Technical Field

Background
In order to circulate a refrigerant in a conventional air conditioner, it is necessary to connect refrigerant circulation passages of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit by using a joint pipe assembly. Therefore, in the existing connecting pipe assembly, a user can easily disassemble the pipe joint and the connecting pipe nut when disassembling, so that certain potential safety hazards exist.

be equipped with first transmission screw thread and first flange 42 on the switching nut 4, operating parts 5 is equipped with the second transmission screw thread that closes soon with first transmission screw thread and the terminal surface of the butt with first flange 42, and operating parts 5 can drive switching nut 4 and coupling 3 and close soon when forward or forward rotation, unscrews from switching nut 4 when reverse or reverse rotation.
In this embodiment, the indoor unit connection pipe 1 and the pipe joint 3 are generally connected at the time of shipment, and after-sales installation is not necessary, and the indoor unit connection pipe 1 and the pipe joint 3 are connected by welding. one end of the pipe joint 3 is fixedly connected with an indoor unit connecting pipe 1, and the other end of the pipe joint is in threaded connection with the adapter nut 4; the interface end 21 of the outdoor unit connecting pipe 2 is located between the adapter nut 4 and the pipe joint 3, and the other end extends out of the adapter nut 4.
The operating member 5 is annularly disposed and sleeved on the periphery of the adapting nut 4, and is used for driving the adapting nut 4 to be screwed with the pipe joint 3 during forward or forward rotation, and preventing the adapting nut 4 from rotating relative to the pipe joint 3 during reverse or reverse rotation.
The inner wall of the operating part 5 is provided with a second transmission thread which is matched with the first transmission thread arranged on the outer wall of the adapter nut 4 and is used for driving the adapter nut 4 to be screwed with the pipe joint 3 in the forward or forward direction, and when the operating part 5 is applied with force in the reverse or reverse direction, the operating part 5 rotates relative to the adapter nut 4.

In this embodiment, the transmission thread has a larger lead angle, so that the friction force formed by the screwing of the internal thread and the external thread is smaller, and therefore, when the operating member 5 rotates reversely or reversely, the friction torque therebetween is much smaller than the reaction force of the self-locking fit of the adapter nut 4 and the pipe joint 3. Specifically, when the operating element 5 is rotated to abut the first flange 42 during assembly, the engagement between the multiple male threads 41 and the multiple female threads 51 is only for transmitting torque.
Further, the multiple-start external thread 41 is a double-start external thread, and the multiple-start internal thread 51 is a double-start internal thread. Further, the inner wall surface of the adapter nut 4 is provided with a single-thread internal thread 43, and the outer wall surface of the pipe joint 3 is provided with a single-thread external thread 31 matched with the single-thread internal thread 43. In this embodiment, single thread processing is simple, and because the thread lead angle is less, and the effort of locking back auto-lock cooperation is big, therefore locking strength is high, simultaneously, also can realize better sealing effect.
Further, the contact surface formed by the end surface of the operation element 5 contacting the first flange 42 is an annular flat surface. The moment is directly transmitted by the abutting connection of the end surface of the operating piece 5 and the first flange 42, so that the air conditioner connecting pipe assembly is simple in structure and saves the manufacturing cost.
Further, a second flange 32 abutting against the end surface of the adapter nut 4 is provided on the outer wall surface of the pipe joint 3, and the second flange 32 is provided adjacent to the indoor unit connection pipe 1.
In the present embodiment, after the adapter nut 4 and the pipe joint 3 are screwed in place, the second flange 32 abuts against the adapter nut 4 to prevent the screw thread between the adapter nut 4 and the pipe joint 3 from being damaged due to excessive screwing in the axial direction.
Preferably, to facilitate screwing or fixing the pipe joint 3, the second flange 32 extends circumferentially around the axis of the pipe joint 3 to be annular, and the outer peripheral surface of the second flange 32 is a polygonal surface.
Further, similarly, in order to facilitate screwing or fixing the operation member 5, the outer peripheral surface of the operation member 5 is a polygonal surface.
Further, the connection end 21 is disposed to be gradually expanded toward the coupling 3, the inner wall surface of the adapter nut 4 has a tapered surface section 44 adapted to the connection end 21, and the coupling 3 abuts against the inner wall surface of the connection end 21.

the first transmission thread is a multi-thread external thread arranged on the outer wall surface of the adapter nut, and the second transmission thread is a multi-thread internal thread arranged on the inner wall surface of the operation part and matched with the multi-thread external thread;
the inner wall surface of the adapter nut is provided with a single-line internal thread, and the outer wall surface of the pipe joint is provided with a single-line external thread matched with the single-line internal thread.
