本发明涉及一种果品分选工具，特别适用于橙子大小分选时使用的一种橙子大小分选器。
背景技术
目前，水果商经常将大批量的橙子进行大小分类。由于量大、时间紧，采用人工方式分类，极易疲劳，果农一旦疲劳则对大小的识别力降低，从而无法实现很好的分类。因此市场急需要一种可以对橙子进行大小分选的工具。
发明内容
为了克服如上所述的问题，本发明提供一种橙子大小分选器，以弥补其不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：其结构包括铁桶、滑果板、漏果网一、漏果网二、进果斗、漏果口、出果口、清障口、接果盘一、接果盘二、栅经。设置一个下面有腿、上面开口的长方体铁桶，铁桶里面的下面连接一块滑果板，滑果板的上面连接两块漏果网，漏果网一的栅孔比漏果网二的栅孔宽，漏果网一、漏果网二与铁桶活动连接，滑果板、漏果网一、漏果网二与水平面的夹角为20°，铁桶开口与进果斗通过插板方式活动连接，进果斗的下面设置有长条形漏果口；铁桶的两侧边设置有长条形出果口和清障口，出果口的下面配有接果盘一与接果盘二。漏果网设置有多个型号，可以根据橙子大小的要求随时取下进果斗进行调换；当栅孔卡住橙子时，可通过清障口清理，栅经包有软橡胶，可以防止撞伤橙子。使用时，把橙子倒入进果斗，通过漏果口、漏果网、滑果板、出果口，大个的橙子进入接果盘二上面的接果盘，中个的橙子进入接果盘一，小个的橙子进入接果盘二下面的接果盘。一种橙子大小分选器，既能降低劳动强度，又能实现很好的分类。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，成本低廉，省时省力，能降低劳动强度，易于推广。

下面结合附图1、附图2、附图3和实施例对本发明作进一步说明：其结构设置一个下面有腿、上面开口的长方体铁桶1，铁桶1里面的下面连接一块滑果板2，滑果板2的上面连接两块漏果网，漏果网一3的栅孔比漏果网二4的栅孔宽，漏果网一3、漏果网二4与铁桶1活动连接，滑果板2、漏果网一3、漏果网二4与水平面的夹角为20°，铁桶1开口与进果斗5通过插板方式活动连接，进果斗5的下面设置有长条形漏果口6；铁桶1的两侧边设置有长条形出果口7和清障口8，出果口7的下面配有接果盘一9与接果盘二10。漏果网设置有多个型号，可以根据橙子大小的要求随时取下进果斗5进行调换；当栅孔卡住橙子时，可通过清障口8清理；栅经11包有软橡胶，可以防止撞伤橙子。使用时，把橙子倒入进果斗5，通过漏果口6、漏果网、滑果板2、出果口7，大个的橙子进入接果盘二10上面的接果盘，中个的橙子进入接果盘一9，小个的橙子进入接果盘二10下面的接果盘。一种橙子大小分选器，既能降低劳动强度，又能实现很好的分类。
