Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光纤耦合连接器。
背景技术
光纤耦合连接器用于实现光纤之间、光信号发射装置与光纤之间的光学耦合。目前,在用胶体将光纤固接于光纤耦合连接器上时,胶体易顺着光纤流至光纤芯体或端面,影像光耦合效果。另外,在加热固化胶体时,胶体产生的内应力无处释放,易加剧胶体流至光纤芯体或端面。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种克服上述问题的光纤耦合连接器。
一种光纤耦合连接器包括本体及两个夹持部。该本体包括一个顶面及与该顶面相连的前表面。该顶面开设有一个收容空间及位于该收容空间底部的多个容置槽。该前表面开设有多个收容孔。该多个收容孔与该收容空间连通,且与该容置槽一一对准。该顶面还开设有一个凹槽。该凹槽较该收容空间更靠近该前表面,且该凹槽与该多个收容孔连通。该两个夹持部从该本体向同一方向延伸。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供的光纤耦合连接器于该顶面开设有凹槽,该凹槽通过与该多个收容孔与该多个容置槽连通,在利用胶体将光纤固接于光纤耦合连接器上时,该凹槽可为胶体提供溢胶空间,防止胶体顺着光纤流至光纤芯体端面影像光耦合效果,且可为胶体加热固化时产生的应力提供释放空间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施方式对本发明提供的光纤耦合连接器作进一步的详细说明。
请一并参阅图1及图2,本发明实施方式提供的光纤耦合连接器100包括一个本体10及两个夹持部20。
所述本体10包括一个顶面101、一个与所述顶面101垂直连接的前表面103,一个与所述顶面101平行且相背的底面105。所述顶面101开设有一个收容空间102及位于所述收容空间102底部的多个容置槽104。所述收容空间102两侧分别开设有一个第一开口110。该顶面101还开设有一个凹槽107。所述凹槽107较所述收容空间102更靠近所述前表面103。即,所述凹槽107为于所述收容空间102及所述前表面103之间。本实施方式中,所述本体10大致呈T形结构。该本体10两侧开设有两个第二开口108,以于制作该光纤耦合连接器100时节省材料。所述两个第二开口108分别位于所述本体10的相背两侧。
该前表面103开设有多个收容孔106。本实施方式中,该多个收容孔106位于该前表面103的中部。所述多个收容孔106与所述收容空间102连通,且与所述容置槽104一一对准。该凹槽107通过该多个收容孔106与该多个容置槽104连通。该前表面103还开设有两个定位孔112。该两个定位孔112位于该多个收容孔106的两侧。
该本体10还包括一个第一斜面114及一个第二斜面116。该第一斜面114位于该前表面103与该底面105的交线处。该第二斜面116位于该前表面103与该顶面101的交线处。该第一斜面114与该第二斜面116位于该多个收容孔106的另外两侧。该第一斜面114与该第二斜面116相背设置。
请参阅图3及图4,该两个夹持部20自该本体10向同一方向垂直延伸。该两个夹持部20位于该两个定位孔112的两侧,且相对设置。每个所述夹持部20开设有一个滑槽202。每个所述滑槽202的内表面具有一个凸起204。该两个夹持部20的滑槽202相对设置。本实施方式中,该凸起204呈半圆柱状。
组装时,光纤(图未示)一一对应地收容于所述容置槽104内。每个光纤均包括一个芯体。每一芯体均从一个与所述容置槽104对应的收容孔106中穿设。从所述第一开口110向所述收容空间102内填充胶体。胶体固化后将所述光纤固定于所述容置槽104内。所述凹槽107可为胶体提供溢胶空间,防止胶体顺着所述收容孔106流至光纤的芯体或端面。采用激光装置对该光纤芯体从该前表面103露出的部分进行切割。该第一斜面114及第二斜面116可以避免激光光烧伤所述光纤耦合连接器100,且可利于激光光切割从所述前表面103露出的光纤芯体。一个光耦合透镜(图未示)从所述滑槽202滑入,光耦合透镜上的定位柱插入所述定位孔112中,实现光耦合透镜与光纤的耦合。所述两个夹持部20相互配合使光耦合透镜固持于其间。所述凸起204能够与光耦合透镜上的卡合槽卡合以使光耦合透镜与所述夹持部20固接的更加牢固。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供的光纤耦合连接器100具有如下优点:由于该光纤耦合连接器100的本体10具有第一斜面114及第二斜面116,在激光切割光纤芯体时,可使光纤耦合连接器100避免被激光光烧伤;由于该本体10呈T形结构,可增加组装施力点,降低手动组装困;由于该顶面101开设有一个凹槽107,且该凹槽107与该收容孔106连通,在用胶体将光纤固定在该容置槽104内时,该凹槽107可为胶体提供流动空间,防止封胶顺着光纤流至该光纤芯体或端面;由于该滑槽202的内表面具有凸起204,在配合固接光耦合透镜时,可使光耦合透镜与夹持部20的连接更加牢固。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本技术方案的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本技术方案权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种光纤耦合连接器,包括本体及两个夹持部,该本体包括一个顶面及与该顶面相连的前表面,该顶面开设有一个收容空间及位于该收容空间底部的多个容置槽,该前表面开设有多个收容孔,该多个收容孔与该收容空间连通,且与该容置槽一一对准,该顶面还开设有一个凹槽,该凹槽较该收容空间更靠近该前表面,且该凹槽与该多个收容孔连通,该两个夹持部从该本体向同一方向延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,该本体还包括与该前表面相连的底面,第一斜面及第二斜面,该第一斜面位于该前表面与底面的交线处,该第二斜面位于该顶面与该前表面的交线处,该第一斜面与第二斜面相背,且分别位于该多个收容孔的两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,该本体于该多个收容孔的另外两侧开设有两个定位孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,该本体与该收容空间的两侧分别形成有一个第一开口。
5.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,该本体呈T形结构,该本体的两侧分别形成有一个第二开口。
6.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,该多个收容孔开设在该前表面的中部。
7.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,该两个夹持部从该本体垂直延伸。
8.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,该两个夹持部位于该多个收容孔的两侧。
9.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,每个夹持部均开设有一个滑槽,该两个滑槽相对设置。
10.如权利要求1所述的光纤耦合连接器,其特征在于,每个夹持部的内表面均具有一个凸起。
