本发明公开了一种市民电子卡系统,包括:市民卡本体,市民卡本体为内外两层结构,并且在市民卡本体上设置了无线网络接收发射器,通过无线网络与远程后台终端连接,在所述的市民卡本体内部设置了中央控制器,中央控制器连接有消费刷卡芯片,公共事务处理芯片,个人事务管理芯片,充值模块芯片和指纹身份验证模块芯片,本发明一种市民电子卡通过现代化管理手段,解决了官方审批繁琐的问题,解放了个人的生产力,节约了人力,节约了公共时间。

背景技术
企业或者个人办事手续繁琐,各种证件层出不穷,拿个人来讲,从出生到过世一生中要办理学生卡,医疗卡,驾驶证,保险卡,交通卡,身分证卡,各种银行卡,加油卡,通行卡,种类和数目繁多,严重浪费个人时间,为此,本发明提供了一种市民电子卡系统,解放了人们的生产力,给予个人更大的自由。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种市民电子卡系统,采用集成卡管理方式,运用现代化的管理手段,一张市民卡实现了政府事务管理,个人事务管理和消费刷卡管理,卡自动充值等多种功能,节约了公共资源,促进了社会的和谐。
所述的一种市民电子卡系统,包括:市民卡本体,所述的市民卡本体采用长方体或者正方体结构,市民卡本体为内外两层结构,所说的外层采用塑胶壳体,内层设置了线路板装置。并且在市民卡本体上设置了无线网络接收发射器,通过无线网络与远程后台终端连接。
在所述的市民卡本体内部设置了中央控制器,所述的中央控制器采用奔腾CPU处理器,能够实现对外围器件进行控制,进行数学运算,通讯,和程序运算处理,中央控制器通过无线网络与远程后台终端连接,实现数据共享和运算。
所述的市民卡内部还设置了存储器,存储器用于存储数据,影相文件和资料,并且所述的市民卡内部还设置了蓄电池,并在蓄电池上连接有USB充电口。一种优选技术方案,所述的蓄电池采用锂电池结构形式。
所述的中央控制器连接有消费刷卡芯片,公共事务处理芯片,个人事务管理芯片,充值模块芯片和指纹身份验证模块芯片,各个芯片采用IC磁条卡形式,其中,所述的消费刷卡芯片包含了市场超市购物模块和水费电费气费缴纳模块,采用电子消费模式,安全便捷,所述的公共事务处理芯片内设置了医疗保险模块,劳动保障模块,企业事务办理模块,用于和国家部门直接联网办理,如缴纳个人所得税,法律援助等事务,所述的个人事务管理芯片内设置了个人职业查询模块,养老金办理模块,婚姻登记模块,户籍变更模块,机动车驾驶模块,公积金处理模块,出国护照模块,便于个人工作和事务的处理,充值模块芯片用于为电子卡进行充值,指纹身份验证模块芯片用于办公门禁系统,图书管理系统的钥匙功能。
在所述的市民电子卡系统上设置了数据显示屏,数据显示屏用于显示办理事务的数据统计结果,并能够实现摄像存储功能,所述的数据显示屏采用液晶显示屏。
同时,在所述的市民电子卡本体上还设置了时钟调整模块,所述时钟调整模块为了初始化系统时间,用于调整时钟同步,并且设置了摄像头,摄像头和数据显示屏实现摄像拍照功能,摄像头能够把不文明信息通过网络传输到远程后台终端,促进社会的进一步和谐。
一种优选技术方案,所述的电子卡本体上设置了远程报警按钮,当使用者遇到危险因素,按下远程报警按钮,能够及时获得救助信息。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种市民电子卡通过现代化管理手段,解决了官方审批繁琐的问题,解放了个人的生产力,节约了人力,节约了公共时间,提高了整个国家的服务效率,促进了社会和谐。

1.一种市民电子卡系统,其特征在于,包括:市民卡本体,所述的市民卡本体采用长方体或者正方体结构,市民卡本体为内外两层结构,外层采用塑胶壳体,内层设置了线路板装置,并且在市民卡本体上设置了无线网络接收发射器,通过无线网络与远程后台终端连接,在所述的市民卡本体内部设置了中央控制器,所述的中央控制器采用奔腾CPU处理器,所述的市民卡内部还设置了存储器,并且所述的市民卡内部还设置了蓄电池,在蓄电池上连接有USB充电口,所述的中央控制器连接有消费刷卡芯片,公共事务处理芯片,个人事务管理芯片,充值模块芯片和指纹身份验证模块芯片,各个芯片采用IC磁条卡形式,在所述的市民电子卡系统上设置了数据显示屏,数据显示屏用于显示办理事务的数据统计结果,所述的数据显示屏采用液晶显示屏,在所述的市民电子卡本体上还设置了时钟调整模块,并且设置了摄像头。
