技术领域
本发明涉及新能源燃料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐烧结高效生物质燃料。
背景技术
中国农民对作物秸秆的利用有悠久的历史,随着农业生产的发展,中国自20世纪80年代以来,粮食产量大幅提高,秸秆数量也多,使农村中有大量富余秸秆。生物质燃料是将农林废物作为原材料,经过粉碎、混合、挤压、烘干等工艺,制成各种成型(如块状、颗粒状等)的,可直接燃烧的一种新型清洁燃料,但现有的生物质燃料燃烧不充分,致使热量低,且不耐烧。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐烧结,且燃烧充分,热量高,清洁无污染,高效节能,制造成本低廉的耐烧结高效生物质燃料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种耐烧结高效生物质燃料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
煤粉18-22份,大豆秸杆10-14份,草炭11-15份,水稻秸秆粉末18-23份,玉米秸秆粉末24-28份,小麦秸秆粉末30-35份,刺槐木屑15-17份,松树木屑19-25份,高粱秸秆15-18份,棉花杆10-14份,杨树木屑11-13份,桃树木屑7-9份,滑石12-16份,硝酸钠15-19份,石蜡8-11份,碳酸钙22-26份,环戊烷16-20份。
进一步,上述的耐烧结高效生物质燃料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
