Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,包括底盘,壳体和设置在壳体内的按压机构,所述的底盘两侧设置有挂钩,所述的按压机构包括驱动电机,相对底盘垂直设置且与所述的驱动电机传动连接的滚珠丝杠,以及受所述的滚珠丝杠的螺母驱动上下垂直运动的压块。本发明的心肺复苏机,结合临床医学原理和野外急救特殊环境需要,将按压、呼吸等形成一个较完整的小型急救系统,可同时模仿人工体外胸部按压和口对口人工呼吸,自动对心脏骤停和呼吸停止的患者进行精确高效的胸部按压和机械通气。本产品不依赖外部气源,完全使用电力作为能源,体积小,携带方便,适于在急救现场、运输工具内部对患者进行不间断心肺复苏急救。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置。
背景技术
对于因急性心肌梗塞、脑卒中、电击伤、挤压伤、严重创伤、踩踏伤、溺水、中毒等引起的呼吸、心跳骤停的伤病员,通常采用心肺复苏进行紧急抢救,心肺复苏可以使患者迅速建立有效的循环和呼吸,恢复全身的血氧供应,促进大脑功能的恢复,防止加重脑部缺氧。目前对于因心脏骤停而必须抢救的患者,进行心肺复苏时通常采用的方式是人工呼吸以及人工用手掌按压患者胸腔之间。但是人工呼吸以及人工按压仍存在着很多问题,对于一般人而言,因未接受过正规训练,进行人工心肺复苏时有可能不能达到标准心肺复苏所需的力道,这样可能会造成对伤患的二次伤害。
心肺复苏器能有效解决上述问题,如中国专利204411248U公开了一种急诊用心肺复苏装置,包括机架、升降丝杠、滑块、凸轮、按压吸盘和支撑板,所述机架下方安装有万向轮,机架左侧水平设置有两个互相平行的限位块,限位块之间竖直安装有升降导轨,升降导轨上端安装有升降电机,升降电机下端连接升降丝杠,升降丝杠上设置有滑块,滑块另一端连接支撑板,支撑板左端安装有伺服电机,所述伺服电机前端连接凸轮,凸轮下方设有导向块,导向块下方连接的活塞杆,活塞杆顶端连接按压吸盘,虽然其能提供安全稳定的按压,但是,其结构复杂,体积庞大,便携性差,不利于携带或家用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,而提供一种轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置。
为实现本发明的目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,包括底盘,壳体和设置在壳体内的按压机构,所述的底盘两侧设置有挂钩,所述的按压机构包括驱动电机,相对底盘垂直设置且与所述的驱动电机传动连接的滚珠丝杠,以及受所述的滚珠丝杠的螺母驱动上下垂直运动的压块。
所述的滚珠丝杠设置在导向筒内,所述的压块或螺母与导向筒内壁间设置有垂直导向机构,所述的导向筒上设置有位移传感器。
壳体顶部设置有触摸屏。
还包括呼吸通气部件,其包括固定设置在壳体内的鼓风机,设置在所述的壳体上并与所述的鼓风机的出气腔连通的供气口,在所述的出气腔或供气口上设置有压力阀以进行泄压。
所述的压力阀的出气口经管路连通至所述的导向筒。
所述的鼓风机的进气口经与壳体固定连接的粗滤与外部连通。
还包括与散热风扇,壳体与所述的散热风扇对应处设置有排风口。
还包括用以给所述的散热风扇、电机和鼓风机供能的电池。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的心肺复苏机,结合临床医学原理和野外急救特殊环境需要,将按压、呼吸等形成一个较完整的小型急救系统,可同时模仿人工体外胸部按压和口对口人工呼吸,自动对心脏骤停和呼吸停止的患者进行精确高效的胸部按压和机械通气。本产品不依赖外部气源,完全使用电力作为能源,体积小,携带方便,适于在急救现场、运输工具内部对患者进行不间断心肺复苏急救。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-3所示,本发明的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置包括底盘1,ABS塑料和铝合金构成壳体2和设置在壳体内的按压机构3,所述的底盘两侧设置有挂钩11,所述的按压机构3包括驱动电机31,相对底盘垂直设置且与所述的驱动电机传动连接的滚珠丝杠,以及受所述的滚珠丝杠的螺母驱动上下垂直运动的压块32。
本发明的心肺复苏装置,采用挂钩式底盘,在使用时可用绑带直接固定在使用者身体上,减少了机架等,大大缩小了体积,而且采用滚珠丝杠直接驱动压块上下运动,传动机构简单,进一步缩小体积,极大满足了便携性要求,能广泛适用于家庭或者野外急救。
具体来说,所述的滚珠丝杠设置在导向筒33内,所述的压块或螺母与导向筒内壁间设置有垂直导向机构,所述的导向筒上设置有位移传感器。同时,壳体顶部设置有触摸屏21。利用触摸屏配合位移传感器,可有效控制压块的行程,做到各种有压力连续可调,适应不同情况要求,同时,将传动机构设置在导向筒内,导向稳定性高,而且避免与外部零部件发生干涉。
优选地,为拓宽其使用功能,使其能同时模仿人工体外胸部按压和口对口热工呼吸,还包括呼吸通气部件4,其包括固定设在壳体内的鼓风机41,设置在所述的壳体上并与所述的鼓风机的出气腔连通的供气口42,在所述的出气腔或供气口上设置有压力阀以进行泄压,所述的鼓风机的进气口经与壳体固定连接的粗滤(粗效过滤器)43与外部连通。首先,通过鼓风机能满足供气要求,能按程序对心脏骤停和呼吸停止的患者进行精确高效的胸部按压和机械通气,而且在通气气路上做了优化,利用压力阀的自动泄压,保证鼓风机的持续工作和机械的断续性通气,简化了外部阀门设置,仅需一个通断阀即可实现机械通气之目的,进一步简化装置结构。
进一步地,所述的压力阀的出气口经管路44连通至所述的导向筒,即利用非通气态下产生的风量对导向筒进行风冷降温,有效控制滚珠丝杠机构的摩擦热。
进一步地,为给电机即内部电路板等散热,还包括散热风扇5,壳体与所述的散热风扇对应处设置有排风口。同时,为提高适用性和野外适用性,还包括用以给所述的散热风扇、电机和鼓风机供能的电池,所述的电池为锂离子可充电电池,具有较长的续航能力,拓展其使用场合。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,包括底盘,壳体和设置在壳体内的按压机构,所述的底盘两侧设置有挂钩,所述的按压机构包括驱动电机,相对底盘垂直设置且与所述的驱动电机传动连接的滚珠丝杠,以及受所述的滚珠丝杠的螺母驱动上下垂直运动的压块。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,所述的滚珠丝杠设置在导向筒内,所述的压块或螺母与导向筒内壁间设置有垂直导向机构,所述的导向筒上设置有位移传感器。
3.如权利要求1所述的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,壳体顶部设置有触摸屏。
4.如权利要求1所述的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,还包括呼吸通气部件,其包括固定设置在壳体内的鼓风机,设置在所述的壳体上并与所述的鼓风机的出气腔连通的供气口,在所述的出气腔或供气口上设置有压力阀以进行泄压。
5.如权利要求4所述的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,所述的压力阀的出气口经管路连通至所述的导向筒。
6.如权利要求4所述的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,所述的鼓风机的进气口经与壳体固定连接的粗滤与外部连通。
7.如权利要求4所述的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,还包括与散热风扇,壳体与所述的散热风扇对应处设置有排风口。
8.如权利要求7所述的轻巧型全电心肺复苏装置,其特征在于,还包括用以给所述的散热风扇、电机和鼓风机供能的电池。
