Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保板材,包括层压板制成的板本体,在所述的板本体一侧设置有网格结构,在所述板本体远离所述网格结构一侧端面上设置有隔音海绵层,所述隔音海绵层远离所述的板本体一侧设置有垫圈层,所述垫圈层为中空的环状结构沿所述板本体长度方向平行排列形成,相邻所述环状垫圈的侧壁相互贴合,所述垫圈层为耐高温防火PVC制成,在所述垫圈层远离所述板本体一侧设置有耐磨层,所述耐磨层为陶瓷制成,在所述耐磨层远离所述垫圈层一侧覆盖有耐高温防火油漆层。本发明通过采用可降解的层压板制成板本体,采用隔音海绵层和垫圈层,能够在提高整体结构的隔音效果,使整体结构具有良好的耐压性能,利用陶瓷使本发明外部不容易磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保板材。
背景技术
现有的室内装修,主要采用瓷砖等结构,不容易降解,而可以降解的木板结构在外力作用下容易断裂,同时,容易磨损,影响外观,并且,隔音效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保板材,能够改善现有技术存在的问题,通过采用可降解的层压板制成板本体,同时采用隔音海绵层和垫圈层,能够在提高整体结构的隔音效果的同时,使整体结构具有良好的耐压性能,同时利用陶瓷使本发明外部不容易磨损。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种环保板材,包括层压板制成的板本体,在所述的板本体一侧设置有网格结构,在所述的板本体远离所述的网格结构一侧端面上设置有隔音海绵层,所述的隔音海绵层远离所述的板本体一侧设置有垫圈层,所述的垫圈层为中空的环状结构沿所述的板本体长度方向平行排列形成,相邻所述的环状垫圈的侧壁相互贴合,所述的垫圈层为PVC制成,在所述的垫圈层远离所述的板本体一侧设置有耐磨层,所述的耐磨层为陶瓷制成,在所述的耐磨层远离所述的垫圈层一侧覆盖有耐高温防火油漆层。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述的板本体靠近所述的隔音海绵层一侧设置有环氧树脂粘结剂层,所述的隔音海绵层通过所述的环氧树脂粘结剂层与所述的板本体相粘结。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述的板本体上设置有间隔排布的不规则孔结构,在靠近所述的隔音海绵层一侧的所述的不规则孔结构内填充有环氧树脂粘接剂。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述的耐磨层靠近所述的垫圈层一侧设置有间隔排布的凹槽,所述的环状垫圈分别位于相应的所述的凹槽内,所述的凹槽的深度小于等于所述的环状垫圈外径的1/2。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述的凹槽的内壁上设置有环氧树脂粘接剂,所述的垫圈层靠近所述的耐磨层一侧通过环氧树脂粘接剂粘结在所述的凹槽内。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过采用层压板制成的板本体结构,能够利用层压板具有良好的硬度和耐压性能,提高整体板本体结构的强度,延长其使用寿命,同时由于层压板采用家具加工/木材加工等生产中产生的边角废料加工而成,能够充分利用资源,并且能够进行处理,处理过程中不会产生环境污染,具有良好的环保特性;
(2)本发明通过采用在层压板一侧设置网格结构,能够方便在讲本发明粘结在其他结构上时,增大粘结剂与板本体之间的接触面积,从而提高粘结牢固性;
(3)本发明通过采用隔音海绵结构,能够使本发明具有良好的隔音性能,从而在安装之后,实现隔音效果,同时由于隔音海绵质量较轻,采用该结构作为隔音介质,能够有助于减轻整体结构的重量;
(4)本发明通过采用垫圈层,同时采用呈中空环状的垫圈结构,能够在外力作用时,使垫圈在外力作用下产生形变,从而起到缓冲作用力的效果,避免内层结构受损;
(5)本发明通过采用耐高温防火PVC制成垫圈层,能够利用其具有良好的耐高温和防火性能,使整体结构不容易在火灾时产生损坏,有助于延长整体结构的使用寿命;
(6)本发明通过采用陶瓷制成耐磨层,能够利用其具有良好的硬度和耐磨性能,使本发明外部结构不容易磨损,同时,有助于提高整体结构的强度,同时,利用陶瓷外层表面光滑的特性,能够使整体结构外观更加美观;
(7)本发明通过采用在耐磨层外部设置耐高温防火油漆,能够提高整体结构的耐高温性能,使其使用更加安全。

如图1所示,一种环保板材,包括层压板制成的板本体101,在所述的板本体101一侧设置有网格结构102,在所述的板本体101远离所述的网格结构102一侧端面上设置有隔音海绵层103,所述的隔音海绵层103远离所述的板本体101一侧设置有垫圈层104,所述的垫圈层104为中空的环状结构沿所述的板本体101长度方向平行排列形成,相邻所述的环状垫圈的侧壁相互贴合,所述的垫圈层104为耐高温防火PVC制成,在所述的垫圈层104远离所述的板本体101一侧设置有耐磨层105,所述的耐磨层105为陶瓷制成,在所述的耐磨层105远离所述的垫圈层104一侧覆盖有耐高温防火油漆层107。

实施例2:
本实施例在实施例1的基础上,为了使隔音海绵层能够牢固的粘结在板本体上,本实施例中,优选的,在所述的板本体101靠近所述的隔音海绵层103一侧设置有环氧树脂粘结剂层,所述的隔音海绵层103通过所述的环氧树脂粘结剂层与所述的板本体101相粘结。
为了增加环氧树脂粘接剂与隔音海绵层之间的接触面积,本实施例中,优选的,在所述的板本体101上设置有间隔排布的不规则孔结构,在靠近所述的隔音海绵层103一侧的所述的不规则孔结构内填充有环氧树脂粘接剂。通过设置不规则孔结构,能够增强本发明的散热性能,同时,使环氧树脂粘接剂填充在隔音海绵层一侧,能够增加隔音还没与环氧树脂粘接剂之间的接触面积,增强粘结效果。
为了使耐磨层结构更加稳定,本实施例中,优选的,在所述的耐磨层105靠近所述的垫圈层104一侧设置有间隔排布的凹槽106,所述的环状垫圈分别位于相应的所述的凹槽106内,所述的凹槽106的深度小于等于所述的环状垫圈外径的1/2。通过使垫圈层的垫圈分别置于凹槽内,能够避免垫圈相对耐磨层发生移动,有助于提高其稳定性。
进一步优选的,本实施例中,为了使垫圈层结构更加稳定,在所述的凹槽106的内壁上设置有环氧树脂粘接剂,所述的垫圈层104靠近所述的耐磨层105一侧通过环氧树脂粘接剂粘结在所述的凹槽106内。

1.一种环保板材,其特征在于:包括层压板制成的板本体(101),在所述的板本体(101)一侧设置有网格结构(102),在所述的板本体(101)远离所述的网格结构(102)一侧端面上设置有隔音海绵层(103),所述的隔音海绵层(103)远离所述的板本体(101)一侧设置有垫圈层(104),所述的垫圈层(104)为中空的环状结构沿所述的板本体(101)长度方向平行排列形成,相邻所述的环状垫圈的侧壁相互贴合,所述的垫圈层(104)为PVC制成,在所述的垫圈层(104)远离所述的板本体(101)一侧设置有耐磨层(105),所述的耐磨层(105)为陶瓷制成,在所述的耐磨层(105)远离所述的垫圈层(104)一侧覆盖有耐高温防火油漆层(107)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保板材,其特征在于:在所述的板本体(101)靠近所述的隔音海绵层(103)一侧设置有环氧树脂粘结剂层,所述的隔音海绵层(103)通过所述的环氧树脂粘结剂层与所述的板本体(101)相粘结。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保板材,其特征在于:在所述的板本体(101)上设置有间隔排布的不规则孔结构,在靠近所述的隔音海绵层(103)一侧的所述的不规则孔结构内填充有环氧树脂粘接剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保板材,其特征在于:在所述的耐磨层(105)靠近所述的垫圈层(104)一侧设置有间隔排布的凹槽(106),所述的环状垫圈分别位于相应的所述的凹槽(106)内,所述的凹槽(106)的深度小于等于所述的环状垫圈外径的1/2。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保板材,其特征在于:在所述的凹槽(106)的内壁上设置有环氧树脂粘接剂,所述的垫圈层(104)靠近所述的耐磨层(105)一侧通过环氧树脂粘接剂粘结在所述的凹槽(106)内。
