技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器及空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种净化空气的吸尘器。
背景技术
吸尘器按结构可分为立式、卧式和便携式。吸尘器的工作原理是,利用电动机带动叶片高速旋转,在密封的壳体内产生空气负压,吸取尘屑。
吸尘器主要由起尘、吸尘、滤尘三部分组成,一般包括串激整流子电动机、离心式风机、滤尘器(袋)和吸尘附件。一般吸尘器的功率为400-1000W或更高,便携式吸尘器的功率一般为250W及其以下。吸尘器能除尘,主要在于它的“头部”装有一个电动抽风机。抽风机的转轴上有风叶轮,通电后,抽风机会以每秒500圈的转速产生极强的吸力和压力,在吸力和压力的作用下,空气高速排出,而风机前端吸尘部分的空气不断地补充风机中的空气,致使吸尘器内部产生瞬时真空,和外界大气压形成负压差,在此压差的作用下,吸入含灰尘的空气。灰尘等杂物依次通过地毯或地板刷、长接管、弯管、软管、软管接头进入滤尘袋,灰尘等杂物滞留在滤尘袋内,空气经过滤片净化后,再由机体尾部排出。
吸尘器的工作原理是吸尘器电机高速旋转,从吸入口吸入空气,使尘箱产生一定的真空,灰尘通过地刷、接管、手柄、软管、主吸管进入尘箱中的滤尘袋,灰尘被留在滤尘袋内,过滤后的空气再经过一层过滤片进入电机,这层过滤片是防止尘袋破裂灰尘吸入电机的一道保护屏障,进入电机的空气经电机流出,由于电机运行中碳刷不断的磨损,因此流出吸尘器前又加了一道过滤。过滤材料越细密就可以将空气过滤得吸尘器越干净,但透气度就越差,这样影响了电机吸入的风量,降低了吸尘器效率。它的透气度是较低的,因此都做成波浪形以增加透气面积。
但现有的吸尘器过滤部件,其设计的主要考虑是过滤灰尘。但在目前的室内环境中,由于空气中富含大量气态以及微粒污染物,这些气态以及微粒污染物附着在灰尘颗粒上。当吸尘时,其从灰尘颗粒表面脱附,从而重新进入室内环境的气体,导致空气被再次污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种新型的吸尘器滤芯,其能在吸尘器工作时,净化空气中的气态污染物,比如氮氧化物、硫氧化物、芳香族污染物以及空气中的雾霾等。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种净化空气的吸尘器,包括壳体、设于壳体上的进风口与出风口及设于壳体内的电机,所述壳体包括上壳体与集尘容器,所述上壳体固定于所述集尘容器上所述吸尘器还包括设置于壳体内对进入吸尘器的气体进行过滤的旋风过滤器,所述旋风过滤器具备滤芯,其包括滤芯两端分别是同心圆形的有中央孔的上支架和有底凹槽的底座,上支架和底座之间设有由环箍和支杆固结成一体的空心骨架,在上支架底面环槽和圆形底座之间的空心骨架外围,固接连续折反等幅皱褶的圆筒状过滤纸筒,其特征在于:
a.圆筒状过滤纸筒连续折反的皱褶是顶边向里底边向外的梯形皱褶;
b.有底凹槽的底座形成顶边向里底边向外的底座架板;
c.与支杆固结成空心骨架的环箍外周形成有底边向外的梯形架板;
所述滤纸筒由两层滤纸层及夹杂在两层滤纸层之间的催化剂层组成,所述催化剂层包括如下组分,
A)6%-20%的纳米TiO2负载的铂铈银钾复合氧化物,其各组分的摩尔比Ti:Pt:Ce:Ag:K为1:(0.05-0.1):(0.05-0.1):(0.05-0.1):(0.05-0.1);
B)3%-8%的锆掺杂的铁钛钼钒复合氧化物,Zr:Fe:Ti:Mo:V的摩尔比为(0.02-0.2):1:(0.5-1):(0.5-1):(0.5-1),所述铁钛钼复合氧化物具备Fe-O-Ti、Mo-O-Ti和Fe-O-Mo结构的复合氧化物微晶体系;
C)余量的活性炭。
所述催化剂的制备方法可以采取常规的浸渍法以及其他替代方法,本领域技术人员可以根据其掌握的现有技术自由选择,本发明不再赘述。
本发明的吸尘器,在实现基本的吸尘功能的前提下,通过设置催化剂层,所述催化组合物通过选取特定组分A和组分B,使得该组合物产生协同效应,该组合物对雾霾的防治有效率达到100%,同时活性高,室温下即能起到催化作用,将空气中的甲醛、苯等有机物降解称为二氧化碳,并将对人体有害的硫氧化物、氮氧化物催化氧化为较高价态,进而用活性炭吸附,将各种污染物降低至ppm级,极大的净化了室内空气。
具体实施方式
本发明通过下述实施例对本发明的吸尘器进行说明。
实施例1
通过浸渍法制备得到催化剂,包括如下组分,
A)10%的纳米TiO2负载的铂铈银钾复合氧化物,其各组分的摩尔比Ti:Pt:Ce:Ag:K为1:0.1:0.1:0.1:0.1;
B)5%的锆掺杂的铁钛钼钒复合氧化物,Zr:Fe:Ti:Mo:V的摩尔比为0.1:1:1:1:1,所述铁钛钼复合氧化物具备Fe-O-Ti、Mo-O-Ti和Fe-O-Mo结构的复合氧化物微晶体系;
C)余量的活性炭。
将所述催化剂夹杂于两层滤纸之间,连续折反等幅皱褶形成圆筒状过滤纸筒,将该过滤纸筒按照如下结构设计得到净化空气的吸尘器滤芯,包括滤芯两端分别是同心圆形的有中央孔的上支架和有底凹槽的底座,上支架和底座之间设有由环箍和支杆固结成一体的空心骨架,在上支架底面环槽和圆形底座之间的空心骨架外围,固接连续折反等幅皱褶的圆筒状过滤纸筒,其特征在于:
a.圆筒状过滤纸筒连续折反的皱褶是顶边向里底边向外的梯形皱褶;
b.有底凹槽的底座形成顶边向里底边向外的底座架板;
c.与支杆固结成空心骨架的环箍外周形成有底边向外的梯形架板。

在PM2.5为300时开窗,使得室内PM2.5与室外相同,关闭门窗,1小时后测试PM2.5,其值仅为1。
经过检测,室内空气中氮氧化物和硫氧化物的含量均降到0.01毫克/立方米以下,远远小于GB/T18883-2002规定的室内空气质量标准的要求。

Claims (1)
1.一种净化空气的吸尘器,包括壳体、设于壳体上的进风口与出风口及设于壳体内的电机,所述壳体包括上壳体与集尘容器,所述上壳体固定于所述集尘容器上所述吸尘器还包括设置于壳体内对进入吸尘器的气体进行过滤的旋风过滤器,所述旋风过滤器具备滤芯,其包括滤芯两端分别是同心圆形的有中央孔的上支架和有底凹槽的底座,上支架和底座之间设有由环箍和支杆固结成一体的空心骨架,在上支架底面环槽和圆形底座之间的空心骨架外围,固接连续折反等幅皱褶的圆筒状过滤纸筒,其特征在于:
a.圆筒状过滤纸筒连续折反的皱褶是顶边向里底边向外的梯形皱褶;
b.有底凹槽的底座形成顶边向里底边向外的底座架板;
c.与支杆固结成空心骨架的环箍外周形成有底边向外的梯形架板;
所述滤纸筒由两层滤纸层及夹杂在两层滤纸层之间的催化剂层组成,所述催化剂层包括如下组分,
A)6%-20%的纳米TiO2负载的铂铈银钾复合氧化物,其各组分的摩尔比Ti:Pt:Ce:Ag:K为1:(0.05-0.1):(0.05-0.1):(0.05-0.1):(0.05-0.1);
B)3%-8%的锆掺杂的铁钛钼钒复合氧化物,Zr:Fe:Ti:Mo:V的摩尔比为(0.02-0.2):1:(0.5-1):(0.5-1):(0.5-1),所述铁钛钼复合氧化物具备Fe-O-Ti、Mo-O-Ti和Fe-O-Mo结构的复合氧化物微晶体系;
C)余量的活性炭。
