Abstract

封口机封口质量快速测试水包,测试水包(1)包括由塑料覆膜铝材质制成的内部封装有有色液体(2)的袋状包装体,测试水包(1)至少有部分边缘采用受压后易于破损的封口方式进行封口。它具有结构简单、使用方便的优点,将该测试水包代替医疗器械封闭在化学指标包包装内,通过挤压或拍打测试水包,使水包内的有色液体流出到测试的包装内,从而得出测试包装的封口是否严密。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于测试包装袋的封口是否严密的装置。
背景技术
在医疗器械应用等离子灭菌的过程中,器械使用化学指标包包装。该包装一面为塑料材质、另一面为杜邦特卫强材质。杜邦特卫强材质的微孔可以透过等离子体对包装在内部的器械进行灭菌,而外部的细菌则不能透过。若化学指标包包装的封口不严,则会使灭菌后的器械从封口的开口处再次受到污染。由于杜邦特卫强材质的特性,普通的测试方法不适用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对上述问题,提供一种封口机封口质量快速测试水包,以通过抽检的方式测试通过生产线封口的化学指标包封口的质量。
本发明的技术解决方案是:测试水包包括由塑料覆膜铝材质制成的内部封装有有色液体的袋状包装体,测试水包至少有部分边缘采用受压后易于破损的封口方式进行封口。
本发明的技术效果是:它具有结构简单、使用方便的优点,将该测试水包代替医疗器械封闭在化学指标包包装内,通过挤压或拍打测试水包,使水包内的有色液体流出到测试的包装内,从而得出测试包装的封口是否严密。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,封口机封口质量快速测试水包,测试水包1包括由塑料覆膜铝材质制成的内部封装有有色液体2的袋状包装体,测试水包1至少有部分边缘采用受压后易于破损的封口方式进行封口。
所述测试水包1为矩形,其中的一边3为受压后易于破损的封口方式进行封口。
所述易于破损的封口方式为热压封口,封口的温度为85~95℃。
所述易于破损的封口方式的封口的温度为90℃。
所述有色液体2为含酒精的液体。
其余三边采用140℃左右温度热压封口。
封口机封口质量快速测试水包的四边密封,其中三边封的严实,而剩余一边采用易于破损的封口方式封口。包内装有蓝色含酒精液体,在生产过程中随机封装在待测的包装内。测试时,通过挤压或拍打测试水包,使水包内的有色液体流出到测试的包装内。如果封的不严实,测试水包的液体就会在封口处流出,依此对杜邦特卫强化学指示包检测,从而实现测试的目的。

1.封口机封口质量快速测试水包,其特征在于,测试水包(1)包括由塑料覆膜铝材质制成的内部封装有有色液体(2)的袋状包装体,测试水包(1)至少有部分边缘采用受压后易于破损的封口方式进行封口。
2.如权利要求1所述的封口机封口质量快速测试水包,其特征在于,所述测试水包(1)为矩形,其中的一边(3)为受压后易于破损的封口方式进行封口。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的封口机封口质量快速测试水包,其特征在于,所述易于破损的封口方式为热压封口,封口的温度为85~95℃。
4.如权利要求3所述的封口机封口质量快速测试水包,其特征在于,所述封口的温度为90℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的封口机封口质量快速测试水包,其特征在于,所述有色液体(2)为含酒精的液体。
