本发明公开了一种应用于液压凿岩机的钢钎,包括六棱柱形的钎杆,钎杆的两端成型有钢钎头,钎杆的侧壁上成型有3道竖直的凹槽,凹槽环形均匀分布在钎杆上,凹槽内插接固定有竖直的导条,导条上成型有竖直的槽道并与凹槽的底面围设成型有吸尘通道,导条的长度小于凹槽的长度并与凹槽的两端留有间隙,凹槽一端的钎杆上插套固定有轴套,轴套的内壁上成型有与凹槽相连通的进风槽口,轴套内成型有进风槽口相连通的环形槽,轴套的外壁固定有与环形槽相连通的气管连接头。它在钢钎上设置有吸尘通道,通过外置吸尘风机吸收钢钎作业时产生的粉尘,从而降低粉尘对施工人员的危害,保障了施工人员的身体健康。

一种应用于液压凿岩机的钢钎
技术领域:
本发明涉及凿岩机的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种应用于液压凿岩机的钢钎。
背景技术:
凿岩机,是用来直接开采石料的工具。它在岩层上钻凿出炮眼,以便放入炸药去炸开岩石,从而完成开采石料或其它石方工程。而在凿岩机作业时,钢钎通过往复冲击在岩层,岩层局部破碎形成炮眼,破碎的岩层会形成大量的粉尘,给施工人员的身体健康带来不利影响,甚至会造成尘肺事故。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种应用于液压凿岩机的钢钎,其钢钎作业时能吸取作业产生的粉尘,从而保障了施工人员的身体健康。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种应用于液压凿岩机的钢钎,包括六棱柱形的钎杆,钎杆的两端成型有钢钎头,钎杆的侧壁上成型有3道竖直的凹槽,凹槽环形均匀分布在钎杆上,凹槽内插接固定有竖直的导条,导条上成型有竖直的槽道并与凹槽的底面围设成型有吸尘通道,导条的长度小于凹槽的长度并与凹槽的两端留有间隙,凹槽一端的钎杆上插套固定有轴套,轴套的内壁上成型有与凹槽相连通的进风槽口,轴套内成型有进风槽口相连通的环形槽,轴套的外壁固定有与环形槽相连通的气管连接头。
所述钎杆凹槽的两侧壁上成型有若干个螺纹孔,螺纹孔均匀分布在钎杆凹槽的两侧壁上并贯穿与凹槽侧壁相邻的两钎杆侧壁,螺纹孔内螺接有顶丝,顶丝抵靠在导条上,导条的宽度等于凹槽的宽度。
所述的轴套通过螺栓紧固在钎杆上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、它在钢钎上设置有吸尘通道,通过外置吸尘风机吸收钢钎作业时产生的粉尘,从而降低粉尘对施工人员的危害,保障了施工人员的身体健康。
2、它钢钎上的吸尘通道方便通过拆卸进行疏通,从而能避免吸尘通道的堵塞。
3、它其采用的钢钎能两头使用,同时移动固定轴套,其吸尘通道均为两头作业时吸尘使用。

实施例:见图1至4所示,一种应用于液压凿岩机的钢钎,包括六棱柱形的钎杆1,钎杆1的两端成型有钢钎头11,钎杆1的侧壁上成型有3道竖直的凹槽12,凹槽12环形均匀分布在钎杆1上,凹槽12内插接固定有竖直的导条2,导条2上成型有竖直的槽道并与凹槽12的底面围设成型有吸尘通道21,导条2的长度小于凹槽12的长度并与凹槽12的两端留有间隙,凹槽12一端的钎杆1上插套固定有轴套3,轴套3的内壁上成型有与凹槽12相连通的进风槽口31,轴套3内成型有进风槽口31相连通的环形槽32,轴套3的外壁固定有与环形槽32相连通的气管连接头4。
所述钎杆1凹槽12的两侧壁上成型有若干个螺纹孔13,螺纹孔13均匀分布在钎杆1凹槽12的两侧壁上并贯穿与凹槽12侧壁相邻的两钎杆1侧壁,螺纹孔13内螺接有顶丝5,顶丝5抵靠在导条2上,导条2的宽度等于凹槽12的宽度。
所述的轴套3通过螺栓紧固在钎杆1上。
工作原理:本发明为在现有的钢钎的基础上增设凹槽11,凹槽11内插接有导条2,导条2的两端未密封凹槽11的两端,从而凹槽11的两端均可以作为的进尘口使用,以凹槽11的一端为进尘口。另一端连接轴套3密封,接轴套3作为过度与吸尘管相连,从而钢钎在作业时,可以通过凹槽11的一端、吸尘通道21、轴套3进行洗尘,减少粉尘,降低粉尘对施工人员的危害。

1.一种应用于液压凿岩机的钢钎,包括六棱柱形的钎杆(1),钎杆(1)的两端成型有钢钎头(11),其特征在于:钎杆(1)的侧壁上成型有3道竖直的凹槽(12),凹槽(12)环形均匀分布在钎杆(1)上,凹槽(12)内插接固定有竖直的导条(2),导条(2)上成型有竖直的槽道并与凹槽(12)的底面围设成型有吸尘通道(21),导条(2)的长度小于凹槽(12)的长度并与凹槽(12)的两端留有间隙,凹槽(12)一端的钎杆(1)上插套固定有轴套(3),轴套(3)的内壁上成型有与凹槽(12)相连通的进风槽口(31),轴套(3)内成型有进风槽口(31)相连通的环形槽(32),轴套(3)的外壁固定有与环形槽(32)相连通的气管连接头(4);
所述钎杆(1)凹槽(12)的两侧壁上成型有若干个螺纹孔(13),螺纹孔(13)均匀分布在钎杆(1)凹槽(12)的两侧壁上并贯穿与凹槽(12)侧壁相邻的两钎杆(1)侧壁,螺纹孔(13)内螺接有顶丝(5),顶丝(5)抵靠在导条(2)上,导条(2)的宽度等于凹槽(12)的宽度;
所述的轴套(3)通过螺栓紧固在钎杆(1)上。
