本发明公开一种水厂初级沉降塔,包括外塔和内塔,二者之间形成污泥排放通道,内塔的底部设有进水管,内塔的顶部设有出水管,在内塔内从上至下交叉设有至少两个折流板,该折流板斜向上倾斜5-10°,折流板的下侧边与内塔的塔壁固定连接,折流板的上侧边分别设有挡板,每个折流板与内塔连接处分别设有污泥排放通口,该污泥排放口的下边缘与该折流板下侧边平齐,采用本发明的有益效果是原水经过旋流塔时,其中较大的杂质会在折流板上层层沉降,折流板密度设置合理,缩短了杂质沉降的距离,有利于加快杂质的沉降,降低原水的浊度,经旋流塔处理后的原水已基本能达到净水系统中进水的水质要求。

本发明涉及给水处理设备领域,具体涉及一种水厂初级沉降塔。
背景技术
人类的活动会使大量的工业、农业和生活废弃物排入水中,使水体受到污染,目前全世界每年约有4200多亿立方米的污水排入江河湖海,污染了5.5万亿立方米的淡水,这相当于全球径流总量的14%以上,日趋加剧的水污染,已对人类的生存安全构成重大威胁,成为人类健康、经济和社会可持续发展的重大障碍,据世界权威机构调查,在发展中国家,各类疾病有80%是因为饮用了不卫生的水而传播的,每年因饮用不卫生水至少造成全球2000万人死亡,因此水污染被称作"世界头号杀手",目前,在江河水及污水净化处理方面,形式多样的水处理设备正发挥着重要的作用,但一般的净水设备要求进水浊度不高,对于一些浊度较高的水经一般的处理后往往还是很难达到饮用水标准。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种水厂初级沉降塔,该设备可对原水进行初步沉淀,大大降低原水的浊度。
技术方案如下:
一种水厂初级沉降塔,其关键在于:包括外塔和内塔,二者之间形成污泥排放通道,所述内塔的底部设有进水管,所述内塔的顶部设有出水管,在所述内塔内从上至下交叉设有至少两个折流板,该折流板向上倾斜5-10°,所述折流板的下侧边与所述内塔的塔壁固定连接,所述折流板的上侧边分别设有挡板,每个所述折流板与所述内塔连接处分别设有污泥排放口,该污泥排放口的下边缘与该折流板下侧边平齐。采用本技术方案的有益效果是原水经过折流板时,其中较大的杂质会初步沉淀在折流板上并排入污泥排放通道中,此时原水的浊度已大大降低,已基本能达到净水系统中进水水质要求。
作为优选:上述外塔的塔底设有污泥排放管,所述污泥排放管上设有污泥排放调节阀。采用此方案的有益效果是沉积在外塔塔底的污泥可通过污泥排放管定期排出。
上述折流板为20-30个,均匀分布在所述内塔的塔底和塔顶之间。采用此方案的有益效果是折流板密度设置合理,缩短了杂质沉降的距离,有利于加快杂质的沉降。
上述污泥排放调节阀开启时间间隔为20-24小时。采用此方案的有益效果是定期将沉积的污泥排除,避免污泥堆积过多,影响沉淀效果。
上述外塔下方设有污泥池。采用此方案的有益效果是沉积的污泥集中排放在污泥池内,方便工人集中清理。
上述内塔顶部设有观察窗。采用此方案可通过观察窗快捷查看净水设备内部情况。
有益效果:
采用本发明的有益效果是原水经过折流板时,其中较大的杂质会在折流板上层层沉降,折流板密度设置合理,缩短了杂质沉降的距离,有利于加快杂质的沉降,降低原水的浊度,经该沉降塔处理后的原水已基本能达到净水系统中进水水质要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,一种水厂初级沉降塔,包括外塔1和内塔2,二者之间形成污泥排放通道3,所述内塔2的底部设有进水管6,所述内塔2的顶部设有出水管11,在所述内塔2内从上至下交叉设有至少两个折流板4,所述折流板4为20-30个,均匀分布在所述内塔2的塔底和塔顶之间,该折流板4向上倾斜5-10°,所述折流板4的下侧边与所述内塔2的塔壁固定连接,所述折流板4的上侧边分别设有挡板5,每个所述折流板4与所述内塔2连接处分别设有污泥排放口12,该污泥排放口12的下边缘与该折流板4下侧边平齐,由此沉积在折流板4上的污泥可通过所述污泥排放口12排入污泥排放通道3中,并逐渐沉积在外塔1的塔底,所述外塔1的塔底设有污泥排放管7,所述污泥排放管7上设有污泥排放调节阀8,所述污泥排放调节阀8开启时间间隔为20-24小时,所述外塔1下方设有污泥池9,所述内塔2顶部设有观察窗10。

Claims (6)

1.一种水厂初级沉降塔,其特征在于:包括外塔(1)和内塔(2),二者之间形成污泥排放通道(3),所述内塔(2)的底部设有进水管(6),所述内塔(2)的顶部设有出水管(11),在所述内塔(2)内从上至下交叉设有至少两个折流板(4),该折流板(4)向上倾斜5-10°,所述折流板(4)的下侧边与所述内塔(2)的塔壁固定连接,所述折流板(4)的上侧边分别设有挡板(5),每个所述折流板(4)与所述内塔(2)连接处分别设有污泥排放口(12),该污泥排放口(12)的下边缘与该折流板(4)下侧边平齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水厂初级沉降塔,其特征在于:所述外塔(1)的塔底设有污泥排放管(7),所述污泥排放管(7)上设有污泥排放调节阀(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的净水设备初级沉降系统,其特征在于:所述折流板(4)为20-30个,均匀分布在所述内塔(2)的塔底和塔顶之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水厂初级沉降塔,其特征在于:所述污泥排放调节阀(8)开启时间间隔为20-24小时。
5.根据权利要求3所述的水厂初级沉降塔,其特征在于:所述外塔(1)下方设有污泥池(9)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的水厂初级沉降塔,其特征在于:所述内塔(2)顶部设有观察窗(10)。
