Abstract

本发明公布一种宽带数据通信电缆,属于电缆技术领域。宽带数据通信电缆包括缆芯和护套层,所述缆芯由多对绝缘线芯绞合的双绞线对构成,所述绝缘线芯由导体上挤包聚烯烃绝缘层构成,所述导体为铜导体,所述双绞线对上绕包第一金属屏蔽层,所述缆芯内填充阻水填充物,所述缆芯外依次设有包带层、第二金属屏蔽层、护套层。本发明结构设计合理,采用了分屏蔽、总屏蔽的结构设计,并在屏蔽层外增加了接地导线用于将电流引入大地中,此设计大大提高了抗干扰性能,得到优异的阻水性能、特性阻抗、衰减、回路损失指标,使传输频次更高。同时,用铝箔代替铝带还可以获得更好的弯曲性能。

技术领域
本发明属于通讯电缆技术领域,特别涉及用于超大容量的音频、视频、图像等数据信号的高速传输的宽带数据通信电缆。
背景技术
随着数字化生活的高速发展,对数据通信电缆的要求越来越高,要求其具有更高的传输带宽、容量、速率、距离。
宽带数据通信电缆,信号的延迟差、衰减和回路损失大小一直是衡量高速数据电缆的重要指标,目前市场上产品最高传输频率虽然可以达到30MHZ甚至100MHZ。但是经过实践发现,如果加大数据电缆的容量,或者传输距离的加长,都导致信号衰减和回路损失,并不能表现出令人满意的传输效果,在电缆长度1km以上时,还未有能最高频率能达到30MHZ以上的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术中所述的问题,提供一种宽带数据通信电缆,其特征在于,包括缆芯和护套层,所述缆芯由多对绝缘线芯绞合的双绞线对构成,所述绝缘线芯由导体上挤包聚烯烃绝缘层构成,所述导体为铜导体,所述双绞线对上绕包第一金属屏蔽层,所述缆芯内填充阻水填充物,所述缆芯外依次设有包带层、第二金属屏蔽层、护套层。
所述包带层和第二铝箔屏蔽层之间设有接地导线。
所述阻水填充物为芳纶阻水纱或吸水膨胀型阻水油膏。
所述第一金属屏蔽层、第二金属屏蔽层为双面麦拉铝箔、铝塑复合薄膜或铜塑复合薄膜其中的一种。
所述包带层为双层聚酯带重叠绕包。
所述护套层采用低烟无卤聚烯烃护套或TPU聚氨酯护套。
本发明的有益效果是:采用聚烯烃绝缘,是电缆具有良好的耐电强度。两根绝缘线芯绞合构成加强型双绞线提高电缆的串音指标和抗干扰性能,在每一双绞线对外施加金属屏蔽层,再整个缆芯外施加第二屏蔽层,再次提高抗干扰性能,得到优异的阻水性能、特性阻抗、衰减、回路损失指标,使传输频次更高。缆芯外采用聚酯带重叠绕包,提高电缆的耐热性能。护套材料为低烟无卤聚烯烃,既能阻燃阻水防潮又增强了电缆的机械性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明进一步说明。
图1为宽带数据通信电缆的截面结构示意图。
宽带数据通信电缆的双绞线对1有两对、四对、八对、十六对,甚至更多对等。双绞线对1由两根绝缘线芯2按照一定的节距绞合而成,所述绝缘线芯2由铜线制成的导体21上挤包高密度聚烯烃绝缘层22构成。双绞线对1上绕包0.1mm厚的铝箔作为第一金属屏蔽层3,由多对绕包了第一金属屏蔽层3的双绞线对1和芳纶阻水纱9绞合构成缆芯4,在缆芯4外面使用双层0.05mm厚的聚脂带重叠绕包作为包带层5,在包带层5外绕包由0.2mm厚的双面麦拉铝箔作为第二金属屏蔽层7,为了使屏蔽层的电流导入大地,在包带层5与第二金属屏蔽层7之间沿长度方向放置0.5mm的铜线作为接地导线6。在第二金属屏蔽层7外挤压低烟无卤聚烯烃制成的护套层8。
本发明结构设计合理,采用了分屏蔽、总屏蔽的结构设计,并在屏蔽层外增加了接地导线用于将电流引入大地中,此设计大大提高了抗干扰性能,得到优异的阻水性能、特性阻抗、衰减、回路损失指标,使传输频次更高。同时,用铝箔代替还可以获得更好的弯曲性能。

Claims (5)

1.宽带数据通信电缆,其特征在于,包括缆芯(4)和护套(8),所述缆芯(4)由多对绝缘线芯绞合的双绞线对(1)构成,所述绝缘线芯(2)由导体(21)上挤包聚烯烃绝缘层(22)构成,所述导体(21)为铜导体,所述双绞线对(1)上绕包第一金属屏蔽层(3),所述缆芯内填充阻水填充物(9),所述缆芯(4)外依次设有包带层(5)、第二金属屏蔽层(7)、护套层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的宽带数据通信电缆,其特征在于,所述包带层(5)和第二铝箔屏蔽层(7)之间设有接地导线(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的宽带数据通信电缆,其特征在于,所述阻水填充物(9)为芳纶阻水纱或吸水膨胀型阻水油膏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的宽带数据通信电缆,其特征在于,所述第一金属屏蔽层(3)、第二金属屏蔽层(7)为双面麦拉铝箔、铝塑复合薄膜或铜塑复合薄膜其中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的宽带数据通信电缆,其特征在于,所述护套层(8)采用低烟无卤聚烯烃护套或TPU聚氨酯护套。
