Abstract

本发明公开了一种户外防虫防辐射帐篷面料,它包括基布层和面料层,基布层和面料层之间设置有防虫夹层,防虫夹层由防虫剂组成,基布层包括基布,在基布表面涂覆有复合涂料,基布为进口亚克力纤维布;所述的基层上设有所述防辐射层,防辐射层设置于复合涂料层相对面。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,在布层和面料层之间设置有防虫夹层,所述防虫夹层由防虫剂组成,有效驱赶蚊虫,同时基布层上涂油复合涂料其耐候性较好,在复合涂料表面还设有防辐射层的材料,防辐射层面与防虫层相贴,这样防辐射层两面,将防辐射的银纤维面料进行保护起来,使其长期具有辐射保护能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体属于一种户外防虫防辐射帐篷面料。
背景技术
在野外进行活动时,往往需要用到帐篷,尤其在夏天是蚊虫多发的季节,被蚊虫叮咬后,疼痒难耐,甚至可能传播一些疾病。面料作为服装的三要素之一,是最大程度决定服装功能的要素,一般生产服装的面料由一种材质制成,特点比较单一,不能达到驱赶蚊虫的效果。另外,传统的制作服装本体的面料不具有防辐射、防水、透湿、保暖、抗撕拉和超轻薄等多项功能,一般不适合作为户外帐篷材料。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种户外防虫防辐射帐篷面料,克服了现有技术的不足,在布层和面料层之间设置有防虫夹层,所述防虫夹层由防虫剂组成,有效驱赶蚊虫,同时基布层上涂油复合涂料其耐候性较好,在复合涂料表面还设有防辐射层的材料,防辐射层面与防虫层相贴,这样防辐射层两面,将防辐射的银纤维面料进行保护起来,使其长期具有辐射保护能力。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种户外防虫防辐射帐篷面料,它包括基布层和面料层,所述基布层和面料层之间设置有防虫夹层,所述防虫夹层由防虫剂组成,所述防虫剂包裹在薄膜中整齐的排列在基布层与面料层之间;所述基布层包括基布,在基布表面涂覆有复合涂料,所述的复合涂料由丙烯酸正丁酯、钛白粉、三氟氯乙烯、丙烯酸、丁腈、滑石粉、乙酸乙酯、桐油组成,所述基布为进口亚克力纤维布;所述的基层上设有所述防辐射层,防辐射层设置于复合涂料层相对面。
所述的复合涂料由质量分为丙烯酸正丁酯为13份、钛白粉为3份、三氟氯乙烯为3份、丙烯酸为2份、丁腈为3份、滑石粉为6份、乙酸乙酯为13份、桐油为11份组成。
所述防辐射层由银纤维和纺织纤维互溶构成。
所述的纺织纤维占所述的防辐射层的质量百分比的54%-56%,所述的银纤维占所述的无纺布的质量百分比的44%-46%。
所述银纤维通过脱敏处理后,经过脱敏处理的银以离子状态聚合,银离子可牢固的与纺织纤维复合在一起。
所述防辐射层厚度为01-0.2mm。
