本发明涉及一种接头,特别涉及一种电焊机二次线跨接接头。
背景技术
铸管动控部的煤气工段所管辖的煤气区域,经常进行使用电焊机进行管道或者支架的焊接等动火作业。在动火作业时,电焊机二次线经常跨越煤气禁火区域,由于电焊机的二次线过长,会出现二次线对接现象,二次线对接容易出现打火现象,二次线对接容易出现触电现象,给所在的煤气区域和人身安全带来了重大安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种电焊机二次线跨接接头。它结构简单,完全消除了接头打火现象,安全可靠。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:左、右金属管外壁上套有左、右绝缘套,左、右金属管螺纹连接,左、右金属管分别与左、右电缆电连接固定。
本发明具有下列优点:1)、结构简单,完全消除了接头打火现象,安全可靠;2)、使用方便,拆装快捷。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,左、右金属管2、7外壁上套有左、右绝缘套3、6,左、右金属管2、7螺纹连接,左、右金属管2、7分别与左、右电缆1、8电连接固定。
所述左、右金属管2、7靠近端的孔中分别焊接固定能相互配合的螺母4、螺栓5。通过螺母4、螺栓5实现左、右金属管2、7的螺纹连接。
所述的左、右电缆1、8分别与螺母4、螺栓5电连接固定。
所述的左金属管2的右端部嵌在左绝缘套3内,嵌入的尺寸T1为1-5mm。
所述的右金属管7的左端部嵌在右绝缘套6内,嵌入的尺寸T2为1-5mm。
所述的左、右金属管2、7为镀锌管;左、右绝缘套3、6为橡胶套;螺母4、螺栓5的材料为紫铜。

1.一种电焊机二次线跨接接头,其特征在于:左、右金属管(2、7)外壁上套有左、右绝缘套(3、6),左、右金属管(2、7)螺纹连接,左、右金属管(2、7)分别与左、右电缆(1、8)电连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电焊机二次线跨接接头,其特征在于:所述左、右金属管(2、7)靠近端的孔中分别焊接固定能相互配合的螺母(4)、螺栓(5)。通过螺母(4)、螺栓(5)实现左、右金属管(2、7)的螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电焊机二次线跨接接头,其特征在于:所述的左、右电缆(1、8)分别与螺母(4)、螺栓(5)电连接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电焊机二次线跨接接头,其特征在于:所述的左金属管(2)的右端部嵌在左绝缘套(3)内,嵌入的尺寸T1为1-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电焊机二次线跨接接头,其特征在于:所述的右金属管(7)的左端部嵌在右绝缘套(6)内,嵌入的尺寸T2为1-5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电焊机二次线跨接接头,其特征在于:所述的左、右金属管(2、7)为镀锌管;左、右绝缘套(3、6)为橡胶套。
