本发明公开了一种LED线条灯,包括有铝合金材质的灯体以及其上安装的LED灯板,所述灯体包括呈门字形布置的面板以及二个侧板,所述面板上设置有二个卡板,所述二个卡板内侧设置有用于安装LED灯板的卡槽,所述LED灯板的灯珠上安装有覆盖灯珠的透光罩;所述灯体连接有固定卡板,所述二个侧板端部设置有向外延伸的凸边,所述固定卡板一侧设置有与所述凸边相适配的凹槽,另一侧设置有与固定卡板垂直的立板,所述立板连接有锁紧螺丝,所述固定卡板中部设置有用于螺栓固定的安装孔。

一种LED线条灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED线条灯。
背景技术
LED发光二极管有着柔和的光色,备受人们喜爱。在广场和大型商场照明有较强的艺术效果,LED线条灯不仅为人提供舒适的视觉条件,更需要通过各类光色的协调体现景观照明风格,增加艺术美感,达到灯设计意图所刻意创造的空间景观,满足人的视觉需求、审美需求和心理需求。目前所采用的LED线条灯为了能在户外使用,通常是密封的灯罩将LED光源覆盖,但是灯罩对于灯光有一定的阻挡,影响LED线条灯的灯光效果,而且灯罩也遮盖了灯座,影响灯座的装饰效果;另外,LED线条灯通常是通过螺丝将灯体固定在墙壁上,这种安装方式比较死板,LED线条安装后不能调整,导致经常需要返工。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种LED线条灯,通过透光罩保护灯珠,灯光效果更好,而且安装结构便于调整,方便组合特定图像。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种LED线条灯,包括有铝合金材质的灯体以及其上安装的LED灯板,所述灯体包括呈门字形布置的面板以及二个侧板,所述面板上设置有二个卡板,所述二个卡板内侧设置有用于安装LED灯板的卡槽,所述LED灯板的灯珠上安装有覆盖灯珠的透光罩;所述灯体连接有固定卡板,所述二个侧板端部设置有向外延伸的凸边,所述固定卡板一侧设置有与所述凸边相适配的凹槽,另一侧设置有与固定卡板垂直的立板,所述立板连接有锁紧螺丝,所述固定卡板中部设置有用于螺栓固定的安装孔。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述灯体两端连接有堵头盖片,所述堵头盖片设置有压在所述卡板上的压板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述灯体上连接有面盖,所述二个卡板端部设置有向外的三角卡棱,所述面盖底面设置有与所述三角卡棱相匹配的内卡槽。
进一步,所述透光罩底部设置为方形,所述面盖设置有与透光罩相匹配的方形孔。
进一步,所述面盖采用铝合金材质制作。
本发明的有益效果是:通过透光罩直接覆盖LED灯板的灯珠,免去灯罩,避免影响LED线条灯的灯光效果;灯体采用铝合金材质,外表面可电镀各种颜色提高装饰效果,适应各种场合要求;定卡板先用螺栓固定在墙上,然后将灯体上侧板端部的凸边插装在固定卡板的凹槽里,调整好灯体的位置,再通过锁紧螺丝固定灯体即可,拆装方便,便于调整灯体的为了,有助于用户组合不同的图像。

具体实施方式
实施例一
参照图1~图3,一种LED线条灯,包括有铝合金材质的灯体1以及其上安装的LED灯板2,所述灯体1包括呈门字形布置的面板11以及二个侧板12,所述面板11上设置有二个卡板13,所述二个卡板13内侧设置有用于安装LED灯板2的卡槽131,所述LED灯板2的灯珠上安装有覆盖灯珠的透光罩5;所述灯体1连接有固定卡板4,所述二个侧板12端部设置有向外延伸的凸边121,所述固定卡板4一侧设置有与所述凸边121相适配的凹槽401,另一侧设置有与固定卡板4垂直的立板402,所述立板402连接有锁紧螺丝403,所述固定卡板4中部设置有用于螺栓固定的安装孔404。LED线条灯安装时先将固定卡板4固定在墙壁或者其他位置上,采用爆炸螺丝配合安装孔404即可,然后将灯体1的凸边121卡进凹槽401中,灯体1可以自由滑动,灯体1位置调整好之后,拧紧锁紧螺丝403即可固定灯体1的位置,结构简单,便于布置LED线条灯以组合不同的图案;LED灯板2的灯珠上安装有覆盖灯珠的透光罩5,可以免去灯罩,使得LED线条灯的灯光效果更佳,而且灯体1采用铝合金材质,表面可以电镀各种颜色提高装饰效果,LED线条灯的使用范围更广,呈门字形布置的面板11以及二个侧板12形成以内腔可以容置LED电源以及电线,实现线路隐形安装。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述灯体1两端连接有堵头盖片6,所述堵头盖片6设置有压在所述卡板13上的压板601。采用上述结构,压板601一方面封堵灯体1两端,防止LED灯板2滑出,另一方面可以压紧LED灯板2,使得LED灯板2的固定更牢固。
实施例二
参照图4~图5,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:在本实施例中,优选的,所述灯体1上连接有面盖3,所述二个卡板13端部设置有向外的三角卡棱132,所述面盖3底面设置有与所述三角卡棱132相匹配的内卡槽301。面盖3通过内卡槽301与三角卡棱132的撇和卡装,拆装简便。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述透光罩5底部设置为方形,所述面盖3设置有与透光罩5相匹配的方形孔302,通过方形孔302可使透光罩5凸出在面盖3外,灯光效果与是实施例一相同。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述面盖3采用铝合金材质制作。

1.一种LED线条灯,其特征在于:包括有铝合金材质的灯体(1)以及其上安装的LED灯板(2),所述灯体(1)包括呈门字形布置的面板(11)以及二个侧板(12),所述面板(11)上设置有二个卡板(13),所述二个卡板(13)内侧设置有用于安装LED灯板(2)的卡槽(131),所述LED灯板(2)的灯珠上安装有覆盖灯珠的透光罩(5);所述灯体(1)连接有固定卡板(4),所述二个侧板(12)端部设置有向外延伸的凸边(121),所述固定卡板(4)一侧设置有与所述凸边(121)相适配的凹槽(401),另一侧设置有与固定卡板(4)垂直的立板(402),所述立板(402)连接有锁紧螺丝(403),所述固定卡板(4)中部设置有用于螺栓固定的安装孔(404)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线条灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)两端连接有堵头盖片(6),所述堵头盖片(6)设置有压在所述卡板(13)上的压板(601)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线条灯,其特征在于:所述灯体(1)上连接有面盖(3),所述二个卡板(13)端部设置有向外的三角卡棱(132),所述面盖(3)底面设置有与所述三角卡棱(132)相匹配的内卡槽(301)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种LED线条灯,其特征在于:所述透光罩(5)底部设置为方形,所述面盖(3)设置有与透光罩(5)相匹配的方形孔(302)。
