本发明涉及一种窗户,尤其是涉及一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗,属于建筑门窗领域。
背景技术
随着经济社会的发展,越来越多居民住进了新的房屋,新装修房屋的甲醛含量往往远远高于国家规定的室内甲醛标准,主要来源于各种人造板材,贴墙布、涂料等各种装饰材料。甲醛可被室内的高比表面材料吸附富集,当室内温度升高时又重新释放出来,加剧污染效应。一般住宅装修后甲醛浓度平均为0.2mg/m3,最高可达0.81mg/m3,严重超出标准。甲醛对眼、鼻、喉的黏膜有强烈的刺激作用,最普遍的症状就是眼睛受刺激和头痛,严重的可引起过敏性皮炎和哮喘,高浓度甲醛对神经系统、免疫系统、肝脏都有危害。甲醛还有致畸,致癌作用,根据流行病学调查,长期接触甲醛,刺激鼻腔、口腔和咽喉,皮肤和消化道癌概率高于一般人群。
日本横滨国立大学研究表明,室内甲醛的释放期一般为3~15年,且其与室内的温度、相对湿度、室内换气数、室内建材等有关。大部分居民会采用通风换气、在室内摆放绿植或活性炭等方法减少室内甲醛,但是作用十分有限,需要至少一年才能实现室内无明显刺鼻气味的。申请号为201410195437.5的发明专利公开了一种家居自动开窗系统,通过检测室内甲醛浓度,能够控制窗户自动打开,让空气形成对流排出有害气体甲醛,但是不能防止蚊虫在通风时入侵室内。申请号为201410713305.7的发明专利公开了一种能消除甲醛的活性炭的制备方法,采用活性炭作为吸附材料,制备方法包括:1)通过表面活性剂对活性炭进行改性,先搅拌后再浸泡1-2小时;2)用甲醛捕捉剂对步骤1)得到的产 物行负载处理,浸泡0.5-1小时;3)常温干燥去除大部分水,使其含水率低于20%,再进行冷冻干燥,其中常温干燥温度不超过50℃,冷冻干燥温度不高于室温,常温铺展开干燥1-2小时,冷冻干燥1-2小时,制备得到能吸附甲醛的活性炭。但是仅靠空气对流和物理吸附对降低室内甲醛水平的作用十分有限,不能显著降低室内甲醛浓度。申请号为201410613159.0的发明专利公开了一种除甲醛的家居玻璃窗,采用浸渍法在洗净晾干的玻璃窗内层上负载一层薄膜,该薄膜采用溶胶凝胶法制得,经过试验研究,该薄膜中的二氧化钛达到纳米级。仅通过晴天的光照对室内甲醛进行分解,阴雨天气和夜晚均不能进行甲醛分解,不能显著缩短新装修房屋的甲醛释放期。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗,解决了室内甲醛含量高和释放期长的问题,同时防止蚊虫在通风时入侵室内。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗,包括窗户本体、光线探测器、驱动电机一、驱动电机二、单片机和电源,窗户本体包括窗扇、窗帘和纱窗,光线探测器设置在室外,单片机设置于室内,光线探测器与单片机连接并传输信号,单片机对信号进行分析,单片机连接并控制驱动电机一和驱动电机二,驱动电机一驱动窗扇的开闭,驱动电机二驱动窗帘的升降,单片机与电源连接,窗帘为透光窗帘,窗帘涂有可降解甲醛的光催化涂料,光线探测器检测室外光照强度,将检测数据传送给单片机,单片机对光照强度进行分析,当光照强度高于400lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一关闭窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二降下窗帘;当光照强度低于400lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一打开窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二升起窗帘,纱窗为常闭状态, 纱窗包括扇框和纱网,纱网由横纱和纵纱交错编织而成,横纱和纵纱交点处涂有绝缘胶,绝缘胶将横纱和纵纱固定并隔开,纱窗与电源连接,纵纱的一端并联于电源正极,横纱的一端并联于电源负极,或者纵纱的一端并联于电源负极,横纱的一端并联于电源正极。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将光线探测器设置在室外,单片机设置于室内,适用于一年四季。当检测到光照强度高于400lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一关闭窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二降下窗帘,窗帘为透光窗帘,可充分吸收室内和室外的可见光,通过窗帘上的光催化涂料在白天时间内对室内的甲醛进行分解,通过化学方法分解甲醛效率要远远高于物理吸附;当检测到光照强度低于400lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一打开窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二升起窗帘,在阴雨天或晚上时间使室内外空气对流,排除室内空气中的甲醛。
本发明的除甲醛窗户将化学分解甲醛和通风对流排出甲醛结合起来,白天在光催化作用下快速分解甲醛,夜晚或阴雨天气可打开窗扇通过空气对流排放室内甲醛气体,当窗帘上的光催化涂料分解甲醛能力降低时,可以在窗帘上重 新涂覆一次光催化涂料,即可恢复窗帘对甲醛的分解能力。除甲醛窗户可显著降低室内甲醛水平,缩短房屋甲醛排放期,实现新住户提前入住,日常居住生活中室内甲醛的浓度控制。
本发明的除甲醛窗户包括纱窗,纱窗包括扇框和纱网,纱网由横纱和纵纱交错编织而成,横纱和纵纱交点处涂有绝缘胶,绝缘胶将横纱和纵纱固定并隔开,纱窗与电源连接,纵纱的一端并联于电源正极,横纱的一端并联于电源负极,或者纵纱的一端并联于电源负极,横纱的一端并联于电源正极,蚊虫触及纱网时虫体将横纱或纵纱接通,造成短路被瞬间击死,与以往的多层通电纱网相比,简化了防蚊虫纱窗的结构,提高了灭蚊灵敏度,完全杜绝蚊虫进入室内。
本发明制备的光催化涂料在光线充足时对甲醛气体的降解率可达99%,引入了铁离子和镍离子,提高了光催化材料的活性和反应速率,涂料与窗帘附着性好,可进行多次重复涂覆,高效快速降解室内甲醛。

光线探测器检测室外光照强度,将检测数据传送给单片机,单片机对光照强度进行分析,当光照强度高于400lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一关闭窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二降下窗帘,光催化涂料在白天时间内对室内的甲醛进行分解;当光照强度低于400lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一打开窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二升起窗帘,在阴雨天或晚上时间使室内外空气对流,排除室内空气中的甲醛。
如图2所示,纱窗为常闭状态,纱窗包括扇框和纱网,纱网由横纱和纵纱交错编织而成,横纱和纵纱交点处涂有绝缘胶,绝缘胶将横纱和纵纱固定并隔开,纱窗与电源连接,纵纱的一端并联于电源正极,横纱的一端并联于电源负极,电源为蓄电池经升压电路将电压升高到1000V或1500V得到的高压电源,升压电路为本领域常规电路,不再详细示出。
一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗的光催化涂料的制备方法,在转速100r/min匀速搅拌条件下,将25mL钛酸丁酯加入到80mL乙醇中,再加入25mL乙酸,反应10min后,缓慢滴加10mL乙醇;加入蒸馏水45mL,用硝酸调节pH为3.8;加入硝酸镍0.8g,硝酸铁0.7g,聚甲基吡咯烷酮1g,得到含二氧化钛的凝胶即光催化涂料。
实施例2
纱窗为常闭状态,纱窗包括扇框和纱网,纱网由横纱和纵纱交错编织而成,横纱和纵纱交点处固定有绝缘片,绝缘片将横纱和纵纱隔开,纱窗与电源连接,纵纱的一端并联于电源负极,横纱的一端并联于电源正极,电源为蓄电池经升压电路将电压升高到1000V或1500V得到的高压电源。
实施例3
光线探测器检测室外光照强度,将检测数据传送给单片机,单片机对检测数据进行分析,当检测到光照强度高于300lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一关闭窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二降下窗帘,光催化涂料在白天时间内对室内的甲醛进行分解;当检测到光照强度低于300lux时,单片机控制驱动电机一打开窗扇,单片机控制驱动电机二升起窗帘,在阴雨天或晚上时间使室内外空气对流,排除室内空气中的甲醛。
实施例4
一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗的光催化涂料的制备方法,在转速110r/min匀速搅拌条件下,将26mL钛酸丁酯加入到85mL乙醇中,再加入27mL乙酸,反应10min后,缓慢滴加15mL乙醇;加入蒸馏水48mL,用硝酸调节pH为4.0;加入硝酸镍0.85g,硝酸铁0.75g,聚甲基吡咯烷酮1.25g,得到含二氧化钛的凝胶即光催化涂料。
实施例5
一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗的光催化涂料的制备方法,在转速120r/min匀速搅拌条件下,将28mL钛酸丁酯加入到90mL乙醇中,再加入30mL乙酸,反应10min后,缓慢滴加20mL乙醇;加入蒸馏水50mL,用硝酸调节pH为4.2;加入硝酸镍0.9g,硝酸铁0.8g,聚甲基吡咯烷酮1.5g,得到含二氧化钛的凝胶即光催化涂料。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗可适用于玻璃幕墙、穹顶等建筑结构,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (4)
1.一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗,包括窗户本体、光线探测器、驱动电机一、驱动电机二、单片机和电源,其特征在于:所述窗户本体包括窗扇、窗帘和纱窗,所述光线探测器设置在室外,所述单片机设置于室内,所述光线探测器与所述单片机连接并传输信号,所述单片机对信号进行分析,所述单片机连接并控制所述驱动电机一和所述驱动电机二,所述驱动电机一驱动所述窗扇的开闭,所述驱动电机二驱动所述窗帘的升降,所述单片机与所述电源连接,所述窗帘为透光窗帘,所述窗帘涂有可降解甲醛的光催化涂料,所述光线探测器检测室外光照强度,将检测数据传送给所述单片机,所述单片机对光照强度进行分析,当光照强度高于400lux时,所述单片机控制所述驱动电机一关闭所述窗扇,所述单片机控制所述驱动电机二降下所述窗帘;当光照强度低于400lux时,所述单片机控制所述驱动电机一打开所述窗扇,所述单片机控制驱动电机二升起所述窗帘,所述纱窗为常闭状态,所述纱窗包括扇框和纱网,所述纱网由横纱和纵纱交错编织而成,横纱和纵纱交点处涂有绝缘胶,绝缘胶将横纱和纵纱固定并隔开,所述纱窗与电源连接,所述纵纱的一端并联于电源正极,所述横纱的一端并联于电源负极,或者所述纵纱的一端并联于电源负极,所述横纱的一端并联于电源正极;
所述光催化涂料的制备方法:包括以下步骤:在转速100-120r/min匀速搅拌条件下,将25-28mL钛酸丁酯加入到80-90mL乙醇中,再加入25-30mL乙酸,反应10min后,缓慢滴加10-20mL乙醇;加入蒸馏水45-50mL,用硝酸调节pH为3.8-4.2;加入硝酸镍0.8-0.9g,硝酸铁0.7-0.8g,聚甲基吡咯烷酮1-1.5g,得到含二氧化钛的凝胶即所述光催化涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗,所述电源为蓄电池经升压电路将电压升高到1000V得到的高压电源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗,其特征在于,所述窗帘材质为塑料或纱布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种商品房用防蚊虫除甲醛窗,其特征在于,所述窗帘的两面均涂有光催化涂料。
