本发明公开了一种稳定柜门螺扣结构,包含对称设置的两个柜体组件;柜体组件包含门板和侧面柜板,门板和侧面柜板通过螺扣组件相连接;螺扣组件包含螺套和螺体;螺套设置在侧面柜板上,螺套中设置有圆弧槽;螺体的后端设置在门板上,螺体的前部呈圆弧状,与螺套的圆弧槽配合;螺体的前端设置有第一磁体,圆弧槽的最深处设置有第二磁体;两个门板在相靠近的一侧上均设置有第三磁体;当门板打开时,门板带动螺体伸入圆弧槽的深处,使得第一磁体与第二磁体相靠近吸合,将门板定位,便于取货;当门板关闭时,两块门板上的第三磁体相互吸合,使整个柜体的内部空间封闭;其整体结构简单,使用方便,制造成本低,应用范围广。

背景技术
在打开货柜取货时,需要将处于打开状态的柜门固定以便于取货,而现使用的具有固定效果的柜门铰链结构较为复杂,使用的型材和零部件多,安装不方便,因此,现针对这种缺陷设计一种结构简单、使用方便的稳定柜门螺扣结构。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种结构简单、使用方便的稳定柜门螺扣结构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种稳定柜门螺扣结构,包含对称设置的两个柜体组件;所述柜体组件包含门板和侧面柜板,门板和侧面柜板通过螺扣组件相连接;所述螺扣组件包含螺套和螺体;所述螺套设置在侧面柜板上,螺套中设置有圆弧槽;所述螺体的后端设置在门板上,螺体的前部呈圆弧状,与螺套的圆弧槽配合;所述螺体的前端设置有第一磁体,圆弧槽的最深处设置有第二磁体;所述两个柜体组件的两个门板在相靠近的一侧上均设置有第三磁体;当门板在打开状态时,两个门板上的第三磁体分离,第一磁体与第二磁体吸合;当门板在关闭状态时,两个门板上的第三磁体吸合,第一磁体与第二磁体分离。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的稳定柜门螺扣结构,当门板打开时,门板带动螺体伸入圆弧槽的深处,使得螺体的第一磁体与配合槽中的第二磁体相靠近,当门板处于完全打开的状态时,第一磁体与第二磁体吸合,将门板定位,便于取货;当门板关闭时,两块门板上的第三磁体相互吸合,使整个柜体的内部空间封闭;其整体结构简单,使用方便,制造成本低,应用范围广。

如附图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种稳定柜门螺扣结构,包含对称设置的两个柜体组件;所述柜体组件包含门板1和侧面柜板2,门板1和侧面柜板2通过螺扣组件3相连接;所述螺扣组件3包含螺套31和螺体32;所述螺套31设置在侧面柜板2上,螺套31中设置有圆弧槽33;所述螺体32的后端设置在门板1上,螺体32的前部呈圆弧状,与螺套31的圆弧槽33配合;所述螺体32的前端设置有第一磁体34,圆弧槽33的最深处设置有第二磁体35;所述两个柜体组件的两个门板1在相靠近的一侧上均设置有第三磁体7;当门板1在打开状态时,两个门板1上的第三磁体7分离,第一磁体34与第二磁体35吸合;当门板1在关闭状态时,两个门板1上的第三磁体7吸合,第一磁体34与第二磁体35分离。
