Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will not be repeated.
The childcare apparatus with a seat according to the present embodiment can hold an infant while the infant is wearing the child holder with the shoulder strap. First, before describing the childcare apparatus with a seat according to the embodiment, a description will be given of a configuration of a child care apparatus to be attached to the childcare apparatus with a seat. Examples of child holders with shoulder straps include baby harnesses, baby carrier bags, and harnesses, and the baby harnesses will be described below. In the following description, the left-right direction and the up-down direction are based on the left-right direction and the up-down direction on the paper surface of fig. 1, respectively.
(Structure of baby harness)
Referring to fig. 1, the baby carrier 60 includes a baby carrier body 70 that wraps a body portion of an infant, a pair of shoulder straps 81 and 85 that straddle the shoulders of the infant, respectively, a waist belt 90 that straddles the waist of the infant, and a head rest 100 that covers the head of the infant. One shoulder strap 81 is a left shoulder strap that straddles the left shoulder of the shoulder wearer, and the other shoulder strap 85 is a right shoulder strap that straddles the right shoulder of the shoulder wearer.
Referring again to fig. 2, the baby carrier body 70 is illustrated. The baby carrier body 70 includes a front cover 71 for holding the lower abdomen of the baby from the front, a leg-root cover 72 positioned below the front cover 71 for holding the crotch and the foot of the baby, and a back cover 73 for holding the back of the baby. The baby carrier body 70 is a cloth member, and may contain a cushion material.
A left wrist portion 76 of the main body, which is formed as a bag-like space, is provided on the upper left side of the back wrap 73. A female buckle 79a connected to one end of the left shoulder strap 81 is provided inside the space of the left body arm 76. Further, a main body right arm portion 77 formed as a bag-like space is provided at the right upper side portion of the rear bag covering portion 73. A female buckle 79b connected to one end of the right shoulder strap 85 is provided in the space of the right wrist portion 77 of the main body.
A pair of fastening tapes 75 attached to the center portion of the back cover 73 in the vertical direction extend substantially horizontally from both ends of the center portion of the back cover 73 in the horizontal direction, and male fastening tapes 74a are attached to the ends of the fastening tapes 75, respectively. A female snap 74b for connecting the male snap 74a is attached to the vertically central portion of the front cover 71. The baby carrier body 70 is folded near the base-of-leg covering portion 72, and a pair of male and female buckles 74a, 74b are connected. Thus, the baby carrier body 70 forms a space for accommodating a baby in an area surrounded by the back cover 73, the leg base cover 72, and the front cover 71.
Next, the shoulder straps 81 and 85 will be described. The left shoulder belt 81 is composed of a first belt body 82 for the left shoulder which is positioned above and straddles the shoulder of the wearer, and a second belt body 83 connected to the lower end of the first belt body 82 in a length-adjustable manner. The first strap 82 has a male buckle 84 at an upper end thereof and is detachably connected to the female buckle 79a of the baby carrier body 70. The lower end of the second strap 83 is connected to, for example, the upper end of the front cover 71 of the baby carrier body 70. The lower end of the second strap 83 is sewn to the baby carrier body 70, and therefore cannot be attached and detached. The second strap 83 can adjust the length of the left shoulder strap 81 and can adapt to the body type of the shoulder bearer.
The right shoulder belt 85 is composed of a first strap 86 positioned above and straddling the shoulder of the wearer and a second strap 87 connected to the lower end of the first strap 86 in a length-adjustable manner, similarly to the left shoulder belt 81. The first strap 86 has a male buckle 88 at its upper end and is detachably connected to the right body wrist portion 77 of the baby carrier body 70. The lower end of the second strap 87 is connected to, for example, the upper end of the front cover 71 of the baby carrier body 70. The second strap 87 is not detachable because the lower end thereof is sewn to the baby carrier body 70. The second strap body 87 can adjust the length of the right shoulder strap 85 to suit the body type of the shoulder bearer.
Next, the belt 90 will be described. The waist belt 90 extends in the left-right direction, and includes a waist covering portion 91 that is wrapped around the waist of the shoulder wearer, and a female buckle 93 and a male buckle 94 that are provided at both ends of the waist covering portion 91. The upper end of the center portion in the left-right direction of the waist cover 91 is sewn to the lower end of the leg cover 72 of the baby carrier body 70. A first through hole 92 is provided in the waist covering portion 91 at the boundary with the leg-root covering portion 72. The first through hole 92 will be described later.
The head rest 100 will be described below with reference to fig. 3. The headrest 100 is composed of a head protector 101 covering the head of the infant, and a back protector 102 connected to the lower side of the head protector 101 and supporting the back of the infant. A left annular portion 103 and a right annular portion 104 are provided on both end side portions of the head protection pad 101, respectively. Furthermore, a buckle 105 connected to the buckle 78a of the baby carrier body 70 is provided in the left annular portion 103, and a buckle 106 connected to the buckle 78b of the baby carrier body 70 is provided in the right annular portion 104. A hook and loop fastener 107 is attached to the back surface of the headrest 100, such as the center of the back surface of the back protection pad 102.
A state in which the headrest 100 is attached to the baby carrier body 70 will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
In order to attach the headrest 100 to the baby carrier body 70 as shown in fig. 2, the lower end of the back protection pad 102 of the headrest 100 is inserted into a pocket (not shown) provided in the upper center portion of the back cover 73 of the baby carrier body 70. Further, the left annular portion 103 is inserted through the left arm 76 of the main body, and is connected to a snap ring 78a provided on the left arm 76 of the main body and a snap ring 105 provided on the left annular portion 103. Similarly, the right circular portion 104 is inserted through the right arm portion 77 of the main body, and is connected to a snap ring 78b provided on the right arm portion 77 of the main body and a snap ring 106 provided on the right circular portion 104. Thus, as shown in fig. 1, two spaces are formed between the head rest portion 100 and the baby carrier body 70. In the present embodiment, these spaces are referred to as a second through hole 111 and a third through hole 112, respectively. The second through-hole 111 and the third through-hole 112 will be described later.
Fig. 4 is an external view of a state where an infant wearing the baby carrier is viewed from the front, and fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a state where the baby carrier is used. A state in which the baby carrier is worn by the infant will be described with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
When the infant carrier 60 is worn by an infant, the head of the infant is held by the head rest 100, and the body of the infant is wrapped by the infant carrier body 70. When the shoulder-carried person carries the infant wearing the infant carrier body 70, the left shoulder strap 81 is hung on the left shoulder of the shoulder-carried person, the right shoulder strap 85 is hung on the right shoulder, and the waist belt 90 is wound around the waist of the shoulder-carried person.
As described above, only the upper end portions of the shoulder straps 81 and 85 of the baby carrier 60 are detachable. The child-care instrument capable of holding the child's seat with the baby carrier 60 worn as described above will be described in detail below.
(embodiment mode 1)
Referring to fig. 6, an outline of a stroller 1 as a child care implement with a seat according to the present embodiment will be described. In the explanation of the stroller 1, the front-rear direction corresponds to the front-rear direction of the stroller, and the left-right direction corresponds to the left-right direction when viewed from the front of the stroller.
The basic structure of the stroller 1 may be the same as that of a general stroller, and the stroller 1 includes a seat portion 2, a leg portion 3 for supporting the seat portion 2 from below, and a hand push bar 10. The foot 3 includes a pair of front feet 6 having front wheels 4 and a pair of rear feet 7 having rear wheels 5. The stroller 1 may further include a pair of armrest members 12 positioned on both sides of the seat 2 and a front guard rail member 13 extending between the pair of armrest members 12.
The seat portion 2 forms a receiving space for receiving an infant. From the functional viewpoint, the seat portion 2 includes a seat surface portion 21 and a back surface portion 22. The seat portion 21 holds the lower body of the infant, and the back portion 22 holds the upper body of the infant. On the other hand, the seat unit 2 is actually mainly composed of the seat frame 20 and the seat hammock 30 attached to the seat frame 20. The seat frame 20 includes a seat panel 25 attached between the pair of front legs 6 and the pair of rear legs 7, and a pair of side bars 23 extending upward from the pair of rear legs 7. The seat hammock 30 has a seating part 31 supported from below the seat panel 25 and a back part 32 supported at both side ends by a pair of side bars 23.
Therefore, the seat portion 21 of the seat portion 2 is constituted by the seat panel 25 of the seat frame 20 and the seating portion 31 of the seat hammock 30, and the back portion 22 of the seat portion 2 is constituted by the pair of side bars 23 of the seat frame 20 and the back portion 32 of the seat hammock 30.
The back 32 may have a backrest 33 that contacts the back of the infant, and a pair of upright portions 34 that stand from both end edges of the backrest 33. The back 32 may be supported by the pair of side bar portions 11 of the hand push bar 10 instead of the side bars 23 of the seat frame 20. The seating portion 31 and the back portion 32 of the seat hammock 30 may be integrally formed using a soft cloth material, for example, a cushion material.
The seat hammock 30 is provided with a restraint strap for restraining the body of the infant. Examples of the restraint band include a left shoulder restraint band 41 for restraining the right shoulder of an infant, a right shoulder restraint band 42 for restraining the left shoulder of an infant, a leg base restraint band 43 extending between the legs of an infant sitting on the seat, a waist restraint band 44 for restraining the waist of an infant, and a connecting tool 45 for connecting these restraint bands.
Also, a hook and loop fastener 35 is provided on the surface of the backrest part 33 of the seat hammock 30, that is, the back surface part 22 of the seat part 2, and the hook and loop fastener 35 is detachably attached to a hook and loop fastener 107 provided on the back surface of the head rest part 100 of the baby carrier 60. This prevents the baby carrier body 70 placed on the seat 2 of the stroller 1 from being displaced.
Here, as shown in fig. 8, the stroller 1 further includes a storage portion 26 in the seat portion 2, the storage portion storing a left shoulder strap 81, a right shoulder strap 85, and a waist belt 90 extending from the baby carrier 60 (baby carrier body 70) for holding a baby. The storage section 26 is provided on the back surface of the end portion of the seat surface section 21 located at the position of the infant's foot, for example. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the housing 26 is formed in a bag shape on the rear surface of the front end portion of the seating portion 31 of the seat hammock 30. The housing opening 260 of the housing 26 is provided to face rearward. The storage portion 26 is formed by sewing cut cloth on the back surface of the seat hammock 30, for example. An elastic band may be sewn to the fabric storage opening 260. Fig. 9 is a view seen from the back side of the seating portion 31 of the seat hammock 30.
Fig. 7 is an external view showing a state in which the baby carrier 60 is attached to the stroller 1 of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 7, a method of holding the infant wearing the baby carrier 60 on the stroller 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
First, an infant wearing the baby carrier 60 shown in fig. 4 is placed on the stroller 1. At this time, the buckles 93 and 94 are separated, and the waist belt 90 extends in the right-left direction below the infant's feet. The upper ends of the shoulder straps 81 and 85 are still connected to the baby carrier body 70. In this case, since the shoulder straps 81 and 85 interfere with the infant, the female buckle 79a of the baby carrier body 70 and the male buckle 84 of the left shoulder strap 81 are disengaged, and the female buckle 79b of the baby carrier body 70 and the male buckle 88 of the right shoulder strap 85 are disengaged. Thus, when the upper ends of the shoulder straps 81 and 85 are separated from the baby carrier body 70, the shoulder straps 81 and 85 are caused to drop from the front side of the seating portion 31.
Then, the baby wears the restraint belt. First, the left shoulder restraint band 41 of the stroller 1 is passed through the second through hole 111 of the baby carrier body 70 and pulled up to the vicinity of the abdomen of the infant. Similarly, the right shoulder restraint band 42 of the stroller 1 is passed through the third through hole 112 of the baby carrier body 70 and is pulled up to the vicinity of the abdomen of the infant. The leg-retaining band 43 of the stroller 1 is passed through the first through-hole 92 formed in the waist-covering portion 91 of the waist belt 90 and is pulled up to the vicinity of the abdomen of the infant. The waist restraint band 44 of the stroller 1 is wrapped around the waist of the infant and stretched to the vicinity of the abdomen of the infant. The left shoulder restraint band 41, the right shoulder restraint band 42, the leg-root restraint band 43, and the waist-portion restraint band 44 are connected to the abdomen area of the infant by a connecting tool 45. This allows the infant held by the baby belt body 70 to be restrained on the stroller 1 together with the baby carrier body 70.
Then, the shoulder straps 81 and 85 and the waist belt 90 extending from the baby carrier 70 are stored in the storage portion 26. This will be described with reference to fig. 8 and 9.
As described above, the housing 26 is formed in a bag shape on the rear surface of the front end portion of the seating portion 31 of the seat hammock 30. Therefore, the upper end side portion P1 of the left shoulder strap 81 and the upper end side portion P2 of the right shoulder strap 85 hanging forward of the seat portion 31 are inserted rearward between the seat portion 31 of the seat hammock 30 and the seat panel 25 of the seat frame 20, and are folded forward and stored in the storage portion 26 from the center in the left-right direction of the storage opening 260. Further, the left end portion P3 and the right end portion P4 of the lap belt 90 are inserted between the sitting portion 31 and the seat panel 25 from both sides in the left-right direction of the sitting portion 31 of the seat hammock 30, and are stored in the storage portions 26 from both ends in the left-right direction of the storage opening 260.
Thus, since the shoulder straps 81 and 85 extending from the baby carrier body 70 can be stored in the storage portion 26, even if the left and right shoulder straps 81 and 85 are not completely removed from the baby carrier body 70, the shoulder straps do not interfere with the infant. Further, since the waist belt 90 connected to the baby carrier body 70 can be stored in the storage portion 26, the comfort of the infant in riding is not impaired. In addition, since the housing portion 26 is formed on the back surface of the seating portion 31 of the seat hammock 30, the appearance of the seat hammock 30 is not impaired. Further, since it is not necessary to completely remove the shoulder straps 81 and 85 from the baby carrier body 70 and only one of the shoulder straps needs to be disconnected, the operation is simple.
On the other hand, when the infant needs to be carried from the stroller 1, the left shoulder belt 81, the right shoulder belt 85, and the waist belt 90 that are stored need only be partially pulled out from the storage portion 26, and the male buckle 84 of the left shoulder belt 81 and the female buckle 79a of the baby carrier body 70 are connected, and the male buckle 88 of the right shoulder belt 85 and the female buckle 79b of the baby carrier body 70 are connected, so that the infant can be put into a usable state. Therefore, when the infant seated on the stroller 1 starts crying, it is only necessary to connect the left shoulder strap 81 and the right shoulder strap 85 at one location, and the infant can be carried on the shoulder of the infant carrier 60 without troublesome operations.
Further, although the storage portions 26 are provided on the rear surface of the front end portion of the seating portion 31 of the seat hammock 30, a pair of storage portions may be provided on the rear surface of each of the left and right end portions of the seating portion 31. Alternatively, the storage section 26 may be provided not in the seating section 31 of the seat hammock 30 but in the seat panel 25 of the seat frame 20.
Another configuration example of the housing 26 will be described with reference to fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a view seen from the back side of the seat panel 25. The storage portion 26a is formed by, for example, a cut cloth so as to be provided on the back surface side of the seat panel 25 so as to extend in the left-right direction. The housing portion 26a has a housing port 261 facing forward and a housing port 262 facing rearward.
In this case, the upper end side portions P1, P2 of the shoulder straps 81, 85 hanging down in front of the seat section 31 are received in the receiving section 26a from the receiving port 261 facing in the front direction. The left end portion P3 and the right end portion P4 of the waist belt 90 are stored in the storage portion 26a from the storage opening 262 facing rearward. This allows the shoulder belts 81 and 85 and the lap belt 90 to be stored in both the front and rear directions, and therefore, the storage can be easily performed. The housing portion 26a may be formed on the front surface side of the seat panel 25.
(embodiment mode 2)
With reference to fig. 11 and 12, a configuration example of a stroller 1A according to embodiment 2 will be described. Only the differences from the stroller 1 according to embodiment 1 will be described in detail below.
In the present embodiment, the lap belt 90 is housed in the housing portion 26(26a) provided in the seat surface portion 21, but the shoulder belts 81 and 85 are housed in the housing portion provided in the back surface portion 22. That is, the stroller 1A includes a pair of the storage portions 26b in addition to the storage portions 26. Each of the storage portions 26b is provided at an upright portion 34 of the seat hammock 30. Specifically, each receiving portion 26b is formed by cutting a notch 89 in the upright portion 34. The notch 89 extends in the vertical direction at the front end of the upright portion 34. The pair of receiving portions 26b receive the left shoulder strap 81 and the right shoulder strap 85, respectively.
When the storage portion 26b is formed at the above-described position, the left shoulder strap 81 and the right shoulder strap 85 can be stored with the upper end portions of the shoulder straps 81 and 85 still connected to the baby carrier body 70. That is, it is not necessary to release the connection between the female buckle 79a of the baby carrier body 70 and the male buckle 84 of the left shoulder strap 81 and to release the connection between the female buckle 79b of the baby carrier body 70 and the male buckle 88 of the right shoulder strap 85 as described in embodiment 1. The center portions P5 and P6 of the left shoulder strap 81 and the right shoulder strap 85 can be stored in the storage portion 26b in a state where they are completely connected to the baby carrier body 70 (a usable state).
As described above, by forming the storage portion 26b in the upright portion 34, the left shoulder strap 81 and the right shoulder strap 85 can be stored while still connected to the baby carrier body 70. In this case, when the infant is placed on the stroller 1, the upper end portions of the shoulder straps 81 and 85 do not need to be removed from the baby carrier body 70, and therefore the shoulder straps 81 and 85 can be immediately stored in the storage portion 26 b. Further, when the infant placed in the stroller 1 is carried, the time and process for attaching the shoulder belts 81 and 85 to the baby carrier body 70 are eliminated, and the infant can be carried by the baby carrier 60 at once.
The notch 89 may be provided at a boundary 89A between the backrest portion 33 and the upright portion 24. The housing portion 26b may be provided in the backrest portion 33 of the back surface portion 22.
(embodiment mode 3)
Referring to fig. 13 to 16, a configuration example of a stroller 1B according to embodiment 3 will be described. Only the differences from the stroller 1 shown in embodiment 1 will be described in detail below.
In the present embodiment, the housing portions of the shoulder straps 81 and 85 are provided in the seat frame 20, specifically, suspended from the pocket portion 51 of the seat frame 20. A bag portion 51 is suspended from the lower side of the seat surface portion 21 of the stroller 1B in front of the storage basket 50 attached to the seat frame 20. The bag 51 is formed in a size to span between the pair of front legs 6 by a cloth such as a mesh. The bag portion 51 has a storage opening 51a at its upper portion, and can store the shoulder straps 81 and 85 from the front. An elastic band that can be stretched may be sewn around the storage opening 51 a.
Further, the seat frame 20 is provided with hanging portions 29a and 29b positioned in front of the bag portion 51 in order to fix the intermediate positions of the shoulder straps 81 and 85 accommodated in the bag portion 51. Specifically, the seat frame 20 has a pair of support rods 25A connected to the left and right front legs 6 and rear legs 7 and extending in the front-rear direction, instead of the seat panel 25. A belt 28 is provided across the front ends of the pair of support rods 25A. The hooking portions 29a and 29b are provided at the belt 28 with a space. The belt 28 may be attached to the pair of projecting rods 27 made of a member different from the support rod 25.
When the shoulder straps 81 and 85 are stored in the bag 51, the upper end portion P7 of the left shoulder strap 81 and the upper end portion P8 of the right shoulder strap 85 hanging on the front side of the seat portion 31 are folded and stored in the bag 51 from the front side of the stroller 1B. In this case, the shoulder belt 81 is hooked to the hooking portion 29a at a position halfway between the positions, and the shoulder belt 85 is hooked to the hooking portion 29b at a position halfway between the positions. Thus, shoulder belts 81 and 85 are fixed, and shoulder belts 81 and 85 do not have a possibility of falling off bag 51.
In the present embodiment, the waist belt is housed in a portion different from the pocket 51. Specifically, the baby carrier 60 itself is provided with a storage portion.
Fig. 17 is a rear view schematically showing a storage unit of a waist belt of the baby carrier taken out. Referring to fig. 17, the waist belt 90A is accommodated in an accommodating portion 95 formed on the back surface of the waist covering portion 91. Specifically, the housing 95 is formed by a cloth member that can be extended and contracted, and has a housing opening 291 facing leftward and a housing opening 292 facing rightward.
In this case, the left end portion P9 of the waist belt 90A is stored from the storage opening 291, and the right end portion P10 is folded and stored from the storage opening 292. This allows the waist belt 90A to be stored in the left-right direction, and therefore, the storage can be easily performed. In addition, when only the baby carrier 60 is used, the waist belt 90A can be stored in the storage section 95 without using the waist belt 90A, and therefore the waist belt 90A does not become an obstacle.
In embodiment 1, the seat unit 2 includes both the seat frame 20 and the seat hammock 30, but may include only the seat frame 20.
In embodiments 1 to 3, a stroller has been described as an example of a childcare apparatus with a seat, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a baby carrier, a childcare chair, a child seat, and the like may be used.
Further, in embodiments 1 to 3, the storage portion is formed by a bag shape or a cut-in, but may be formed in a shape capable of storing the shoulder belt and the waist belt.
Further, the child holder has been described using the baby carrier 60, but the child holder is not limited to the structure of the baby carrier 60. For example, the baby carrier may not have a waist belt 90. Further, although the baby carrier 60 has been described using the two spaces formed between the head rest portion 100 and the baby carrier body 70 as the through holes 111 and 112 for the shoulder restraint band, the through holes for the shoulder restraint band may be provided in the head rest portion and the integrally provided back wrap portion, or the cutouts may be provided on both sides thereof.
In addition, it is preferable that the strap to be stored and the strap to be used for restraining the infant be formed so as to be recognizable. That is, for example, the shoulder straps 81 and 85 and the waist strap 90 of the baby carrier 60, which are straps to be stored, and the shoulder restraint straps 41 and 42 and the waist restraint strap 44 of the stroller 1, which is a strap to be used for restraining an infant, are preferably different in color. Further, even in the case of a belt to be used for restraining an infant, the belt can be identified by making a uniform pattern or mark on the male/female fastener portion of the left shoulder restraining belt 41, the male/female fastener portion of the right shoulder restraining belt 42, and the male/female fastener portion of the waist restraining belt 44. With this configuration, when an infant is placed on the stroller 1, the connection can be smoothly performed without confusion of the position of the insertion of the buckle.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings. Various modifications and variations can be added to the embodiments shown in the drawings within the same scope or equivalent scope of the present invention.
