的生理,使患者能够像原来一样运动自如,具有较高的医用价值。
