露天门禁门的制造方法;所属技术领域为:建筑门窗、安防设备、露天门禁门;本发明要解决的技术难题是:一、门片抗风能力差;二、门片、门框易变形;三、磁力锁吸力不够。解决这些难题的技术方案是:创新用材:用带钢和扁方钢管做门片,取代现有的用方纲管、园钢管、钢板等材料做门禁门门片的方法。创新自动关门器:除了用一地簧闭门外,还改一地簧为天簧,让天、地簧同时运用于露天门禁门的自动关门,代替现有的外置弹簧推力闭门器等自动关门方法。这种露天门禁门,主要用于出入小区、机关、货场、学校,而设置的露天刷卡小门,此门不需人工守卫,可全天候24小时工作。

露天门禁门的制造方法
技术领域:建筑门窗、安防器材、露天门禁门;
技术背景:经网上检索、网下调研,发现人们对露天刷卡门禁门的制造方法,几乎是空白。笔者调研了数十个露天门禁门,几乎百分之九十五都不用刷卡,形同虚设;究其原因,现有技术存在的技术问题有:一、门片抗风能力差;二、门片、门框变形;三、磁力锁吸力不够等。
发明内容:解决以上技术问题采用的技术方案是:创新用材、创新自动关门器等:1、创新用材:用带钢和扁方钢管做门片;取代现有的用方钢管、园钢管、钢板等材料做门禁门门片的方法。2、创新自动关门器:除了用一地簧闭门外,还改一地簧为天簧,让天、地簧同时作用于露天门禁门的自动关门。代替现有的外置弹簧推力闭门器等自动关门方法。3、保证单门磁力锁吸力大于280N。
对照现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:不但能在正常环境下稳定、可靠地工作,而且在大于等于7级风的环境下稳定、可靠的工作。
具体实施:
一、用横截面为长方形的长方钢管做门片外围,用带钢做成窗格形,窗格形外围与上面的门片外围内沿对应处大小相符,并填入之,形成门片;注意:1、长边组成的截面积小的面,处于门旋转时的迎风面,以达到减少风的阻力;二、门框:用方钢管做成四边形门框,尽量避免三边形门框。安装门框时,先调整好门框与预埋好的连接件间的相对位置,然后用螺栓固定,最后用电焊焊牢。三、磁力锁保证任何时侯吸力至少大于280N。四、自动关门器:除了用一地簧外,还改一地簧为天簧,即把一地簧经稍微改造成可调后,安装在门框上边内,与安装在门框下边上的地簧形成天地簧合力,给门片增加抵抗风的阻力,取代现有的外置弹簧推力闭门器等闭门方法;此天地簧闭门方法,还可减少现有闭门器在无风时的有害碰撞。注意:2、以上用材厚度等规格,可据门的大小及现场环境而定;原则是不变形、能抗风、重量轻等共处最佳点;3、焊接方法:门片、门框全用满焊,其它焊接必须可靠。4、建议全部用不锈钢材料,尽管造价贵,但耐用。5、门整体必须无毛刺,不能留下任何安全隐患。

1.露天门禁门的制造方法,其特征是:创新用材:以达到更具抗风能力;创新自动关门器:以达到更加可靠地自动关门。
2.根据权利要求1所述:露天门禁门的制造方法,其特征是:创新用材是用带钢、扁方纲管取代现有的用方钢管、园钢管、钢板等材料做门禁门门片的方法。
3.根据权利要求1所述:露天门禁门的制造方法,其特征是:创新自动关门器:即除了用一地簧外,还改一地簧为天簧,即把一地簧经创新改造成可调后,安装在门框上边内;与安装在门框下边上的地簧形成天、地簧合力,不但增加了门片抗风能力;还能减少现有闭门方法在无风时的有害碰撞。以此取代现有的外置弹簧推力闭门器等闭门方法。
4.根椐权利要求1所述:露天门禁门的制造方法,其特征是:用材厚度等规格要据门的大小、形状及现场环境,经试验后确定;原则是不变形、能抗风、重量轻等共处最佳点。
